All parcels from ZEZEYA are shipped from Korea. Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country.

All orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of business hours in Korea after receiving the order.

The 13 countries below have a stopover in France, but the delivery is delayed due to a problem with the stopover.

For shipments to Morocco, it is required to obtain Ministry of Health approval for the importation of cosmetics.
Therefore, customer can proceed with customs clearance through hire a separate customs broker or a customs broker designated by DHL.

Order Value Limit

Due to regulatory customs issues, which can cause extensive delays, ZEZEYA limits order to \$150 or less (excluding cost of shipping).

Customers who wish to purchase more than \$150 , we recommend you place two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

1. The refund process will not be proceeded until ZEZEYA is informed any official results from the couriers.

2.The customer must provide us the proof of evidence such as pictures for any issues occurred.


* Unclaimed Return

If a parcel is returned to ZEZEYA because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

ZEZEYA is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
