i smelled this on a piece of paper at sephora and i it was so bad …. extremely synthetic cherry and the other notes are just way too heavy, really badly blended. made me nauseous. the worst la nuit trésor scent that i smelled so far. low key cherry smoothie from zara but on like steroids. what’s up with making cherry scents way too strong and unbearable??? reminded me of old red wine

GUADELUPA

It's a very beautiful scent! At the start I can smell cherry, but it quickly goes away, and the OG La Nuit Tresor remains. In general, it’s nothing new, but tasty, feminine, tender and charming. I also can smell the woody notes. The longevity and sillage is amazing - a day or more on clothes, the sillage is very gentle and pleasant.
Cherry appears again at the base notes, as well as a morning dew rose. It's nothing common with Guerlain Ma Petite Robe Noir. It's a classic line of Tresors, distinguishable and very pleasant!

This is so amazing! I have no words to describe. It’s addicting. I had it on my jacket and kept sniffing it for days. It still smells. Had to buy a bottle right away.

This opens super fruity (in a sort of peach or tangerine type way, I couldn't really pinpoint it), paired with cherry and a fuzzy haze of musk and florals. I couldn't detect with full certainty anything other than the cherry, though; going in blind I actually thought I was smelling some white florals in there! Anyhow, unfortunately I fall in the same camp as a lot of other reviewers - the cherry only sticks around for 10 minutes or so, which is disappointing. Beyond that, this is a quintessential example of "an amalgamation of all the fragrance counters mingling in the air" type of scent, but done in a pleasant way. Usually this kind of scent profile hurts my nose and give me a headache, but this is smooth and extremely pleasant. (Though to be fair I've yet to try any form of Trésor that I didn't like.)

After half an hour I'm getting a sort of burnt(?) caramel or chocolate note, which is surprisingly really enjoyable, and thinking on it more reminds me just a smidge of Eilish. I'm very much not into gourmands but this joins the very small group of edible perfumes that I do enjoy! Also, it's one of the very few that make me go "yeah, alright, this one really WOULD be a strange pick for the daytime". Perfumes rarely read to me as day or night appropriate, but this one is definitely dark and alluring and would be great for date nights.

As for longevity, I have a feeling after another half an hour it will enter skin scent territory, which makes it utterly laughable that Lancome would dare call this an "intense" flanker. I'll edit if I'm wrong but I can't imagine this will pass the 3-4h mark...

A gorgeous perfume utterly let down by its lasting power!!!

cool desigm but am i here for the design? NO im here for the smell and goodness but this doesnt even make the test infact its not even in the test

I suppose this one is meant to be strong? As I unboxed it, I had a big hope because, inside the box, there lingered a beautiful fragrance around the perfume bottle. I thought this got to be rather potent juice. Could it be that I received one that's on the verge of going off? In any case, mine is more subtle than the Nude, which is an EDT. Nothing about this intense edp is intense to me. I find the dry down almost identical to one of the La Petite Robe Noire.. cannot tell which among so many of its flankers I mean..

I do like it very much though. Despite its striking flacon resemblant to Flamenco dresses, I find it easy to wear and crowd-pleasing. If you enjoy the cherry-almond combo every now and then but do not have one in your perfume wardrobe yet, this one is not a bad choice.

IT IS SO SEXY, DARK, STRONG AND YUMMY !

Think of a nice and sweet juicy Black Cherry, that is so yummy, you want to take a bite.
This Black Cherry being complimented with a powdery yet creamy Almond Milk and an even more creamier Madagascar Vanilla combination, even yummier !!!
And for a more deep render, some delicate hints of Damask Rose and some Woodsy notes.

It is intoxicating, I absolutely ADORE it, smells like lust and love in a bottle. So gourmand and sexyyy.

It performs really well, I think it highly depends on your skin type, but I agree that it’s really strong you can become noseblind if you spray too much of it. The sillage is awesome as well. It is Intense to me !

I feel like a lady on a mansion with red velvet couches and bed sheets, with a long black dress that hugs the body and super long sleek hair. A dreamy 90’s super model kinda vibe.

100/10 ❤️

The original tresor la nuit has more intensity.

bel.gravia

This is strong, sweet, a delicious fruity floral creation with dark notes of almost amber and incense.

beatrix75

O meeen here we talk about cherry/ vanilla and almond scent!!! Long lasting superb creation I love it. Carefully cuz u become hungry directly 😁

imegaphone

The opening is nice, but on my skin the rose and powdery-almond (more almond scented soap than gourmand) are too prominent for my liking. Too bad, because I thought I would like this for fall.

bringprivateaccordback

just got this yesterday and I'm in love! mix of cherries are sweet and delicious, but vanilla and almond milk bring softness. couldn't detect rose but as I'm not the biggest fan of that note, I didn't mind. overall, the scent is very well balanced, just what I was hoping.

I was looking for autumn/winter fragrance but I can't see why this wouldn't work during spring, maybe summer as well. the tempting vibe this gives is definitely made for dark evenings, but due to sweetness of cherries and vanilla, I think this works during daytime as well. however, I wouldn't necessarily wear this to office/work/school.

as for the intense part... the opening burst here is very strong, but after maybe 3 hours it mellows down significantly. "intense edp" could've been stronger for longer, but I'm not necessarily complaining.

Pinspatternsandpolish

I have been on a bit of a journey with this fragrance. I bought a 10mL travel spray last year when it first came out and I wasn't a fan. The Cherry smelt super synthetic and the overall composition was fairly harsh. A year later and I've pulled it back out again. It has changed, and for the better! The Cherry is much more mellow now and the almond base is more prominent. The Cherry sticks around for the first little while bit does fade into the background eventually, leaving a powdery delicious almond. If you like L'Occitane almond body products the dry down on this fragrance smells just like that! I really enjoy it, so much so that I bought a full size bottle.

Now, compared to the other flankers in the range this is most similar to A La Folie. They share a gourmandness that the lathers don't have. The base is also warm amd not particularly floral. I actually get no rose in here. The lasting power of the Intense flanker leaves something to be desired and does not live up to it's name, especially compared to the original which was a powerhouse. This performs more similarly to an EDT and fades to a skin scent fairly quickly.

Overall I would still recommend just make sure you know what you're in for!

nataschav

The cherry almond opening is ✨EVERYTHING✨. Instant love!!! Those notes stick around for about 3 hours, after that it becomes a skin scents with similarities to Oriana. Soft, sweet, with a hint of spices to balance. Barely detectable beyond and arms reach. No longer any trace of the cherry and almond. After 12 hours it’s gone. Its a good perfume, good performance, but I’d really wish the cherry would stick around a tad more prominent.

Micacastro

LNTI 100ml dark diamond bottle reviewed

✨️Rose opens with fruity sour cherry following behind. The almond blends in the mid to drydown. A fairly generic woody base. 🍒

✨️Its a little more stylish than a normcore scent but its right in the fruity floral genre. 🍒

✨️Synthetic so you experience a haze of notes but there is far worse out there. 🍒

✨️The cherry is nice here and not as bombastic as lost cherry. This is a younger more optimistic cherry. And the dark bottle...🍒

✨️Its not complex and pretty straight forward. I look forward to layering it with Black Opium Le Parfum or Feve Delicieuse to fill it in.🍒

✨️Sometimes you need a mainstream scent when you go out.🍒 😉

Edit:
Maybe it's the weather but I couldn't get it out of my head until I bought it. It still has an annoying phase but it doesn't bother me as much and the cherry-almond combo is so pleasant! Longevity is decent. A true compliment getter.

***
I was about to blind buy it when I came across a perfume counter and decided to give it a try. I am not too pleased with it. On me it started with some florals and cherries. The florals were not a distinct rose. The cherries where synthetic and thick. After a few minutes I got something that was similar to the OG LNT, which in all honesty I never cared for. This phase was 3 hours long and somewhat unpleasant. Now it morphed again into a vanilla-almond scent which I actually like. So I'm confused. What are you, LNTI?

DrRosie

I swore and said I would never buy another regular designer fragrance, last week I decided to purchase this because of the cherry note and I am not sorry that did. It will be a play fragrance for me to wear during cooler days. I noticed a lot f negative reviews below, I am never one to buy fragrances based on reviews I mostly rely on the notes accord and other fragrances from the house. If you are interested in this fragrance, my advice is to purchase it. It is a hard to find gem, I was able to purchase my bottle from Fragrancenet for $70, I noticed that Jomashop has it for $69. Enjoy the fragrance and wear it in good health. You will smell awesome!

irlfireprincess

Something that I find happens in several fragrances I've tried is that, when rose combines with a tart fruit - not so much lemon or bergamot, but sour cherry, rhubarb, kumquat, or raspberry - it smells sharp and "perfume-y" to me. What I mean by perfume-y is if you walk by the perfume counter and you smell a mishmash of general smells that form together to make this sharp, indistinct, loud, "yes, I am wearing a fragrance!" smell. Not necessarily bad, but too sharp and mature, and not distinguishable from any other fragrance at all. That's what I get from this, unfortunately. I really wanted to love it but I just don't. The sour cherry is too sharp and synthetic. I just want a juicy cherry fragrance, and I haven't found one I love yet. The almond milk, woods and vanilla drydown is absolutely lovely, but it's fleeting. I have a decant and I don't think I want a full bottle. If you're in the USA or Canada and want to get your hands on a full bottle though, fragrancebuy(dot)ca has it for a decent price.

Veronika95

Wow, I'm reading reviews below and I'm shocked how many people hates it! I'm a perfume fanatic, I've tried and bought SO MANY perfumes, and today in the store I chose this of all there, and my husband liked it the most too. Not that it means anything I'm just so surprised
The sour cherry in the opening is absolutely delicious. It's tart and a little medicinal, but not synthetic as they sometimes are in perfumes. That's what got me buy the full bottle at the store. I don't smell almond whatsoever so far. Or maybe it's the slightly bitter undertone that might be it, but I'd never recognise its almond if I didn't specifically look for it. I also have LNT original and LNT a La folie, and even though a La folie is very nice, there was always something missing for me, and I found it here I guess. After the opening you are left with nice scent, not too loud but still might get some head turned if walked by closely. The only thing that really bugs me is that it's really not long lasting at all, and at this price point that should be a crime. I'm sure the price is different around the world, but here in Czech Republic it's not that far from for example Coco Mademoiselle, and that's ridiculous because coco lasts for days, this is hardly few hours. What a shame
Edit: it is possible that it's not actually weak, and it's just the type of fragrance that makes you noseblind really fast. I just woke up half an hour ago and got really nice smell from my arm where I sprayed one spray of this the evening before. But now after the half an hour I don't smell it much. I don't think it all of a sudden faded super fast within 30 minutes, I just can't smell it that well after sniffing it for a while. I'll also say that the dry down is practically identical to LNT a La Folie, which is nice, since they're supposed to be close relatives. At the beginning they're totally different, but they end the same

amanda0727

I get a blast of sweet juicy cherry and rose in the opening. At dry down the cherry fades to mostly rosy sweet, a little powdery. The cherry is still slightly there in the background. I dont get any almond whatsoever at any point. I dont understand other reviews saying they get a mature rose, as i think this it is a tad juvenile. Is is synthetic? YES of course. Still a pleasant sweet scent, not too heavy. Performance is beast! This stuff is potent, I guess that is why it is called the "Intense" flanker. The bottle is pretty but can do without the tacky ribbons.

Joani_Cheddar

I do love the line. However as i am wearing this today, i realize why it is mediocre for me- it doesn't smell complete. I need some rip, some swank to the intense. But instead, this is like a crossword puzzle u cant figure out the last word but it good enough to say u finished. .Rated DRATZ!

craftymaya

LOVE but...! Let me start by saying that I have all flankers, and this one is very different. Very little Nuit Tresor DNA as the rose is NOT prominent. The opening is mostly almond and cherry; it is not a bitter almond and not a cherry cough syrup. It is very well done, just the good amount of sweetness. Nothing sickening here as the almond can be when too strong. No, it's well balanced with the light floral in the background. Now, the downside is that it sits close to the skin and does not project much, and it's not "intense " in any way, so I can understand the negative comments it has received so far. It is still a keeper for me!

Dina France

There are a lot of similar perfumes out there: cherry / red berry, vanilla and patchouli. The notes are recognizable, but not distinguished. Patchouli smells like money here (I personally do not like this version of patchouli).

DinaFrance (perfume reviews on youtube)

ShinningLightOfThunder

Lovely gourmand scent, but not too distinguishable.

PuppyFever

Cherry done right! It's the dna of the original LNT in a cherry flavour. This might be my favourite fruity-rose perfume :)

LanaDelSlay

Not intense.. also smells like cherry a bit but doesn’t have projection. Very forgettable

amyaz

Meh. Can't really compare this to the original as I don't remember exactly what that smells like, but I'm not the biggest fan of this and was kind of a blind buy fail. Like it's not awful but I prefer Prada Candy Gloss, Lolita Lempicka's Sweet, or Viktor&Rolf Dancing Roses for my cherry perfume. This smells nothing like any of those despite sharing note similarities. This is almost a little too mature smelling for me, like 40s+. It's almost like a watered down cherry juice with touches of almond. I think whatever the woods notes in this and the rose throws it off for me. First 20m is the cherry juice smell, then turns to a woody rosy scent with the tiniest drip of cherry. The dry down after an hour smells very floral and that's what you're left with really. Lasted me about 4 hours on 4-5 sprays to body and clothes.

For now my opinion is this is just kind of generic and not really worth the effort of trying to get since it's a non-US release. I know I've smelled something like this before though.

fingertips00

For the first couple of hours it smells very similar to the original La Nuit Tresor and then after a while it starts to smell more softer and I could really smell the almond and vanilla. I was hoping it would be more similar to La Nuit Tresor a la Folie but sadly no. Even though they both have vanilla in the drydown A La Folie is more spicy while this one is more soft almond. Still a very nice fragrance but I prefer the A La Folie.

Roos88dutch

It’s a love for me . Very good girl glam is very similar I was afraid that it maybe was to mature . But it’s a lovely cherry vanilla sent . Fresh but sweet and warm . Really sexy

EspressoAddict

I have yet to find out what exactly is intense about it. First of all, it hardly lasts on the skin. Half hour would be an overstatement. Secondly, it has no projection whatsoever. I guess i should add a disclaimer: i live in continental Europe and i bought it last winter when it hit the shelves. A bit of an impulse buy, fueled by a hefty members' discount and at that rare point that comes once a year when i crave something sickeningly sweet, i thought it might be a good alternative to the discountless Hypnotic Poison. Boy was I wrong.

The lack of projection and longevity seems to be a complaint everyone had at that time. At that point it was an online exclusive so everyone blind bought just to end up with something that performed worse than a cheap body mist. I wonder if they have fixed that by now.

And then there's the scent. It's just....migraine inducing. Whatever molecules you can inhale when you stick your nose to your skin make you think of old car air fresheners. There is nothing perfumey to it, all it smells like is cheap, sweet, and synthetic in the worst way. I can't pick out any almonds or sour cherries for any kind, yet there is something reminiscent of them-like a cherry tart scented air freshener that was left in an abandoned car baking under the hot sun in the summer and you picked it up, covered in dust and borderline scentless a couple years later. There is a warmth to it, which only makes the migraine worse. Maybe it's a good thing there isn't much of a scent to it.

Unfortunately over here you can't send back perfumes just because you didn't like them. Once you open the packaging you are stuck with it. So I, and a lot of other people, are stuck with something nobody wants to trade for for the aforementioned reasons. Had to hide it in a shoebox so i am not constantly reminded of the money i wasted on it.

Definitely try it before you buy it. I have no idea if they fixed the issues it had a few months ago. Do NOT blind buy this! And if you can....check the batch code of the one you're going to buy. Make sure it is made as close to the day you sampled it, in case the tester is a fresh, nice smelling batch, and the ones being given to customers are remnants of the bottled disappointment i mentioned above.

grapefruit352

For me this version of Tresor is barely tolerable. This is quite a harsh and rude scent. IMHO Intense version did not succeed.

ceeceelee

So, I'm a cherry and almond fanatic, but this one (to my nose anyway) smells like the og with a smidge of cherry. I'm not a collector of this line, I just have A La Folie and the OG, but it's very similar. I'm going to put it away a little longer ~ I've only had it for a couple of months ~ and it may do that magic perfumes sometimes do after some oxygen and time and come out smelling so different and amazing. I really hoping it does. FYI, bought from NewsParfume in France.

likesleet

love! smells like a bakewell tart / cherry & marzipan.

claress

I find this to be very, very similar to the discontinued La Nuit Trésor Caresse. If you love Caresse like I do, definitely give this one a go. I'm happy that there's such a similar perfume on the market that I can get once I run out of Caresse.

msamber86

I am positive that this would be a holy grail for some people. It is feminine floral scent with a hint of warm fruit sweetness. The mix of rose and vanilla is lovely and reminds me of a softer/less intense Satin Mood by MFK (which is a favorite of mine). This is for those that like a feminine floral scent but are looking for something more sophisticated and a bit different without getting a scent that is too dark.

I don’t start getting cherry until about 2 hours in. It takes another hour for it to fully develop. It’s a dark cherry that is lovely but can sometimes lean synthetic.

I also think they used the wrong rose here. It should have been a Bulgarian rose which has a darker and more jammy scent that would pair better with the gourmands in this. The damask rose leans more towards a generic floral scent when mixed with the gourmands. It’s lovely mixed with the vanilla, but it gets lost when mixed with the fruit.

I don’t know what to think of this one. I was ready to write this off as a basic feminine floral but then after an hour it unfolds as a softer Satin Mood with a hint of cherry. It’s a really nice fragrance that falls a touch short of perfection for me. It’s like two shades away from being a favorite for me. I will need to spend more time with it.

Fefe19

The closest flanker to A La Folie imo, less sweet, the cherry note adds a slight tartness.
The drydown is to die for, the almond milk and vanilla add that touch of sweetness and smoothness. The cherry note brightens it up a little and makes it suitable for wear on warmer days/nights.
As for the name, it’s misleading. I don’t see anything intense about it, it is not more intense than the original, it is less strong and lasts about 7 hours.

jteague

I just received this today from my order with News Parfums in France (highly recommend btw, super quick shipping to US, 2 free deluxe minis & 3 samples included with my order). I love Folie and rose, almond & cherry are three of my favorite scents so I blind bought this so quick, and I’m glad I did! This is a gorgeous fragrance and might become a fave. It projects well on my skin but I haven’t had it on long enough to gauge longevity.

Savvydora

I just got this from a vendor on eBay (it seems like an authentic product from a seller with good scores for perfume sales). I’m enjoying wearing it, but I have to do it the beauty of the bottle is influencing me. To me, La Nuit Tresor Intense is different enough from a La Folie and Hypnotic Poison to make it worthwhile, but those two fragrances are better blended and more sophisticated. On me, I get mostly a fruity scent that dries down into a not-unusual gourmand fragrance. I don’t get a lot of almond, nor a lot of rose. But, as I say, I love the bottle and am enjoying the fragrance; it doesn’t smell like anything else I have.

lyka

TRES BIEN. JE NE SENS PAS VRAIMENT LA CERISE MAIS L AMANDE. BONNE TENUE/ BON SILLAGE/ JOLIE BOUTEILLE. GOURMAND

CallMeT__

I think I need to come to terms with this one as right now it’s not hitting like it is supposed to. The first impression is there’s nothing nutty/milky, just a hint of cherry and similarity to La Vie Est Belle Intensement. I’m not exactly sure what note is pushing it in that direction but the resemblance is clear on my skin. It also has very little to do with the original La Nuit Tresor, so calling it "intense" was a push. A bit of a disappointment but these are my first impressions. I will test it over time and update this review with performance etc. So far, I'm unimpressed. Beautiful bottle though.

MrAbbas

Day by day I am getting more sure that I "HATE" almond note in fragrances. This perfume underwhelmed me to be honest. I love the tresor line but this I just don't like it. Sweet almondy cherry thing that just a NO from me. Will pass on it.

silent_hill_dylan

I've had mine for a week now and oh boy, has it been fun getting to know LNTI!
It took a while to come to terms with that fact that this is *mostly* rose to my nose. I'm a gourmand guy, I like my florals in the back row. However, just as basically any other Lancome fragrance, they did a fantastic job.
The cherry IS there, from start to finish (YAY FINALLY!!) but it is a supporting role to the rose. Honestly, I barely detect any vanilla until the last hour of the dry down and absolutely no almond milk or woods.
The silage isn't great but the longevity is eternal! I wish this was released world wide, I think it would have made quite a splash :)

Gellert77

Comparing with other cherry prominent scents that I have, namely Escada Cherry in the air, Guerlain La petite robe noire, La petite robe noir black perfecto and La petite robe noir black perfecto edt floral, this fits right in the middle.

On the lightest end, there is the flowery sweet Escada and on the deepest end the leathery LPRN black perfectos and in the middle: La nuit Tresor Intense.

This is definitely the most gourmand of the range: The top is a burst of juicy black cherries that slowly mellow into a - dare I say it - almost a Doctor Pepper (soft drink) kind of juice. There is definitely a hefty dose of vanilla and a sweet rose that becomes stronger as the scent dries down.

Projection is huge for the first few minutes, but becomes moderate within the first fifteen minutes or so.

The scent lasts all day but projects only the first hour or so (at least on my skin), but if you spray (liberally) on your scarf/clothes it will last and project for (at least) two days (!).

This isn't as heavy as the original La nuit Tresor (of which I have the 2015 version, which really, truly is a bomb!) even if the initial cherry blast lets you believe otherwise.

If you really adore cherries I would suggest hunting down the Escada, even if it might not be deep enough in the mid of winter, but if you're looking for a juicier, softer La Nuit Tresor with a little cherry twist, Intense would be the La Nuit for you. On the other hand, Intense, no matter the name, is not as intense as the Guerlains which then again, aren't as sweet as the La Nuit Intense

On a side note, this has very little to do with La nuit Tresor A la Folie, which after the initial burst of bergamot, spices (and benzoin, although that is supposed to appear only in the drydown) is straight up vanilla. The only thing Intense shares with the A la Folie is (not quite but close) the color of the bottle.

I'm surprised to write this, but I actually prefer this to my other cherry scents and even to last year's Valentine's day La nuit flanker ( La nuit Tresor Dentelle de roses), which I found to be only a subdued version of the original, though the bottle is gorgeus. I think this, as a scent, was given much more thought and effort than the last Valentine's Day version. Hope this wasn't a one year wonder! Would be lovely again in the autumn.

Jacklyn's Perfumery

@seannahuffman
I got mine from a company that are official sellers that gets their perfumes directly from the companies who sell them like Lancome and other's. I purchased more than one fragrance from them as well. I didn't have a choice since my options are limited and I'm from the US and it's not available here. Mine isn't a fake and many of us are getting it from the same source for the US. I have almost the whole collection and know them very well to compare them and I tell you this is just a cherried OG La Nuit with a smidge of a la folie. It's nothing new. If the intensity of the cherry and almond in the opening would have lasted longer and overtaken the other notes it would of made LNI very different from the OG and brought something new. Or if they would of made this like a la folie but intensified it and made it last longer that would of been different. But we got none of that. We are not saying it doesn't have cherry it does..it just tones down so low and the almond almost goes away..it completely changes from the beautiful opening and leaves it short lived. It's like smelling the OG but then getting a hint of the cherry through out the whole fragrance that you're like man this is not different enough from the OG.

So yeah while it's lovely and I'm using it on a daily bases to test it and do like it..it was kinda disappointing. Many of us were expecting an intense A La Folie with added notes of cherry almond. I keep testing it to see it's performance but I've concluded it's still short lived. I can assure you that you are hearing correctly from all of us. Sorry if it appears so conflicting. It's because it is..and you usually get this when a fragrance is not what people expected or it's not good. It's definitely good and will be great for those new to the collection but for us collectors who have the collection we can see it's nothing new though I'm happy to have it. Imho even though this is subjective I'm happier more with A La Folie which is the best, Nude second best, OG third best or Musc Diamant more than the intense because they are so different. From what I understand the rest in the collection are like the intense version in the sense that it's closer to the OG but lighter or a switch on a certain couple of notes but still feels too close to the OG so for that reason I didn't get those. I can see from their over all experiences they work better for those who like EDT's & like lighter fragrances or want a switch up on a few notes because maybe the other one's didn't work out for them and need that option. Hope this helps with any misunderstanding.

seannahuffman

Aglopez09....I honestly don't see how you don't pickup any cherry in this Fragrance! I think you must have gotten a fake knockoff! Because this fragrance is ALL DARK CHERRY through and through! From opening to dry down the cherry is present. I have an authentic bottle I purchased fully sealed...so I don't know qhat you think you got...but it doesn't sound like the fragrance I have which is La Nuit Tresor INTENSE the real thing. The rose is barely detected, only ever so slightly in the beginning, then the burst of cherry comes through immediately, its a real cherry not synthetic or fake, its juicy kind of dark...and then along comes the almond, its like a young fresh greener almond freshly picked, the almond and cherry are the most prominent for the duration of the development, with hardly any vanilla detected at all, its very hidden. So you hace to be an absolute cherry lover to enjoy this! I'm happy to own it, even if I'm not the biggest cherry note fan. The longevity isn't as good as the OG. And imo this is faaaar from the original, i feel like some people on here might have gotten some fakes, because the reviews are all over the place.

On me this smells almost IDENTICAL to the original La Nuit tresor, with the tiniest hint of fruitiness from the cherry. U don't need it is u have the og. But the lasting power is fkin amazing! Lasted over 24h on my skin.

marimara

I loved escada's cherry in the air and I had high hopes for this, so I decided to try this in a store before buying. At first you get delicious cherry and rose. HOWEVER, after 20 minutes all you can smell is some kind of generic synthetic sweet shampoo smell. I would suggest trying it in a store or getting a tester. Not the best blind buy (not worth the money in my opinion).

Midnight Lady

Such promising opening with prominent, juicy cherry. Unfortunately within half an hour it dried down into artificial flat shy scent. Nothing intense about this.

No, it's not bad, but neither great.

ScentFan2021

Very nice, but not at all necessary if you have the original La Nuit Tresor. It's not different enough.

Thegrimmreaderr

Got my bottle today and is was love at first sniff. I left all expectations at the door as I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. I only get rose in the top but it fades so quickly and I'm mainly left with exactly the notes listed...a beautiful cherry, vanilla and almond. Its sweet, very sweet, as one might expect considering the other LNT fragrances are tooth achingly sweet. But I love it! It does remind me ever so slightly so the Billie Eilish fragrance in the dry down but this is everything the BE fragrance failed to be. The BE fragrance is a plasticky almost chapstick like cherry and vanilla. It's terrible! But the LNTI cherry and almond with vanilla is perfection. They share similarities but one is a hate and one is a love for me. Funny how that works! Highly recommend my U.S. and Canada friends get their hands on this by going to the French website news parfums. It's the only place it can be ordered from and shipped internationally without having a 3rd party intervene which would cost an arm and a leg. The website is only 20 euros for shipping internationally. Fantastic!

Thegrimmreaderr

Thank you Genny17!!

Aglopez09

I think I had false expectations of what I assumed this Tresor Intense would be. I was anxiously anticipating the get a whiff of an intensified " a la folie" type of scent. From start to finish, I get nothing but whiffs of strong rose, mixed with heavy perfume. This reminds me of something someone elderly who loves florals and loud perfumes, would wear. I can't pick up any of the cherry, almond milk, or vanilla. This one was a let down, and boy am I glad that I didn't buy a whole bottle.

genny17

You can buy it on news parfums, I am French and I live in Canada and they ship all over, very satisfied with that website!!

Millapetrovich

Way different from what I expected. The only thing that is intense here is the rose.

I don’t get any almond or cherry whatsoever. All I get is a very strong rose, not like the rose in Delina, but a very mature rose!
I’m so glad I didn’t made a international blind buy! Lol

If you’re looking to buy it, the website they are all buying from is: news-parfums.com it ships to the US and its safe!

DiscoPolga

The notes looked so exciting! I imagined a juicy cherry on a bed of roses, sweetened by almonds...but what I got was far from it. Opens with roses and moves straight to almond, sweet and powdery. I get a lot of powder actually and I agree with the reviewer below, it does make me think of almond pastries. I find this fragrance disappointing, mostly because I get little to no cherry - but if you like the original version, you will most likely appreciate Intense.

EDIT: I compared it to Lost Cherry, cause they look similar on paper. Lost Cherry is much more fruity and the cherry note is MUCH more prominent, so I cannot say they smell alike. LC is my pick over Tresor Intense.

This perfume is my absolute favorite perfume. So this was a blind buy. At first it smells like sweet cherry coke with a nice blend of almond pastry or even marzipan. When it starts to dry down it smells warm, sweet and cozy. The cherry and almond smell is still there but a little more subtle and round, with the vanilla becoming more noticeable. It is almost comforting and what i love the most about this one is that it has no patchouli (which i find super-refreshing) since so many others have it and it takes over the whole fragrance. This one is just sweet, fruity, pastry and warm! What's not to love <3 (The only minus is that it's not as longlasting as i wish it was)

dyrdkk

It is a nice flanker. It has strongly the DNA of the OG. But it differs enough, thanks to juicy cherry in it. Although I would not describe it as intense. It is softer than OG. I think, it doesnt smell at all like a la folie. If you love the OG, you can like this one. But if you're a fan of a la folie, try before you buy.

Justinaboo

This just arrived today and it is delicious! I actually want to eat myself. If you like the smell of marzipan you will love this. While there is a faint scent of the original LNT in the dry down, for me the overriding fragrance is amarretto. Very creamy, very gourmand and quite sweet. and strong Definitely a cool weather scent. Probably one you either love or hate.

grapefruit352

I have got the little tester- just 2 times sprayed and got nausea, my face mimic was bad in the mirror I looked like I am suffering deeply...Still some of this perfume stayed in the little bottle, just gonna give it to some friend. I cant spend 2 ml of this!
Happily just couple of hours of suffocation, then feels better:) Heavy and sickly sour fragrance as for me. There is no any cherry here! I would say its similar to Yves Rocher Rose Absolue! Heavy damascene rose + lots of patchouli.
INHO this one cant compete with YSL La Petite Robe Noir with their cherry and delicacy!

For user Kon-nos91:
Some countries might release perfumes much quicker than others :) I had tried this before we had actual products of it, and yeah, I work in a department store. So there might be people who leave reviews who have already tried it out before it's officially out. I'm only speaking on my behalf though ^^

I reeeeaaally like this one!! I'm usually a hater of cherry, but in this it's actually quite soft and not so off-putting towards my nose as it usually is. It sits on my skin very well. It's very soft, sexy, dark and interesting. I feel really beautiful when I'm wearing it. I can recommend :)

Laura67

Not sure why the new Lancome perfumes are not being distributed to the U.S. i.e. La Nuit Intense and La Vie est Belle La Blanche... Amazing! But that's ok there are more than enough other perfume houses to sample!

Kon-nos91

I dedicate this review to the people/fragranticans that supported me when my question as a review "how people are voting for a perfume that isn't already released" was getting off constantly. I am not going to analyze it, you know it's all about marketing but Lancome supposed to be a very serious company.

So, in a few words, I am really sorry to disappoint you but La nuit tresor Intense is a total 'no-no'. Save your bucks for something more innovative or even a dupe of Lost Cherry-Tom Ford or even a lighter version of La petite robe noir-Guerlain. This 'cherry' note, in our case sour cherry is ridiculous. I hope that my review doesn't sound like I have something against Lancome or the people who love it, but I had higher expectations when a new member comes to La nuit tresor family. Even the name is wrong since the notes have nothing to do with the original LNT EDP. There are rumors it's going to be discontinued but this is impossible. Reformulated? Yes! Also, I just hope it's not true but LNT A la folie EDP it is said that is already unavailable in many EU countries too.

I am wondering how you compare each other. Their only common thing is the vanilla on the base that is a bit 'spicy' because of the woods. So, a perfume that is named falsely "intense" and has nothing to do with the original, a perfume that is compared with a 90% discontinued gem LNT-A la folie, a perfume that hasn't it's own ad but it is pushed in the one of Nude's EDP edition or with a new actress/model clip of 28 seconds...Do you really need more? In a few words it starts passionately with a sour cherry note that reminds me of a car's refresher (unapologetically synthetic) then it quickly dries to another discontinued masterpiece Poison Girl EDP-Dior (but in a less girly attitude) and a weaker/less complex A la folie. It's definitely for someone 30+ since there are tons of options from better fruity or even cherry based perfumes, medium lasting power, soft sillage, no emotions provoking. Hey! I have some good news because I like ending always by seeing the bright side, it's a limited edition! In maximum a year will be disappeared. That's all folks.

Nevita

Blind buy from Lancome.de. Received this beauty several days ago.
As someone mentioned before, this version feels like a mix between the classic La Nuit Tresor and La Nuit Tresor a la Folie. But here, the distinctive note is the cherry. It has nothing in common with the medicine cherry in, for example, La Petite Robe Noir. This one is very delicious. Like my husband says, it resembles the cherry liqueor pralines. On my skin, the cherry note is detectable until the drydown.
Longevity - 12+ hours on the skin. On clothes much more. Very strong aroma - one or two sprays are enough for the day and there is no need to be re-applied. Compared to the classic La Nuit Tresor, the Intense version is stronger and long lasting. At the same time, the cherry note gives freshness and makes it suitable for everyday use, in case you do not overspray. Definitely autumn-winter fragrance, suitable also for cooler spring days. The best blind buy for me this year.

fairymeist

This is delicious, very strong and heavy, it is a mix between the original and the a la folie with cherry lipgloss and almond added, if you like the La nuit tresor line this is a no brainer

Edit: It dries down very quickly and it smells just like a nuit tresor, I wished the cherry note lasted longer, but yeah is not for me

nikol_bi

Tried it today in sephora, loved it, going to buy it in March because I already spend to much on perfume this month :D anyways if anyone from USA is interested I can buy for you if you can buy me a cloud intense because in France we don't have access to it :(

cacemonster

I tried this in store today as it was so intriguing when looking at notes. I love cherry, and vanilla, curious about almond note as I love it in Marc jacobs perfect. I thought it looked promising. I am soooo so glad I didnt blind buy this. It is not at all my taste. It is in my opinion heavy, and not too sweet or youthful. I can not compare against the other in line as I have never tested them before. I dont really get the cherry note. If this is is considered cherry, I cant believe it.. it just smells outdated and heavy in a non pleasant way. I really cant detect any of the notes as it is so far from any of them. No sweet vanilla. No cherry. The rose scent is nothing like the austin roses in my garden, I tell you that! It feels so heavy and unpleasant! Like an expensive handsoap I have smelled somewhere, with a lot of extra this and that. If this is representative for rest of the line, im so happy I didnt jump on the blind buy train of them, as I was very tempted! This is my opinion, and our taste are so different, just dont think you can blind buy and get juicy cherries with vanilla and almond. I dont get any :( I get way more wood and I was so hoping i got everything beside that, but it gets almost kinda spicy on me too. Spicy heavy pretend-rose which is outdated, with woods. So far from what other describe so might be a chemistry issue.

mariakok

Sweet cherry almond cola! I also get some praline (maybe the original DNA). It’s more fruity and floral than other flankers of the line. I have a full 30ml bottle of this available (EU)

RosePetalRouge

A beautiful fragrance with a blast of dark cherry in the opening, although the brightness of this note fades and becomes blended in with the perfume as time goes on.
The dry down reminds me very much of the original La Nuit Tresor (before the reformulation). It is deeper and less floral than the reformulated version of it - it is exactly what I was looking for.

The opening does remind me of La Nuit Tresor a La folie.

Faellen

Very beautiful sweet jammy rose with cherry and almond. The dry down is a little bit similar to Lost Cherry but by no means is it duplicate.
So far it's lasted 14 hours on my clothing, but the longevity on skin isn't so good, not enough to earn the "intense" description. But I've only worn this once, I'll update this review when I've had more time with it.
Edit: OK, I've spent some more time with this, and I'm actually shocked that subsequent reviewers think it is strong and long lasting.... Because I don't get that at all! 3 hours on my skin if I'm lucky! Whereas the original La Nuit Tresor is an absolute powerhouse on me, much stronger and longer lasting than 'Intense'.
My skin must drink this up, or I must become noseblind to it very fast.

Anyway, the cherry is prominent for me, synthetic like cherry drops but NOT medicinal, and the rose is luxurious. Nothing cheap smelling here! I would re purchase but it's a shame I don't seem to be getting the strength that others here are experiencing.

___
I got this because I am in the UK. I'm sorry that you USA folks miss out, but.... There are fragrances and products that you have, that I can't get hold of over here either. This is what it feels like. It sucks we can't all have the same things but you are lucky to get things that many other parts of the world miss out on.
Also please do not message me asking to send you a bottle. The postage cost is more than your life.

Princesscrystalus

I really really want this! If there is anyone outside the states that can get this I would love to purchase it! Many thanks
🙏

Thegrimmreaderr

Not getting it in The U.S. Confirmed by Lancome Reps. Such a bummer and they're missing out on a massive market who want this fragrance, myself included.

CaribbeanGoddess

We are definitely NOT getting it in the US. I asked and Lancôme confirmed on Instagram 😩

Heiress_jordan

I wish they would make this available in the U.S. Lancôme confirmed it will not be coming to the states :(

ladolcemae

Smells rly similar to LNT A la folie, with an amplified nuttiness from the almond. The cherry’s detectable, but gives off the same berry vibes than the other flanker. It’s lovely, definitely bears that Lancome DNA. Nothing groundbreaking compared to the others LNT, but a beautiful smell. No need to have this if you have à la folie !

carleycanton14

Its on the Lancome France website, but not sure if US can order through it or not? as dumb as that might sound lol. I tried asking their customer service but they said they find out when we do. I havent seen any dates but did see its supposed to be end of January. I love A La Folie so I am hoping to like this one as well.

linhas

Its a very nice sweet scent, little bit of almond in the beginning but not much. The cherry is very sour. It kind of smells like tresor a la folie, don't think you need both. They are very similar.

Jolinxjojo

Its a pretty sweet scent. Unfortunately, it is pretty close to the la nuit tresor nude. Doesn't smell the cherry so much. It's a hint av medical cherry in the background. It is a pretty scent but nothing more. I already got the Nude and this one is too similar to worth buying it.

alzbeta.malenakova

In the Czech Republic it's so far exclusively available at Douglas online and possibly in Douglas stores too.

Kon-nos91

This is the 3rd time I am commenting and the 3rd time someone removes my review. Is it fair that people already have voted for it's longevity/sillage/notes etc although it's still not in the market?

pinkstate

I can't wait to try it. I found slightly different notes online:

Top Notes: Turkish damask rose
Heart Notes: Black cherry
Base Notes: Almond milk, Bourbon vanilla

Manele2806

I can't wait 😍 and i hope it's a dupe for tf lost cherry

VelvetBunnyPerfumesInc.

Like most the other perfume fanatics on here. I can't wait to have this in my collection.
Will add review after I get it.

samantham-123

Yep I want this, not helpful in the reviews i know. But I wants it lol

Controlledbyscent31

Ooooh I'm looking forward to this bottle In my collection 🤩🥰😍
