Simply the WORST
Absolutely ridiculous service and a very bad shipping company. Every time I buy something online that ships with DPD, there is a problem with delivery. They’re either not on time, are inaccurate with the tracking, or just lose the entire package.
The last order I bought has just not been delivered, and when I check the tracking page there is a date and time where I was 100% at home, but they say delivery was not possible. So I don’t know what their issue is, if they lie or just don’t try to ring doorbells like normal delivery workers.
I also had the experience of an unprofessional delivery, where they left a huge box outside of my door and the box was open on the side. No note, nothing.
Customer service over the phone is also not the friendliest. 0/10 if you have the option to use another delivery service, opt for that. DPD is totally unreliable.
