Very Difficult To Return Damaged Merchandise
I recently ordered several items and one of them arrived damaged. When I went to the Fashion Nova website and uploaded a picture of the damaged item, I got an error message saying that something went wrong with my submission and to refresh and try again. My biggest problem with this is, I got the same error message months ago when trying to report a different damaged item. I also tried to send an email to their support team and I received an automated response telling me to use the help center on the website. So there's essentially no way for me to request a refund for the damaged item I received. I am posting this in hopes that someone from their customer support team will reach out and assist.
