Sweet, juicy, and definitely loaded with mandarin and pink pepper in the beginning. The cacao and orange blossom start to come through right away, as do the rest of the notes... they're quite easy to pick out individually, which is something I generally have a hard time doing.
Deep Desire is very sensual and does have a boozy quality to it, so I'd agree this is a nice boudoir scent!

Out of this Roberto Cavalli line, I have had the original EDP, Nero Assoluto, and Exotica.
I like this better than the original, and waaay more than Exotica.. Nero Assoluto has been my favorite, with Deep Desire being my second.

Emoody

A literal dangerous sexiest woman on earth with so many envious enemies in her life pulling up in a party with red lipstick, red dress and a bodyguard. 🫦 🍷❤️🔥👠

Wow! This is a very delicious scent! Love at first sniff. If you like sweet perfumes you will love it. I get cherries and chocolate.... Just Yummy!

This has become almost impossible to find. So sad as it really is a delicious fragrance, with amazing lasting power and projection. Another triumph for Louise Turner.

Diesel Loverdose Red Kiss is similar and easy to find for a reasonable price. I'll keep searching for this one though!

Deep Desire is a quality fragrance with what is for me, insane longevity. I applied last night 4pm. It’s now 9am, and I’m wafting. This is definitely in the Rouge Smoking, L’interdit Rouge family (Dr Pepper cola, anyone?) but better then both.
Yes, there is- for sure- a cherry vibe. Every time I wear it I try to nail down where it’s coming from. In the end I shrug, and tell myself it doesn’t matter, it’s gorgeous. The cocoa and vanilla are both present. Patchouli, not so much.
Some here have described this as a boudoir scent, or date night perfume. Accurate, I’d say. A word of caution though. I did wear this for a night of partying once, and the strength of Deep Desire coupled with waking up with a blinding hangover was, how shall I say… a lot. Enough to make me take a break for a few months. From drinking, and this scent. Surrounded by my cherry-jasmine-chocolate-vanilla cloud this morning, I’m glad I stuck to hot cocoa last night.

I’m blown 😍. This is TF Lost Cherry with almonds. Love at first sniff. Well done team 👏🏽

First off, I'd like to say that I am not big on gourmand fragrances and I generally dislike anything cherry flavoured because almost every cough syrup has a vile cherry flavour!

That being said, my mind was blown after spraying my tester bottle on today. In fact so much so I have just purchased the one and only bottle I could get my hands on in New Zealand.

This definitely gives a deliciously rich, syrupy vibe to me like a yummy lipgloss. If it was a lipgloss, you would want to constantly lick your lips...and everyone else would wanna lick your lips too LOL. Wearing this fragrance, I think anyone who smells it would want to eat you. Read into that last part any which way you wish!

I've been wearing it now for 8 hours and the projection and sillage are still very present.

Last words: If Deep Desire was a song, it would be Bang Bang by Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj. "You need a bad girl to blow your mind" and trust me he will be "Bang - Bangin" all over you!

Sex in a bottle!

I love that RC keeps his DNA in the flankers- if u are a fan of the original and u like fruity essence (most say they smell cherry, i say cocoa cranberry) in ur fragrance- dont hesitate, purchase immediately. This is a very bold fragrance that lasts a good long while AND smells fantastic. An activist picketing while nude - confident, courageous, fearless and admired- wears this fragrance.

I have been looking for a cherry perfume for a very long time, and none of the tested satisfied my crave.
Well... have you ever had one of those cute chocolate called Mon Cherie? Slightly dark (not too dark) chocolate, with a syrupy, boozy cherry inside - Kirsch at its best! If you like cherries with a bitter kick and dark chocolate, you'd be in paradise here.

So Deep Desire is much alike Mon Cherie: bitter sweet, a tad nutty, rich, decadent. Absolute love, this is so moreish I want a bite of myself!!!
I highly recommend to anyone craving a very well crafted, sexy, delicious cherry perfume.

This is boudoir stuff Ladies, get some for some hot steamy nights!
I am serious, you'd be tantalizing AND moreish at once - put your hands on one bottle if you can, this is my advice.

This perfume is one of my favorites!!! I have so many perfumes, yet this is in constant rotation. It really has a cherry note. It's almost like a maraschino type cherry smell. It also has a rich chocolate note. It's all mixed in with a whisper of jasmine. This perfume smells so expensive, it should cost so much more. Unfortunately it doesn't last long but I don't mind respraying. I feel absolutely sexy and edible while wearing this. LOVE LOVE LOVE

OMG one of the best perfumes I have ever had the pleasure to own. it opens with a sharp bitter blast which lasts less than a minute, then the orange blossom comes to play for just a little while. then it goes to tonka bean and vanilla heaven! not to syrupy sweet for me (i live in a warmer climate). this will be one of my most loved fragrances ever.

I agree with the person below, I definitely perceive cherry and I was surprised to see it wasn’t listed. Perhaps it is the cocoa giving the impression of cherry syrup. The only cavalli I have smelled, so I cannot compare to the others, however this is enjoyable, but I have to be in the mood for it

RainbowGirl

I like this perfume, but out of the three Roberto Cavalli fragrances I own, this is my number three.

It has that same lovely heavy vanilla and sweet tonka bean from the original, but the addition of the orange and cocoa, gives it an almost ... cherry syrup smell. Like the delicious scent of the fake cherry syrup that's added to snowcones, not the smell of real cherries, or cough syrup.

I am not a huge fan of cherry in perfumes, but I really do like this one. I'm just not sure if I need this flanker?

I'm trying to decide if I would NEED this in the winter. Should I really give up the only "cherry" fragrance I've ever liked?

As I sit here, smelling this wonderful vanilla and deep "cherry" scent aura around me, I realize... no. No I should not.

I should BE cherry.

aspirina

Very sweet red berries, some say cherry..maybe cranberry + vanilla/tonka + white flowers? I do not know, but this is very pretty sexy and feminine, not very original, it does remind me of other scents like CH Good Girl mixed with LL Sweet. Moderate projection, longevity just 2-3 hours. The bottle is pretty, really love that color. I get very little cacao but it is there.

_I.V_

I get boozy cherries covered in dark bitter chocolate!
I think it will be great for a date night, Valentine's day type of setting.
Sexy and addictive.
It's sweet and tart at the same time, orange blossom is mild, and I don't get a lot of patchouli. Tonka and vanilla are not overly sweet.
The dry down is lovely.
Moderate projection, longevity.

clintjr82

Not a bad womans fragrance, but this is no vanilla cacao scent. They need to get the notes right. Its literally cherry robitussin and jasmine. Similar to Hypnotic Poison Edp with out licorice and almond though. Otherwise this is a good buy for $30, good quality

nora143

no creamy cacao or vanilla just juicy gourmand cheery syrup , still so beautiful , recommend it if you love sweet scents .

Blueberrymage

A truly remarcable parfume .
I remember trying it in a store and I couldnt stop sniffing it !
Smells sweet like cherries and chocolate , not overly sweet though. Would wear it at night since its pretty strong and remarcable . Lasts quite a while too (a bit over 6 hours) .

perfumeaddict97

This perfume smells amazing! I'm not sure why it's not mentioned in the notes pyramid, but I notice a nice fruity note, kind of like banana cake, mango and a bit of sour cherry/berries. The fruity note makes it smell very juicy and summery.

It's kind of candy-like in a way as well. I can smell the chocolate in this too (when I realise that it's in the notes). The chocolate in this is nice and sweet btw, and not like cocoa powder such as in prada candy night (which is also nice too btw, but just lacking in performance). In the dry down, after several hours of wear, the vanilla note becomes very noticeable.

Very feminine, sexy and yummy smelling perfume. Definitely worth a try if you like gourmand, sweet yet refreshing perfumes, as it's something different from the mainstream gourmand type of perfumes.
The only thing that could've been a bit better is the performance, but it's not bad at all either.

kathmelegrito

One of my all time favorite scents. It starts off as "bitter green" then in about 5 seconds it develops into a warm vanilla sweet scent. Sillage and longevity are great esp when sprayed on clothes.

COSMICSCENTS

Intoxicating and addictive!!! I blind bought it and arrived today along with 3 other perfumes that I will probably review also. First spray I was hooked, it smells like sweet red vanilla, also imagine a red jasmine if it would exist lol perfectly blended together. I love it when fragrances smell strong when you first spray them, I am not the type of person that likes light perfumes that you can barely smell them and have to keep rubbing your nose on your wrist to be able to smell it. Perfumes need to be strong and long lasting and if you want to smell light than just spray one time. I don't like to pay a lot of money for perfumes that lasts like a body spray or smells light. I sprayed it about an hour ago and I can still smell it at a perfect level. Too bad I don't have a husband to smell me because he would be hooked on the smell. Love love love from me for this masterpiece!

LanaBella90210

Deep Desire is sweet, deep though not dark, and deliciously resinous. It runs in the same vein as Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle, whereas La Belle is pear concentrated, this is cherry. The longevity is fantastic on skin, I can still smell wafts of it the morning after. A worthy blind buy for any cherry lover.

Norah111

New Warm scent . It's like "Georgie Armani because it's you" surrounded with warm notes like vanilla, tonka bean and cacao.
It's not sexy enough because is not screaming! but is suitable to wear it with langry . It's for your husband not for date because people need to stick in you to try smell it and take time still sticking in your neck to understand how is this scent is warm and sexy. This scent same it's name : deep desire.

ghozlan

it is a strong cherry in the beginning it is a spectacualr scent ! i love this one ! but i have a note which is when i put it in some fabrics like wool the smell changes to bad

Taina44

This fragance does not share any of the original RC DNA.Opens very similar to Armani Code Satin only the rootbeer type scent is replaced by a strong patchouli and pepper combination which is a tad overpowering and not exactly enjoyable.unless you are into that somewhat harsh bitterness of strong patchouli.Once the opening mellows(on me last about half hour)then it becomes a beauty. The middle becomes far more enjoyable with the pink pepper and jasmine to the front and subtle vanilla and cacao notes trailing softer behind it.The drydown is the best part with the vanilla, tonka and cocoa taking the spotlight but in a softer way and at this point is very similar to Black XS edt from Paco Rabanne. In mt opinion is an elegant option for fall/winter evenings and both projection and sillage are present yet not overpowering.People into the Rouge type fragances will enjoy this fragance as it is well blended however, again, the opening is quite strong and you should be aware of this when trying this fragance before making your mind about it.Hope anyone interested in this fragance find this helpful.

Quiet Life

As much as I love this line from RC, this one is my least favorite. Cherry cough drops is all I smell, I am someone who doesn't like cherry notes so if you do this might work for you..cherry is not listed in the notes though. It doesn't have the original RC DNA, longevity is okay, better than its precedent La Notte, but not as good as the original or Nero Assoluto, or Essenza. The dry down is better than the start, I don't get any Cacao, and overall a bit too synthetic for my taste.

lulu169

sounds like my current fav Lady Million Privé - Patchouli with Cacao...yummy yummy...can´t way!!!
