I have a bottle. if interested please send me a mesage in turkey

This is a head turner surprisingly for men! Four colleagues asked me about it at work to get one like it for their partners, which was strange to me .. I never found that it was that special, but it seems it is!

Ferra_Verto

Powdered Nutella scented wood chips. Sweet, warm, & cozy, a beautiful take on a cold-weather gourmand, small hints of leather come up as the scent tapers down.
At least 8 hrs on skin & clothes, strong enough sillage. Best-suited for cold-weather, would be too one note in the warmth.
One of the best Cavalli flankers in my collection.

Joani_Cheddar

In my Mariah Carey voice; You'll always be a part of me~ I'm part of you indefinitely ~Boy don't you know you can't escape me~ Oh darlin' 'cause you'll always be my baby And the scent'll linger on~ RC Just Cavalli closely resembles this original BUT this original is more of a seductive delight & gourmandish. They should have name it cocoa-sensual-pheromonic musk but the name was probably taken. :)

Finally A Cavalli I like! It isn't a LOVE yet, but may turn into one. This is my first day with a full size bottle to play with. Nice. Warm. Cozy. If you like these types of scents, accords, & notes, I think this is very safe! It was a blind buy for me. I really do not see how anyone could dislike it. It's just not offensive in any way. It's not too strong, it's not sharp. The leather is very smooth & well played. MMMMMM. Anytime, Any place, Any Season, Any Gender. From the gym to date night, all the way to your "Sleep" Perfume, this has you covered.
Update~ 6 hours later I just ordered a backup bottle & i'll tell you why. This DOES seem to be hard to find for less than $70, & mine was $39 Plus $9 Shipping. They still had one bottle left according to website, for that price, so I ordered it. I just sprayed a t-shirt, folded it, & I am going to open it up in the morning when I get out of the shower & smell it. I feel like when I do that, I have a clean nose to walk up to it & smell what others are going to smell on me. WE tend to have anosmia set in on ourselves at some point.

LadyPilot

Creamy, nutty, non-sweet, well-balances perfume with Cavalli Essenza note deep in the background. Intriguing, perfect for a sunny November or December day, I'm happy to be able to test it as it seems to be discontinued.

bintTapputi

Perfect for fall. Quite sweet, a bit leathery and spicy, quite woody. A touch of jasmine. It's really simple and pretty, a shame it's discontinued. 7/10

DiaAnna

Powdery love . It’s discontinued i guess , I checked prices online and they blew up .

I have been trying to find a perfume with marshmallow notes that works on my skin. Dolce gabana pour femme did not work on me. This, on the other hand, smells unique to me. The opening reminds me of roasted chestnut which evolved into a mature, sexy, creamy floral woody scent. It has the the same vibes as Bottega Veneta edp, both floral woody with jasmine in the middle note and the leather dry-down. I am glad this work out well for me. Thumbs up!

After one hour I feel lip stick vibes around me!
Cozy, cuddly and perfect for fall winter time🥰

Endless love 🥰😍❤❤❤

this was a blind buy for me. this past month I have been on a purfume kick, like really bad. I might need an intervention lol. so I have been searching for a unique cozy signature scent, well this is definitely a contender!

perfume review:
I never smelled anything like this before!
on paper and at first spray on my skin it was overwhelming. but in 20 min. it snuggles to the skin so nice. its sweet but not nauseous sticky sweet. more like smores by the fire in the woods. I can actually smell a hint of woodburning smoke which is ridiculous but so cool at the same time.

I give it 9/10

update 9 days later
you guys yesterday I lit a candle from bath and body works "marshmello fireside" and it reminded me of Cavalli so bad go figure that that was my initial thought in the first review lol

africanabrit

I really really like this. It's very different to most of my other fragrances. It is very nutty, slightly powdery, draws compliments. I adore the shiny gold bottle and this lasts a long time without changing on my skin. I also have the cavalli scent that is in a black bottle (can't remember the name) but this one lasts way longer.

I would buy this again definitely 💜

loverdoll78264

Hazelnut, creamy, lipstick note, yes, sweet but no way cloying, palisander is notably there.
This is not gourmand to me at all. Have received many compliments on this as well.
A lucky blind buy. Works in very hot humid weather ( South Texas) should be lovely incold weather too.

MadCherryLove

Mmmmm...I love this one. It melds perfectly with my chemistry, soft but good longevity. It is what I hoped Montale Sweet Oriental Dream would have been. I just hope that I can locate a bottle soon. This might be a favorite, almost signature.

It's very difficult to find a scent that I love that my husband also loves. This is that fragrance; not too sweet, not too strong. My husband loves the soft vanilla-woodsy notes on my skin every time we hug. I am pleasantly surprised and will alternate wearing this with Mon Guerlain.

turtle91

This is very nutty. Don’t expect Nutella as I don’t smell chocolate at all but just sweet, warm, creamy nuts. Someone mentioned it has a lipstick scent. I agree with that.

Swedelish

This is a perfect fragrance I never tire of. It opens with a blast of toasted hazelnuts and fluffy marshmallow with orange zest and a distinct leather note. It's a woody, powdery, leather, floral gourmand which, if there never was such a thing there is now. I've never smelled anything else like it. It's warm and nutty in a gourmand way, then fresh and powdery in a cosmetics cream way so it's two unexpected worlds colliding. It's such a harmonious blend and beautifully crafted I wonder why there aren't more like it.

I love powdery fragrances and creative gourmands and this satisfies both cravings wonderfully. It's a leather dominant scent with unique supporting notes that make it delectable and cozy but still fresh and airy. Clever and addictive. I love it.

Gourmandlover

This smells so incredibly good, I love it so much, it is very addictive❤. It has good performance and it has the most delicious creamy, nutty and fluffy smell. It lingers beautifully around me during the day and instantly lifts my mood. It´s just an amazing cozy smell and perfect for wearing during autumn and winter days. Although I will wear it in summer too when I crave for it. Definitely recommended if you like sweet and smooth scents.

Yesterday I was wearing this and all day it smelled similar to me. I couldn't think of what the other similar scent must be. But in the evening it suddenly came to mind! It reminded me of some lipbalm I used, I didn't remember which one though. When I went to sleep I woke up a few hours later in the middle of a dream and I got my answer! In some way it reminds me of the labello classic lip balm, the one with the blue cap. I don't know if they really smell the same according to other people, but to my nose and mind they must have some similarities.

craftymaya

That is a beautiful gourmand! It is much MORE than a "nutella" scent like many mentioned!! It is a marshmallow nutty sweet fragrance. I definitely get a soft leather and floral notes too. It is very well blended, even though linear. leans towards a feminine scent but could certainly be unisex! I will layer with a tad of vanilla to make it even more feminine and seductive :)

TinaMKL

On paper this smells to me quite nauseatingly sweet, I would actually like to describe the scent as stifling. I must however confess that a) I am not a fan of sweet gourmandy scents in general and b) I didn't dare to try it on my skin, as I was quite sure that a headache would ensue. So, although I owned this for a while, I never got thoroughly familiar with it. Please go carefully with this if you intend to wear it in a crowd!

musenkata

If you open a jar with Nutella and smell in it - this is ''Just Cavalli Gold'' scent, love them both.

Leathery, nutty, woody, powdery and flowery.

There is a lot of beautiful leather here, more than in some fragrances from the 'leather' group.
Just amazing! One of my favorite.

rihabi

Although it's a gourmand fragrance, I don't immediately notice harsh sweet notes - I smell the hazelnuts, yes. But my first observation is that there is a preveiling amount of wood and leather. Hazelnuts appear somewhere in between, but not too obsessively. Marshmellows? hm, not really. But anyway, it's a long lasting bomb and i give it props for that.

Charess

A nice gourmand fragrance which isn't sweet but rather powdery and woody. I mostly get dry, roasted hazelnut, powdery marshmallow and soft leather. In the drydown there's some wood also. Very nice! Despite the gourmand-notes Cavalli Gold keeps smelling a bit fresh and clean.
Sillage is moderate, longevity is about 5-6 hours.
Great hazelnutty gourmand! :)

kati77

For my taste it is so gourmandy sweet scent that i can not wear it. Even so a nuts factor yes there is, its too much for me. But for marshmallow nutty scents lovers i can recommend to try it.
I like a bit first version Just Cavalli. But this one is super sweet.

Gourmandlover

I tried this from a sample yesterday and oh my, it quickly turned into a big love, now I need it! It's so delicious fluffy sweet that I couldn't stop smelling myself. It had moderate sillage and longevity on my skin yesterday.

Bigsly

To me these kinds of scents are unisex, in that I wear them around the house only, since I have similar and slightly more "masculine" ones that I'd wear in public in cooler weather. At first it felt a bit "synthetic" but then it settled in nicely, and I definitely get some leather here. I've got so many of these and it's not cheap so I doubt I'd buy a bottle now but I'll keep my eye open in a few months to see if some testers hit the discounters.

Norgirl

this is a very lovely leathery marshmellow , It reminds me of Oscar de la Rentas Fresh vanilla with he vanillic marshmellow . But this one also has white flowers and citrus notes to ground it making it a tad less sweet . I feal like a queen wearing this fun flirty and joyfull . And im not a young girl anymore , But this one makes me feal young and alive . The Hasselnut is also blending very will with the marshmellow .
I only have a decant of this but this so totaly full bottle worthy .
It lasts all day on my skin . Especialy nice wearing this in wintertime . the smell on the skin inside is nice warm floral marshmellow . When going out in the chilly air the Vanilla and hasselnut starts dancing around you . it wafts so beautiful around you . like little fairys drizzeling kisses at you in the air. Very nice indeed

perfume_infatuated

A nice creamy/ waxy gourmandy-ish perfume with an edge. I noticed four well-integrated vibes in this one: (1) "faint" wood and leather, giving the perfume the sexy edge it needs, (2) hazelnut cream, providing the gourmand edge, (3) powder, close somehow to baby powder but sweeter and creamier, deepening the feminine facet of the perfume, (4) flowers, preventing the perfume from being a total gourmand.

I find this one really pleasant and noticeable; for casual wear during evenings and nights. Truly feminine.

emi

This was really well done blind buy. I was looking for something with distinctive hazelnut dessert note and I am not dissapointed. Ths one starts with sweet hazelnut and that charming note does not dissapear during the developement of the fragrance. Everything that is changing during the performance is happening behind it. There is also light vanilla in it, hint of white flowers, woodines and some musk. This is very soft, quiet, cuddling, charming scent with very good longevity. By no means it is cloying or overly sweet. It is perfectly balanced, elegant fragrance.

FatFragHead

This puts me in the mind of a softer Gold Sugar type (Aqualina) with a lipsticky scent. A soft frag that seems to have slightly moderate projection in 60 degree weather and cooler. the bottle is nice, heavy, gold (I love awesome bottles). This is for everyone. Guys if you like Dior Homme, Valentino Uomo, Black Orchid (unisex type with soft florals that balance the gourmand element) types this is certainly doable, it's not as interesting as those but it pulls a page from those books. The leather helps to round things off and add a little texture & body. I give it 3 out of 5. Pleasant, not unique nothing ground breaking but so what. It's nice all the same with a better bottle and worthy of being purchased.

unsrsly

I ordered this in Spain without testing it after wanting it forever and it is not quite what I expected. With hazelnut and marshmallow as top notes I expected it to be sweeter and nutella like but for me the shining star is leather. I usually love leather but for me its a bit much and makes it almost smell synthetic and too bitter. The dry down is a lot sweeter though which I do enjoy. The silage and lasting power are amazing too. Definitely a unique scent and well done just not sure it for me. I think it will be stunning in cold weather. Blind buyers maybe smell it first and chemistry plays a huge factor but still I am happy with the purchase.

Update:
The more I wear this the more orris root I smell which makes it seem like the more mature and edgy sister of Fantasy Naughty Remix by Britney Spears.

SailorV

Just Cavalli Gold is an interesting and unique gourmand. I love the idea of combining marshmallow with leather and it's executed very well, too.
The leather feels feminine and not too animalic here. It's like snuggling your nose into your favorite black leather jacket, not like that bag you bought on a market on your holidays and had to air on the balcony for 2 months. Orris supports the leather with a powdery vibe.
On me the dusty sweet marshmallow note is more prominent than the subtle hazelnut.

After a while I noticed the mandarin/citrus note in the background. It adds a cologny feel that I didn't like at first, but I got used to it soon.
It doesn't stay forever anyways. The drydown is marshmallow and leather again, this time with a slight woody note and a sweeter edge than in the beginning.

Overall this fragrance has a cool and dry, but also slight creamy aura. The lasting power and sillage are very good, but it doesn't feel heavy or overwhelming.

Whiteclimax

Another great fragrance from Cavalli
At the beggining it smells like nutella: gourmand nutilicous chocolate cream.
After it dries, the leather and vanilla comes out giving that bad leather girl and motorcycle mood.
Really nice for those girls who want to appear cute but keep a little wild in the same time.
It was a blind buy that I wanted to give to another person because I have too many perfumes BUT when I smell it .. Oh god~
Really good! My new favorite!

Tiger84

I stumbled upon this nutty scent by accident, and I'm nuts for nutty smells so I ended up buying a 50 ml bottle. Pity that it's discontinued. The nuts, mild sweetness, wood, powder and leather play together very well. Reminds me to Dior Homme, Valentino Uomo and Hypnotic Poison, again by Dior. I can imagine wearing it year round. The packaging and bottle are also intriguing. Somehow nutty scents are like catnip to me. The ones I have so far are this Just Gold, Angel Muse and City Tower, but the realization began with two L'Artisan scents, Dzing! and Mechant Loup, which I loved but never owned. This is warm but I can even imagine it on a beach somehow, it is sensual, even sexy I guess, and can be worn regardless to gender. Something you would want to bathe in because it is so delicious.

aquarius_moon

Just Gold was (and is) such an instant love for me that it’s hard not to gush. After some years of perfume-apathy caused by the demise of oakmoss—when my old faves were destroyed and such new entries as I bothered to sniff delivered banality rather than a new paradigm—it was a whiff of Just Gold that rekindled my interest in perfumes. Since then, I’ve found new likes and loves, and while some of them could be called more ‘impressive,’ there are few I enjoy more. Just is special without ostentation and just plain makes me happy. And though mega-crushes of the kind I have for it tend to be rather individual, I feel justified in saying that it’s a fine creation with more flair and character than most. It's deceptively simple yet distinct, marries coziness with an effortlessly casual sense of glamour, and packs a good wallop of sex appeal.

My only complaint used to be that it could have bigger sillage—I wished I could float on a little cloud of it—but the more perfumers treat sillage as a function of insidious toxic boosters, the more I count it as a plus that this underrated little gem wears close to the skin.

The scent of Just Gold is gourmand enough to capture the interest even of hardcore gourmand lovers—maybe it’s not quite as sweet as you’d prefer, but I dare you to find a hazelnut (or any nut) more delicious. At the same time, it’s nowhere near as gourmand as you might fear if you don’t care for the genre. It’s not cloying like Hypnotic Poison, not cheap and banal like Versace’s Crystal Noir, not too literally edible like many of the cheapies, nor a perplexing soup of flavors I find Muglers to be. Rather than being a ‘real’ gourmand, it straddles several categories—woody-floral-leather-oriental—and whatever you decide to call it, it’s harmonious and pleasing, and it has individuality.

In development it’s linear but not devoid of complexity. The notes intermingle in a way that keeps you sniffing and feeling like you’re getting something slightly different every time—now it’s just sweet and comforting, now it’s expensive and pretty, and now it’s so sexy in such an adult way that I’d call it ‘dirty’ if not for fear of giving the reader a wrong idea. To be clear, there’s nothing whatsoever ‘body odor’ in it—it’s just that the leather and the sweetness and a touch of fruit and flower conspire to evoke a glorified smell of sex, a kind of feminine ‘nectar’ belonging, perhaps, to the imaginings of erotic novels rather than the sweaty reality. It’s not a risky or tacky scent in any way—merely one with a touch of mystery (secrecy, seduction, transgression) behind the perfectly presentable façade.

It may be worth noting that I find Just in the pink bottle pretty and seductive too. It shares some of Gold’s DNA, though it’s less memorable and in a different category. I much prefer Gold, but if I were shopping for a floral, it’d be a contender.

Moyogi

It's woody and spicy. I'm suprised that pink pepper is not listed in notes. Pepper-like smell, wood and vanilla is dominant. A little jasmine in the background. Not bad, but nothing special also.

lulami

I don't find this similar to the other Cavalli in the Pink bottle, Just cavalli but nonetheless I love this a lot. The hazelnut and leather notes along with marshmallow blend together for a perfect combination of a sweet, creamy and leathery perfume that exudes sexiness and seduction in a not so loud way. This perfume knows what it's doing and you better leave it do what it does the best: attract and seduce. Perfect for all the seasons and nobody is going to get offended by it. It's a pity that it cannot be easily found especially if it's discontinued.

polkadot27

Received this for Christmas- it has been discontinued here in the UK so it was a blind buy- having tried the pink just cavalli this year and falling in love with it I just had to have it. This one is very similar to the pink one, but this one is softer and smoother, the pink one has a very sharp bitter citrus note that I love, whereas this one is just all around softer and smoother and nicely rounded. I do however find this one (even though EDP) to be weaker than the pink one which is EDT. I think this is because it lacks the citrus notes that the EDT has. The EDT seems to project more on my skin whereas this is just a soft smooth creamy skin scent. Regardless, what I do know is I love them both- this one is warm and sexy and comforting. I would wear it if I were having a night out, or having drinks with friends, or going on a date.

I would actually describe this as gourmand, to me it smells of almonds and hazelnuts and a thick heady creaminess. It has a richness about it and smells textured which I just love.

Perfect for winter as it is so nutty and gourmand. I also think this would be perfect for summer, these fragrances are just so warm comforting and firey- they all have an exotic vibe about them every single one of Roberto Cavalli's fragrances have an exotic vibe that makes them stand out amongst other fragrances on the market.

Overall this is a scent that I love the smell of, I am always in the mood for the EDP and the EDT. You cannot go wrong with these fragrances and they are very affordable unlike a lot of fragrances these days. They are quality for money.

I wish it projected more, but it is beautiful- and on scent alone I give this an 8.5/10- I love it!

Soofiya

I received 10 bottles of perfume today and I can name cavalli gold my best blindbuy
It is definitely a gourmand but a very unique one.it's a not really sweet and dry gourmand, mature and very classy
I can get all the notes listed here, marshmallow with it's fluffy sweetness, hazelnut which is more like a tasty nuty woodsy note, leather which adds a warm, elegant quality to it,rosewood which makes gold dryer and darker and a very faint hint of creamy Jasmine and powdery orris, also something makes me think of cocoa powder,a bitter cocoa
If you're looking for a sweet, syrupy and loud gourmand cavalli gold will definitely let you down, but if you're looking for a woody, powdery gourmand which is a combination of very well balanced bitter and sweet notes and is soft and a tad dark, this is for you.I have nothing like this in my collection
For me this is a fragrance for cold weather and formal occasions since it's serious, mature and classy
It seems to be very soft but actually it projects good and is real long-lasting
❤❤❤❤❤
I also love it's golden bottle

gugute

This was a huge disappointment, the worst blind swap I have ever had. Tempted by the notes I was looking forward for its arrival and eagerly opened the box. As soon as I took off the cap I thought "Hmmm.." And yet I sprayed and waited for a miracle to happen. It didn't. Instead it gave me a headache and made me feel sicklish. Just like the lady I swapped this with who had to give it away as Just Gold gave her migranes, I had to get rid of this. I gave it away to a girl at work who likes sweet perfumes but even she said it was very heavy and difficult to like.

For me it's too sweet and suffocating, heavy and unpleasant. Unfortunately, definitely not for me.

bgirllui

Quite a nice fragrance, above all very elegant and classy. I mostly love it for the distinctive smell of hazelnuts, which I adore. Luckily, the jasmine note is undetectable for me and doesn't spoil the whole thing as usual (I can't stand it). It resembles Max Mara Max Mara a bit, but is less sugary and more woody.

blake.lee

This is a lot lighter and less sweet than I expected. It's nutty but also smells sort of like vintage lipstick in the background. Suede, marshmellow fluff, vintage lipstick and pralines.

Solar Girl

Precious little sweety, Just gold.
Very Cavalli, reminiscent to all other Cavalli scents. Perfect for summer, creamy and sweet, seductive and sexy.

Reminds me of summer, beach and smell of expensive sunscreen oil.

I get hazelnut just in the opening, but very soon on my skin it settles into vanilla-ish marshamallow base accompanied with very soft orange and white flowers. I don't get the leather since the leather usually resonates a bit bitter and masculine. This is more a skin scent type of leather.

Compared to other Cavalli fragrances this one is smoother, more rounded and very well balanced. Others, even though sexy and summery, can scream a bit loud with some note sticking out in summer heat.
Just gold doesn't. It blends perfectly with the skin leaving the silky, glowy trail.

cumulnimbus

I'm surprised that in the weather the classifications above this one gets most of its votes for cool weather. I find it perfect for warm days too. In fact, it has a shinny temper which makes me think of spring and summer holidays. My favorite ice cream flavor is hazelnut, the sweet hazelnut slightly leathery character of this perfume might just be playing tricks with my own memories. I plan to use up my new bottle in the following months. An elegant soft gourmand wearing a cute new leather bag.

Projection on my skin is moderate but has a decent longevity.

EDIT: I found out it was being discontinued when looking for it for a friend of mine which had complimented it, she is too a perfume addict. I ended up giving her another perfume. A couple of weeks ago I found a bottle with a great discount so now is one the few ones I have a back up of. It is that good.

Madrona

Oh yes. I tried a sample of this yesterday and promptly went on a day trip to get a full bottle today.

If you expected Nutella, this is not it. Instead it is an intriguing hazelnut-marshmallow-leather-wood combination with some white flowers thrown in there for good measure. It reads as a very real hazelnut to my nose, almost a bit roasted, but the marshmallow softens it and the leather and wood add a nice depth. Lovely. Do try it.

I'm really curious how it compares to the hazelnut and whipped cream notes of Angel Muse, so I suppose I could update this when I get the Angel Muse sample in the mail.

EDIT: Angel Muse is a different animal entirely. It is considerably closer to the original Angel than this. Angel Muse has a bit more breathing room than this does, this packs more of a punch, sweeter, fluffier.

Museumgal

This is fun! The leather and hazelnut come in right away -- which is a bit of a jarring combo -- but after the initial spray it calms down. Nutty and very sweet with the marshmallow, which is gooey and sugary, slightly toasted. A perfect marshmallow note. A little wood to keep it from getting too sweet. Delicious! Not your typical gourmand but still sweet.

zeinebhedhili

HellCommander

It's not exactly a bad perfume, but simply not something I'd like to wear. I've been looking for the perfect hazelnut. And sadly this is not the one. Yes, this is very nutty and very woody indeed, but it's not the delicious roasted hazelnut I was hoping for - this is a very dry, fresh, bitter hazelnut with a lot of wood and leather. Not bad, but not for me. :)

bgirllui

A very nice, classical and classy fragrance which reminds me of the very first (probably!) and one of my beleved ones Max Mara Max Mara. Although it has quite a different content, I can smell this specific pleasantly powdery sweetness. Worth wearing!

Bee-young-ka

Hello. I Love You.

Came across it by chance out hunting Loverdose and while this is nothing like Diesel I think this is the start of a intense Love Affair with the delectable yummy marsh-mellow and surprising hazelnut notes.

I am in Lor've!

My Lover (who is quiet bored with my perfume obsession- I bought 6 bottle this holiday- likes this one the best, and told me without prompting. Also threw in how he likes that the scent lingers while I'm away. what more can a girl want?

Scent 10/10
bottle 10/10 we all love shiny gold don't we?

shushkin

This is a very weak fragrance and needs warmth to really come alive at all. It is a sweetish hazelnut creamy scent. Pretty but thats about it. Its pretty much linear. Weak sillage and longevity.

nektarinka

I have ordered a vial sample to test this as I was looking for a nice wintery warm hazelnut creamy gourmand perfume and this is not it.
Straight upon spraying I can smell strong baking cupboard anise...I can't see anise listed in the notes above, but it's like anise sweet cupcake flavouring and something warm trying to come through, there are no warm hazelnuts, somehow it reminds me of Flowerbomb, but it's very weird, not a rich creamy nutty perfume I was hoping for.

My goodness if you want a perfume that smells like Christmas this is it!

Beautiful candy sweetness with those yummy hazelnuts though I don't get much marshmallow or leather but I get the luxurious rosewood and orris root.

This is gorgeous but so gentle - I wish it would pack more of a punch and last longer before it becomes a skin scent. Don't get me wrong it sticks around but I like my winter fumes to make their presence known yet this one quietly takes a seat and watches the action instead. ;)
Also, after about an hour I get an unlisted light black pepper note in my nose which is quite lovely.
Oh and I am not at all getting the comparisons to HP. To me they are *nothing* alike. HP is a grown woman, who owns the room as she walks in through the door. Cavalli Gold is her younger sister who is still learning the ropes.

A perfect fragrance for layering with something a little spicy like perhaps Kenzo Elephant or even Shalimar Vanille Mexique, if you'd like a little extra kick. If not, spritz some on, grab some hot cocoa and listen to Xmas songs in front of the fire because this little number is PERFECT for the holidays!

I get the hazelnut but I could swear there is cinnamon in the top notes.I get bitter hazelnut and red cinnamon gum sticks for 10 minutes.I wish this would stay around longer but it quickly fades into chewy marshmallow musk.Moderate longevity 4/5 hours and soft sillage/skin scent after the initial burst of hazelnut has faded.Nice scent but I just wish that hazelnut hung around longer.

incrediblemelk

The hazelnut was quite noticeable when I tried this on my arm. It's definitely a gourmand, but is neither too sweet and cloying nor too acrid and leathery. I get the comparison to Dior Homme Intense, but that is much more powdery and lipsticky, which I prefer to be honest, because I'm an iris fan. This would be a nice casual perfume for cold weather: it really warmed up on me when I was rushing to an appointment, and I felt a bit awkward, like it dominated the room once I got there. Dries down to a vaguely sweet, musky spice which is nice in its own right.

EDIT: I've decided I don't like the drydown; it smells kind of cheap and plasticky. I do prefer the drydown of Dior Homme Intense.

mschnabel666

My first impression on an arm test-- pure soft powder.
Pretty basic, like baby powder and maybe a hint of leather and florals. I bought this to be a gourmand. :(

Will update if my opinion changes.

So I gave this a proper wearing, and my conclusion is... This smells like 65% of Hypnotic Poison... the nutty powder of HP exactly. Which is ok... it's not the hazelnut gourmand I was craving (blind buy), but I will try to wear it. Maybe it will change in cold winter?
The powder probably comes from the marshmallows, but it's a powder wood/leather and that is about it. And as it dries down (seems pretty long lasting) it just gets more basic powdery. It must be the hazelnut that makes it smell like HP, but overall, disappointed. I hope my blind buy of Roberto Cavalli EDP is better!

Something prompted me to wear this to work today. And I'm liking it more. It's comforting and has decent sillage, but still smells a lot like HP.

This is growing on me, as winter arrives (with it.... snow.... Upper Michigan is very cold and snowy). I mostly get a woody powder with a nutty vibe. I find it comforting now.

Just Cavalli Gold for Her is a warm, nutty gourmand with many likeable qualities. I like it so much that I'm seriously considering adding it to my collection.

I tested Just Cavalli Gold on a whim when a sales assistant shoved a tester strip under my nose. Amongst the array of sweet, fruity scents I had been smelling that day Just Cavalli Gold stood out to me as something very different and rather appealing.

Hazelnut is a note you very rarely smell in perfume. In fact it should be used in fragrance compositions more often as it smells divine on a cold Winter's day. It has a very warm, homely smell.

Other than the dominant hazelnut accord, Just Cavalli Gold also features light, fluffy marshmallows and a smooth, almost powdery leather note. It's sweet without being too sweet and woodsy in a way that is not overly masculine.

Just Cavalli Gold is not what I'd call a sexy scent, but it is incredibly enticing. Both the sillage and longevity are excellent. After having smelt this flanker I will now have to back-track and test the original Just Cavalli for Her to see how they both compare.

@sheridanellis: I just recently bought it on fragrance net, along with four other Cavallis. The price point is excellent.

I love this one. It reminds me a bit of Prada but with a slightly darker twist. The first time I tried, I overdid the spritzing. Don't do that.

One or two is enough, and you will enjoy it. It has excellent longevity. It's a warm and inviting scent for any time, but I think I would choose something else in stifling heat and humidity.

I have had a difficult time finding this in my area of the US. I finally tracked it down last week in Austria. It is a beautiful and unusual scent. I was intrigued with the hazelnut addition to the soft base and the rosewood was very pretty. I spritzed some on two different days...one day it was very hot out and the other day we revisited the perfume store it was chilly and rainy. The day it was raining, I liked the scent on my skin. It was comforting, nutty and made me think of hot hazelnut lattes or a white floral candle burning at a coffee house that had a bowl of oranges at the counter. I liked it. The day it was 90+ degrees out, I found it to smell like a candy factory on my skin and the marshmallow note (which I normally adore) had me almost gagging. I made the choice not to purchase it based on my impression of that testing, and I am regretting it so very much! I think this would be the perfect scent for fall that would stand out from many others! There was something that reminded me of the strong almond scent of Castelbajac Perfume, and I am sad that I no longer have that in my collection either.
If you get a chance to purchase this, but are on the fence about it, I would encourage you to go for it since it is difficult to find in some areas. As the reviewer before me said, this is SEXY.
That being said, I do not find a lot of similarities between this and the original (pink liquid) JUST (which I wear on a regular basis), to my nose.
Cheers!

Definitely another great scent by Cavalli! I love Cavalli fragrances, they are nicely made, they have depth, and character...Just Gold is rich, it has longevity, it is a gourmand, with a nutty edge, with a hint of an oriental vibe..sensuous, and all woman!!
The leather is hardly there, very subtle..
There is a masculine version for men, by the way!!
I love it, I wear it all seasons, as long as it isn't hot...

pattyk

Just blind bought this the other day and received it today. Yo Mama! How can I describe this.....awesome,sexy,delicious,sensual,addictive,feminine, beautiful and the best I've ever had....did I just say that? I bought another bottle. You know how this goes....all the good ones either go up in price hundreds of dollars or go away all together. Maybe I should buy two more, haha! It's heavenly and I will say all the notes above are perfectly blended together to make this marvelous scent that puts me in awe of this perfume. Should I really be telling you this? Hmmm, anyway, if you can find it, get it while it's still affordable. I'm off to buy another bottle. Just what I need with the other 100 bottles I already have of various scents.

mystica

Just Gold is a slightly sweaty kind of dirty, grown-up sweet fragrance. Leather gives this effect to hazelnut and marshmellows.

That's not at all an oriental floral, but rather a gourmand. It has a slightly artifical edge, but overall the composition is well done, that's ignorable. I do definitely smell the chocolate, and indeed I can recommend this perfume to anyone who likes dark chocolate.

Jasmine -which I smell through the base notes- still doesn't give it a floral effect but a slight aroma to the dirty bitter chocolate.

If you like creamy gourmands with a dirty effect sans-patchouli, you'll enjoy this.

Just Gold is more of a skin scent and can be worn by a male too.

*Generally migraine safe.

veronikitkat

the hazelnut and leather is definitely detectable. I am kind of sensing a top green apple note.

xionoula

Bought it yesterday and i just ADOOOOORE it!!!! it smells heavenly and yes i sense it might also replace my fragrance signature i had for so many years... :-) :-)Hazelnut indeed strikes you by the very first moment, i wonder why its not categorized as gourmand instead of oriental floral. The floral part is not at all noticable.. Sweet but in special glamourous fine way.. Big thanks to Cavali for that wonderful gift he offered to our satisfied noses. . just wish they dont rush to discontinue (!)

LisaLovesPerfume

I could not help smelling my wrist. The hazelnut is wonderful coupled with the coffee. It has a wonderful depth and warmth. Certainly one of my favorites. I bought every bottle Marshall's had.

ScarlettX

A gorgeous perfume, interesting smelling and impressive.
Similar to the Just Cavalli EDT, but sweeter. I like how leather note gives very nice smoky tone to it. Woody notes are also perfect in this composition.
It's interesting how it smells edible and smoky-woody-leathery at the same time.
Pure gold!!!

Helstabel

Just got this as a blind buy and absolutely love it. It smells exactly as I was hoping it would however it dosent last long. I have sprayed it on twice today but I don't mind as got it for a good price on eBay. I'm going to try not to use it too much though as want it as my autumn scent.

ptilda

I hunted this down after hearing such great reviews by people on this site. It truly is a beautiful scent that is surprisingly complex. Right away I get an extremely present and realistic hazelnut accompanied with this lovely blend of the citrus and floral. The depth comes in later and while there is a definite sweetness, it is bearable to me because of the depth.

In the drydown I smell gorgeous chocolate. And that's what remains. It has excellent silage and longevity. I'm going to enjoy this as colder weather returns.

Lipglossjunkee

Oh, this is divine.

The opening is a sweet waxy lipstick scent (I attribute this to the orris root mingling with the leather) and it reminds me immediately of Moulin Rouge 1889 (Histoires). It IS sweet, but not sickly sweet or too much. The lipstick vibe matures over time as the hazelnut takes over, and the first hour is mostly leather/hazelnut with a hint of marshmallow with the orris root just hovering there underneath. It is powdery in a way, but not overly so. I get some vanilla with this as well, and the drydown is a lot of rosewood with more hazelnut and orris root.
It's really lovely. It lasted a good solid 7+ hours before it faded to a skin scent on me, and it made me happy ALL DAY LONG. It's a gourmand for sure, all of the whiffs of Hazelnut won't let you forget that it's a foody scent. But...also not a foody scent. :D The leather and orris root keep you from feeling like a dessert all day long, and that's ok with me.
I REALLY love this one. I love the bottle, I love the scent...don't let the lipsticky opening put you off (it smelled a bit waxy to me in the beginning, which was offputting until I placed WHAT it reminded me of).
For about $20 at Marshalls (if you can find it, grab it)--it's a steal.

LuLuGoes

Just Cavalli Gold for Her is a rich and dreamy gourmand fragrance. It appears four people compared this to Christian Dior Pour Homme Intense. That surprised me. This is not masculine or unisex at all to my nose.

I do get the DG The One Red reference. But no aldehydes here. There are several other shared notes, though.

Just Gold is really unique. It is edible, powdery, exotic. It's a woman in dark sunglasses and a plunging animal print dress. It's a beautiful line of Italian pastries. Hazelnut. Mandarin. And I get vanilla from this in addition to the listed marshmallow note. Maybe the leather gives all this deliciousness a nice hit of sophistication.

Yes, the hazelnut is actually there. This is a keeper. I think this is pretty hard to find now. Decided not to get rid of one the bigger bottles I own. I hate it when they discontinue good fragrances. Not sure how I'd replace this one.

Oh, I have to add that Just Cavalli (pink one) doesn't strike me as being very similar to this version. And the notes are way different. It's been about a year since I sampled that one. It didn't leave much of an impression. May need to revisit. But the notes are just so different. Pink one has tiare flowers and rosewoods!

lala-jaenner

Original fragrance, different from the other fragrances around, at least in the opening.
I get the hazelnut very strong, it's a woody and sweet smell, not vanilla-sweet but nutty-sweet, indeed.
I wish it could stay like this forever but then marshmallows come and I don't like it anymore. Reminds me of the new Dolce&Gabbana the red velvet one at this point.

Msbooboohat

My initial impression of this fragrance was that "Just Cavalli Gold" was another "Just Meh Blind Buy", nice but nothing special. But then... oh the deliciousness as it begins to dry down. This is a gorgeous fragrance. To me, the orris root makes this very similar to Hypnotic Poison and Alien Essence Absolue and yet the accords are different enough that one can easily justify having all three if you love the vibe of these types of fragrances as I much as I do. On the other hand, if you are not a fan of HP or AEA, this fragrance might not be for you.

Narkus

TJ Maxx for 16.99, picked up after checking notes and reviews and not disappointed. Nutty, not overly sweet. Rich, warm and balanced. Not sure what is creating the bit of spice. The leather really adds a nice touch of depth. Just the right amount of jasmine for a faint floral. This is very interesting frag, for the price, it's a definite win! Good longevity and silage, moderate, not loud.

Lovesmells

Although we have recent reviews on this one, I found today at a TJ Maxx store in Southern California at a very good price (about 20.00usd)
I like when the reviews compare to other items because then I have a base of how to judge against my preferences
I am so glad I jumped and purchased. I have the RC Just Cavalli and the Nero Assolute.
All three are different to me and my skin
Yes this is more on the nutty, leathery, deep vanilla and it does dry that way also. Closer to the skin than the regular RC. If you like the Just Cavalli HER, you will likely go for this but it's heavier.
If you like things like Guerlain L'Instant ( no this is not the same), then you re likely to like this.
Very similar to tobacco candles.
RC Assolute is fruitier than this. Regular RC is more floral

meama

oh oh, what a surprise indeed, this sweet shit is just delicious! Yes, there is really something from Jeux de Peau.
and totally unisex.

xionoula

just AWESOME!! I smelled the hazelnut straight away and the vibes of leather. The powdery smell of iris exists but in very sensual bit darker way..will buy it 100%!!!!

I couldn't find this in any of my local UK stores, and decided I was curious enough to make another blind buy via an auction website (my third blind buy to date). Well, the bottle is really lovely first of all. I wasn't sure abut the scent on first application. It is nutty, which gives it an unusual edge, but not as sweet or 'intoxicating' as the perfumes I tend to really go for (think Roberto Cavalli EDP for example, which I love). The first fifteen minutes or so for me was okay but not great. After that the marshmallow really came through and sweetened it up considerably. Personally, I don't find this perfume particularly similar to Just Cavalli and don't find that this one has that tropical vibe. It is very suitable for the cooler months and has an inoffensive, casual feel to it. I don't think it projects much and is more of a skin-scent, at least on me. All in all I am quite happy with this buy. I like it, but I don't love it. I don't think I've come across a Roberto Cavalli fragrance that I've actually disliked, but Roberto Cavalli Eau de Parfum is still by far my favourite of them all!
UPDATE: Despite being quite a soft scent, Just Gold is very long-lasting. After several hours of wear it does bear some resemblance to Just Cavalli EDT.

persefoni

In the beginning this is stunning!! Very gourmand, warm, deep and chocolatey!! I was tempted to make yet another spontaneous purchase, as it smelled so sweet and wintery...
However, after an hour it smells almost identical with the original Just Cavalli for her, which -despite its wonderful bottle!- was a major headache inducer for me...
Will retest....

djuzz.becuzz

This smells pretty darn good to me! Received a sample from dear Anna and just tried a dab on my wrist.
On my skin it smells like a mix between Dior Homme Intense (or Guerlain Shalimar Parfum Initial for that matter) and Prada Candy.
Smells like leather & make-up in the opening which I also find in these 3 scents mentioned, and as it dries down it gets wonderfully sweet & creamy.
I do detect hazelnut from start to dry down, but it's really subtle on my skin.
Will give this a full wearing tomorrow and update my review!
However, I already know enough to want it! Yumm!!

Edit: ok, so I'm wearing this today and I can add that in the final dry down (1,5 - 2 hours in) it shares similarities with the original 'Just Cavalli'. Like the tropical floral scent of Tiare, even though it's not listed here for the Gold edition.
To me they're still different enough to make it worth having both.

Sillage is nice, not too overpowering. Longevity is fine as well, 6+ hours.
♥♥♥♥♥

Hellita

I was so set on this because the notes sounded delicious, but I was soo disappointed :(

Blast of nuts in the opening, and to my suprise, it was quite oily/watery almost smelling nothing at first. But after 10 mins. sweetness came along, but also leather, and something kind of balmy. Reminds me of a sunscreen somehow. Hawaiian Tropic something, maybe? I also have to add that the dry down was pretty good, so it wasn't a horrible experience, but on me the scent just turned a bit synthetic smelling throughout. So since my skin did not like this one, it's a no-go from me.

Glad I didn't buy this unsmelled.

I do love some of the other Cavallis though (Nero Assoluto and Roberto Cavalli edP).

mary1

L'ho provato e devo dire che mi piace molto...l'apertura è dolce e fiorita.....ma quando si asciuga è dolcezza pura...non è il classico profumo caramellato, è molto sexy e di lunga durata.

genny17

I love Just Gold!!! I am a huge fan of the first Just, Gold adds a bit of an oriental vibe, it is warmer, but definitely very much alike..! I don't get much of the nutty edge, it appears briefly in the top notes, or the leather...everything is overall bright, warm, golden...nothing is big notes in Just Gold, it is all in subtle ways, which I like!! It is sweet but it isn't overwhelmingly a very sweet gourmand..it retained that golden bright vibe which I love so much in the first one!!!
I love Cavalli, his scents are so warm, feminine, and uplifting!!

Musky4

Does anybody have any information as to when this is being launched in the UK?

happycapybara

This sounds scrumptious ! Creative, unique and intriguing

auroramaria

I found this at Coin Store In Italy.
What can I say it smells amazing!!You can detect the original JC in this but Gold is rich, warm and nutty due
to hazelnuts leather and woods.Powdery too.
It's slightly sweet too thanks to marshmallow it's a very well blended and really beautiful fragrance very unique.
Well done Cavalli your scents are always very sexy and feminine
EDIT Longevity is reallygood after 5 hours it's still going pretty strong I'm impressed!

Adriana_87

Very nice job by Cavalli,it doesnt smell like the other. It is a nice warm and not to sweet scent. You can really detect the nut notes at the opening.Perfect for fall..:)

BringUsAShrubbery

Oh wow, this looks amazing! Marshmallows and leather topped with hazelnut? An interesting combination, I am really looking forward to trying this.

Eridanshay1

Ooooooh! Come to mama! ;)
I don't think I've ever had the privilege of sampling a scent with a hazelnut base! I adore the JC original Her & am so anxious to get this in our area. It is on my "Fall Haul" perfume dream wish list & I will edit my review as soon as I get my hands on some! :)
Best wishes!

marcello19

Can't wait to try it.
