I don't get the comparisons to Parisienne. This smells 10x better. For the fans of the not-so-sweet raspberry. Personally I love it.

Close to Promesse by Cacharel ??
For many years, Promesse was my signature scent - until they discontinued it ..sad sigh...
Anyhoo, when I first opened Abyan, almost cried with disappointment... until I tried it again many months later- & yes!
Reminded me of Promesse - love!
By the by, left the cover off partially for a month - I do this with most of my perfumes :))

The first spray smells like you are putting some strong teenage perfume together with something that’s meant for cleaning (or for air refreshing). I suppose it’s the lemon+raspberry part that makes it that way. Then it calms down into its fruity notes together with rose.
The scent itself is something I would not wear because it has a cheap-ish feel to it. Raspberry notes are very specific and unless you know you like that scent - don’t blind buy it (even though it’s ~23 euro) because the raspberry was hitting through all the time and I didn’t like it.
This would maybe be a good perfume for a teenage girl because that’s how it smells.

It smells like something my mum was using… not sure if it was versace bright crystal the pink one but I got mixed feelings about this one… it smells sharp… floral… u can smell the raspberry note but it s mixing with other floral notes and the sharp sweetness becomes too much… u can smell a lot of roses… gives me a some cheap vibes.. maybe it’s the civet idk

Very close to Parisienne.

love love love. must buy another one, powerful scent trail and a beautiful sophisticated smell. very reminiscent of YSL Parisienne, but with a lot more power. in love!

If you asked me what a cheap - nauseating scent smells like, I'd mention this perfume.

To me it smells like a garden full of lovely roses. Longevity and sillage are enormous. It really gives value to your money.

I received this in a swap and I love it....this is a sweeter version of My Insolence. Raspberry and candied violets with musk and a slight animalic note from the civet...not enough to be off-putting, just enough to keep it from being too youthful of a fragrance. I'd say late 20s and up can easily wear this. It's sophisticated but great for daily wear..beautiful fragrance!

I bought this blindly, and I'm glad I did. At first spray it smells almost exactly like a raspberry and hibiscus herbal tea that I adore. It's bright and very fresh, with hints of violet leaf and rose. The dry down is soft raspberry, rose and musk. Nice spring fragrance.
MEOWITSTERRA
I get some slightly waxy raspberry and light rose, and then it develops more on the amber side instead of musk. It's nice, not heavy or cloying.

You have to really like sweet perfumes to enjoy this one. A bit too sweet for me, but may work for others.

It's similar to YSL Parisienne, but the drydown is somewhat sharper, less fruity. I detect raspberry in the top notes, but on my skin it is rose and musk all the way. The sillage and longevity is excellent for that price. I can still smell it on my shirt after washing. Amazing

Exatly like parisienne ..

On me its not really musky, more ambery, very sensual and deep, but its definitely yummie and i am happy i bought it. the bottle is gorgeous! If you tasted those violet-flavoured candies- this is exactly what this smells like! Bought it in spring but i will wear it more this autumn. Smell exactly like Parisienne to me. Lovely. On clothes lasts for days!

It's strong and long lasting like the rest of arabian perfumes but it's wearable and has a western vibe to it, actually it reminds me of Guerlain My insolense especially in the dry-down, I definitely can detect the raspberries and the musk, overall it's quite nice :)
