Ay.T.

Smells like roses as expected. If you are really into synthetic rose notes and looking for a blind buy, this might be it. Nothing surprising. No depth at all. Very boring and straight scent.

sibaraa

A beautiful and feminine rose fragrance that has tons of similar sisters in the non-niche market.

Faverinsky

Update on my beloved Atomic Rose: I'm still loving it but today, having not worn it in a while, I decided to spray heavily as it's the beginning of winter in New Zealand and I felt like wearing it to an important meeting at work... Not gonna lie, I sprayed like 15 times and I'm choking myself out!!! Honestly, I love the scent but I'm slightly nauseous! I sprayed at 8.45am it is 3.30pm and it's still projecting STRONG! Moral of the story? Do NOT wear to work and , when you do, I recommend no more than 6 sprays, unless you're going to be outside in the cold, 9 sprays should be enough!

Fragrancemogger61

pretty similar to oud satin mood edp, but more spicy. Weird oud type of smell even though its not listed i get that, overall great scent a little feminine leaning but great for nights out or date night.

Got the sample first and thanks God I did it! Smells awful to me! I can clearly notice similarities to my beloved Delina but this one has very dirty and unpleasant notes that I can't handle...

Its indubitably heaven put simple. no other words.

There are absolutely zero performance concerns with this one. I know some Initios can be a bit questionable when it comes to performance/value for money/reformulations but even in its current state Atomic Rose is very very good. I believe it’s currently 80% vol? What I love about this (and the same with Paragon for me) is that I can smell it on myself all day. Everytime I move my head or walk into a room I just get the most beautiful whiff. It is a deep rose, and is complemented with bergamot and vanilla. Much jammier than Delina and nowhere near as powdery. I agree it’s perfect for all seasons and you can dress it down (less sprays) for casual or dress it up (heavier sprays) for an evening out or date. I find it to be perfectly unisex. Perfect scent for me and probably my favourite Initio!

FragrantFlores

This is an amazing rose fragrance, good all year around, perfect for day and night, Initio really did their thing with this one

Officiallyvile

A very beautiful rose scent! It is electric and intense, true to the name. It is not a screechy rose like Chloe EDP but very smooth and rounded. It truly makes you feel elegant and feminine and it is not similar to most rose scents that i have smelled. A safe blind buy if you are into rose. Intense sillage and beast mode longevity.

ppalm

i was worried it would be another delina rose. and it is in fact similar at first, but it never goes in the incense direction. the incense is the problem i have with delina and i MUCH prefer this atomic rose.

that said, the lasting power on me is nowhere near atomic. maybe 6 hours, but i dont enjoy beasts, so it doesn't bother me.

I am not at the point that I want a bottle. but i may get there by the end of my sample. this was my first test. it seems to me to be a fragrance that is suitable year round. I am testing it today in heat.

Mizmonsta

It’s Delina but more unisex friendly imo. I really like it. Can’t speak on projection but it last a very long time and it’s pretty strong so you don’t need a lot to get the message across. Not blind but safe at all but absolutely worth trying if your into pushing that unisex boundary

So, after smelling Musk Therapy and liking it, I had a hard time letting go of the smell of both Atomic Rose and Side Effect. I thought, I am going to go into debt trying to obtain all three with these prices. Well, while Musk Therapy was not as I would have hoped, I did obtain a bottle of both Side Effect and then Atomic Rose.

Atomic Rose: such a wonderful, delightful rose, vanilla-ish, bright, peppery aroma that radiates from this fragrance. Now, this is a fragrance that has an intense rosy - vanilla combination, yet with a very masculine edge (as stated by Jeremy from Redolessence). Many would think that the Rose in this would give off such a fragrant, venturing into feminine territory, however this does not. The bergamot, citrus, and amber elements prevents that, yet allows for there to be such distinction with the varying audiences that choose to wear this. (I believe it is a unisex fragrance and anybody can rock this.) I will be ROCKing the absolute snot outta this fragrance. :) Overall, an amazing fragrance!

Performance: 9/10
Longevity: 8/10
Sillage: 8/10
Compliment: Wife loves it. Definitely a compliment magnet.
Overall: 8/10

Atomic Rose is a challenging one, and not in a good way. It comes across as overly synthetic (plastic-like), syrupy sweet, extremely loud and borderline tacky. From reading the reviews here, there seems to be an audience for this kind of stuff, and I am starting to wonder if not a very prolific marketing team as well.

Marli1973

I am struggling here.
I want to love this one. There is something too artificial/synthetic and I can’t put my finger on it.
I love PdM DNA but why I can’t get on with some of the Initio’s fragrances ?
AR reminds me of Mancera vanilla rose which I utterly dislike it.

briandamage

Took home a huge decant of this from Nordstrom and cherished it for a good month because that's genuinely how long it took to go through TWO MILLILITERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

such a strong, sweet, citrusy and lush rose. rose and bergamot here compliment each other so well and arent tussling one another for the dominant note. not soapy or mature or offensive. the rose stays consistent throughout its life but the notes truly take you on a rollercoaster. i wish i could afford this.

ElliePerfume

My first time properly wearing this:

At first I get a lot of juicy jammy rose sweet but not sickly just reminds me of if a rose was a juicy fruit not a flower. Then I get a lot of pepper as it starts to sit on the skin but the sillage is still very rose based. After that i smell the amber & the vanilla, the dry down reminds me a lot of Donna Born in Roma intense. But again in terms of projection it’s very rosey, the scent develops more on the skin than it does as a cloud. I love it a lot, potent a little goes a long way if you’re sensitive to strong fragrance but I love this. Definitely a win.

azifah97

My favourite perfume so far however in my opinion it doesn’t have much sillage , it’s definitely not a room filler

Lasts very long on your skin but anyone around you won’t smell it easily

Such a beautiful perfume , I wanna smell like this to everyone

I really dislike Delina so I’m unsure why this is compared to that a lot

My partner loves this on me , he always compliments me when i wear this

elleayjay

It seems like every perfume that has a semblance of a rose note gets compared to Delina. This smells nothing like Delina.

If anything, the dry down smells most similar to Roses Vanille by Mancera but Atomic Rose is wayyy more rose forward than Roses Vanille. Either way, this is a gorgeous dry rose scent and I’m not even a big rose fan, but this is very well done!

Natizinha77

This perfume arrived like an hour ago and I opened the box in anticipation. I already have some fragrances from Initio, for example, Absolute Aphrodisiac, Narcotic Delights, Paragon and Psychedelic Love. All of them are lovely and all of them have won my heart.
Atomic Rose is a wondeful rose fragrance (you need to be into rose perfumes!) that is not too cloying because the warmth and sweetness are broken by bergamot. It reminds me of Lady Vengeance by Juliette Has a Gun, but the latter is much more synthetic and artificial. I do know perhaps more natural rose-smelling perfumes, for example Rouge Velours by YSL which is another very pretty rose perfume, this time with white tea and patchouli. AR makes me think of thick, dark-red rose petals warmed by afternoon sun, dipped in dark honey but sprinkled with drops of morning mist sitting on bergamot flowers. A comfort smell, suitable for many different ocassions, should perform well also in higher temperatures. Use sparingly as it is a potent juice!

Venussweden

To me this is so good. Like so so so good.
This is so simple and so complex at the same time, so bright and dark at the same time, both innocent and not at all innocent. Filled with life somehow. Every wear is an experience. Great all year round on me. I prefer to wear her when I wanna feel a bit flirty and confident, like I have my ducks in a row and know what I’m doing. 😄👍🏻❤️

Great performance on every level

Whiffs

I'ma tell my first impressions. It smells like a mix of Mancera Roses Vanille, Arabian Oud Rosewood and Mfk Oud Satin Mood.

Tuberose91

This is Like Delina but Not Sour. I hate Delina only because of the Sourness. Of anyone don’t like the sour Note in Delina Go with Atomic Rose!

2bClare

To me this is a hot and sweet rose scent. By hot I mean literal temperature, if you could smell that. Some perfumes, mainly Iris, are cold. Atomic Rose is heat and sugar, a bit too much sugar for me, if I’m honest. The heat probably comes from the citrus and pepper. There is an element of sweetness and powder from the vanilla. The rose is intense but it doesn’t have that velvety dense red feeling, it’s more of a hot pink rose. I find it a little bit sharp and dry instead of round and unctuous, like some roses. I actually think “Hot Pink” would have been a great name for this. Or “Stiletto”. It’s very well blended and pretty consistent although the dry down is a little more pepper, a little less rose. I think this is a perfume for a younger person, out with friends in summer or going to a club.

ashields232

Delina + Intense Cafe = Atomic Rose, I love the combination!! My bf LOVES this on me and it is a huge compliment getter, however I was a little disappointed to spend the $ and it be so similar to Delina & Intense Cafe. But if you want the perfect balance of both? This is it!

HDM80

As a man who is not drawn to wearing traditionally “feminine” scents, I am surprised to say I love this fragrance on me. The name could not be more appropriate. This is a BOMB of clean and velvety rose petals, with dark ambers, smooth and slightly sweet vanilla, deep spicy pepper and occasionally sharp, but not overpowering citrus; all blended to the point where you can detect each note smoothly playing into the next. I sprayed one spray on my knee to test on skin while at home. 40 minutes later and fully clothed in 32 degree weather, the silage was BOOMING. The drydown begins at about the 5 hour mark. I began to notice the citrus transitioning to the forefront, creating a fresher and less floral scent. The rose becomes a bit more of a green rose stem vibe, but it’s still waltzing around making its presence known. In the end, this fragrance just has “that thing” that just makes you keep coming back. I picture this as a sexy summer date fragrance for myself. Dressed well in tailored slacks that expose my ankles, silk shirt with top 3 buttons unbuttoned, gold jewelry, playing the role of Romeo. Although I will likely find any reason to wear this, it is THAT GOOD. This is feminine leaning for sure, but a well groomed/dressed man will have the ladies thinking of valentines day with this one. Im sure id love it on a lady also. Lasts all day with depth and projects for about 8 hours! The balance of warmth and freshness makes this an all season fragrance. Definitely a bit much for office, but perfect for date nights and nights out imo. 3-4 sprays max! Great stuff!

BaranHashemi

most accurately named perfume. atomic bomb level sillage and longevity

Natalied

This is absolutely intoxicating. I keep rolling my eyes while smelling my wrist.. To me this smells like Delina and Baccarat in Extrait version. I absolutely hate baccarat, but here for some reason it’s absolutely magical.

Scentalicious5

Intoxicating. It has somewhat of a musk undertone on me which does not take away from this beauty. This is another rose perfume done scrumptiously!

CrisKatCass

Someone below said this fragrance is overwhelming…and it IS!!! But in the best way possible (if you love rose). I’m so blown away by this scent, it’s just a rose super star. I think it smells like sugar and roses, and it is truly eternal and sticks to everything. Get some boiiiii.

Aygyun

I don’t like Rose perfumes but my God this one is amazing. It smells similar to Delina but less sweet.

NERI12

It's almost Delina (PDM)
Still great.. .

Gamecocks1!

Atomic Rose is so dam good! Put my vote in! I love how initio blends their fragrance man they know what they are doing. Pdm,initio will always be my favorite house! Talk about beast mode try it. People remember all fragrance are different y'all think cause one is beast mode all of them are going to be the same way. That ain't true and y'all act like y'all make fragrance and know your shit 🤣. This is a beautiful natural rose with vanilla, amber, jasmine so beautiful

Sjess

This is such a QB frag, wouldn't surprise me if it is his. To my nose this sits somewhere between Fleur Narcotique (which I can REALLY smell in this, don't care that I'm obviously the only one), Hibiscus Mahajad and BR540. Later in the day I can even detect a bit of Bois Imperial. I like all those, so while I do like this one too right now, I have to give it a few more times. The feeling is there that it'll bore quickly because of all those similarities. And was expecting a bit more oomph after reading the reviews tbh.

ForTheLoveOfFrag

I have a 10ml bottle of Rehab sprayed a few times and purchased direct from Initio before they pulled their travels for ind sale. Batch code has it at May 2021 on prod date - %78 alcohol.

If anyone would want to swap High Frequency or Atomic Rose or Paragon for my Rehab, please DM me! U.S. Proof of purchase and bottle photos avail on request.

JulmaJuha

Exceptional longevity and sillage. The scent stays the same from first spray until the next day. Jammy, sweet rose.

I find this leaning a bit feminine, but still want to wear it. Truly an all-atound fragrance. So simple, yet so addicting.

mrsz.o-o

Truly a beast-mode fragrance, I wasn't able to scrub it off my skin after about 12+ hours of wear. A great perfume if you enjoy rose. For me, the rose in this is just so overwhelming.

Use sparingly, two sprays of this had me sneezing for hours.

621moni

This is like… a Good Perfume. I honestly hate rose, I always have and idk why I bother with rose scents. But if I didn’t hate rose it’s probably all I would wear. It’s complex and I’d probably dab some at the small of my back before an event. You still smell it on your body lingering the next morning and it’s super beautiful. But I hate rose so I just can’t make it work. A Good Perfume.

Ilikewhatilike

I’d say this is more unisex than delina and also more versatile and fresh.

I’m a fan of the house, and this would be an easy reach when I want to go out for a fun night out.

AlexandraRoseD

Very synthetic rose parfume. Strong and chocking.
Along the lines with Delina exclusive and good girl (the red shoe).

Expensive price point.

Afc_Croatian

A group of us visited a niche perfume shop this weekend, sampling numerous scents.
It seems like Initio was the longest-lasting fragrance brand, along with one of the smoothest. My brother's girlfriend sampled Initio's Atomic Rose; 3 sprays on her coat and wrists. Unbelievable how strong and smooth this fragrance was.
It lasted on her all day, creating an atmosphere around her that you could not escape, this absolute beast of a scent projects constantly for hours.

This scent really goes by the name, it's a bomb of rose and that's what I pick up on the most. To me, it's like you took Versace's Dylan Blue pour Femme, removed the synthetic-ness to it, and amped up the rose even more without making it headache-inducing.

If you are a fan of rose, this is a must-have.

thewho

My Aunt Roxy (RIP) taught me growing up that if you took a rose petal and crushed it into your wrist it would perfume your skin. This smells exactly like that memory of deep red rose petals.

Just lovely if you are looking for a pure rose sent that doesn’t smell like fresh cut roses. Very elegant scent. If you want a fresh rose cut I’d recommend trying Jo Malone Red Roses.

Cleaner sister to Jo Malone Velvet Rose and Out. Delina without the milky and sugar.

Review is based on a self purchased 1.5mL spray sample and a free sample from Scent Bar Hollywood. Purchased a 10ml decant. Wore at home.

mistrall

A beautiful modern unisex rose. Elegant, sensual and fresh. I can imagine absolutely anyone any age rocking this.

Bondno9girl

Blind bought this perfume and all I can say is WOW! Now I don't reccomend doing that ever but I did my research of all the perfumes people are comparing this to and I love all of those so I knew there would be a good chance of me liking this. This is elegant and not many sprays are needed because this is a more synthetic smelling scent. I love synthetic smelling scents especially because they last all day on me, think brands like Mancera or Montale. You need to like rose to like this because that is what you will be smelling but it is blended very nice with Egyptian jasmine with the vanilla lingering far in the background to give it some sweetness. Delina is sweeter and fruitier for sure. Atomic rose is definitely a true floral with some vanilla to make it mass pleasing. Super happy to have bought this and the bottle will last me a lifetime. A lot of people claim this is a special event perfume which I can see but I wear this whenever I want with 1 spray behind my neck and 1 spray on each wrist. Creates a nice casual scent bubble around you with jeans and a white tee. Im here to say it's okay to wear your perfumes anytime or place or simply because you want to. There are no rules.

CustardBunny

Roses and jasmine. such a faint scent, the pink pepper isnt spicy and overbearing, its all so very soft without becoming powdery. a good mixture that creates a soft musk of sort, like smelling a bunny whos been in the rose bush.
so very elegant yet youthful.

Two words: STRONG & SOUR

Scissorslizardspock

I really enjoyed wearing Atomic Rose - until I didn’t. The spicy peppery super sweet rose was just lovely…. Until I got exhausted from the saccharine hedione. I really get the appeal of Atomic Rose, but on me, it’s the hedione that goes synthetically atomic, becoming a tiresome companion after a couple of hours.

Since I like to end on a happy note, the bottle is gorgeous, and longevity and projection are huge.

Atomic Rose Initio Parfums Prives
(942902, October 2019, 70ml left for USD 110 - First Impression)

This one doesn't smell like I am expected.
Because Million Information always refers this to Delina.
Slightly more often than Hibicus Mahajad or Very Good Girl.

I think this is the most far behind Delina than Hibicus Mahajad even Very Good Girl.
Don't blast me for this but I think this is leans TOY BOY by Moshino (Ambery Citrus + Rose).
This totally lacks all the fruity nuance that make Delina special.

The scent can be described as sort of slightly dry rose on Citrus Amber (sort of Tygar).
The blends, I would agree this is seamless but the scent is not very detailed.

I feel let down a bit but the scent do have potential in his regards.
I will ware again and provide further updates.

But one thing I can be sure that this first batch as the name suggest.
This is total Atomic, it is very strong. It think even stronger than Hibicus Mahajad extrait.
Also, the scent is even more leans Masculine than Hibicus Mahajad.
Which I personally consider more masculine than Delina already (due to leather/green dry down).

First Impression score : 6/10

Further update, a few hours pass.

I kinda understand Delina comparision. It is kinda there.
But it lacks all the fruity. Can be a good thing depends on your POV.

Anamandy

I thought this was going to be a silage bomb, but it is not in the least. It is a big fragrance for sure, but not like some others I've experienced or own. This smells to me like a jammy, syrupy rose on the line of Nina Ricci Rose L'Estase, Stella McCarthy (though that does this profile much better), and Oud Satin Mood. It has a sweet profile, yet it is not sickly sweet as some jammy rose fragrances can be - looking at you Nina). I'm not adverse to that as I like wearing that profile on occasion, but I have to be in the mood for it. And since I already have Stella, I don't need this. Seriously, there are comparative perfumes at a much cheaper price point than the ridiculous $200 plus they are asking for a bottle of this.

Overstory

Wow, one spray on my wrist and an hour later my eyes still water if I bring my hand too close. It smells wonderful sprayed on a card, with the scent lingering for days. I really love it. But on my skin it's a chemical bomb. It's an odd mix of synthetic and natural impressions, and completely overwhelming. I suspect bodily chemistry plays a huge factor with this fragrance.. absolutely not a blind buy. This is a clothing spray exclusively for me, I could even see using it to scent a room, which is something I've never done with a bodily fragrance before, but it certainly has the power. I think it's wonderfully unisex, and as a male, I was hoping to use this as a night out on the town scent. But holy shit it feels like I am trapped in a 90's mall Body Shop store.

Whf

amazing rose vanilla fragrance, and it’s unisex anyone can wear it

Maria Martha

Someone here suspected this is a Quentin Bisch fragrance, and I would not be suprised if it is.

Overpowering sharp, pungent metallic notes ruin the rest for me, just as in Delina Exclusif or Valaya. It must be an ambro-something or some other synthetic. It makes me slightly nauseous. I love rose scents and even Lady Vengeance which contains some ambroxan (I still have a 2007 bottle). Atomic Rose really lives up to its name. It is like a chemical explosion in a nearby rose garden.

er1cah

Title: Beautiful but difficult.
My gosh, this is heavy duty. It is almost too strong to be likeable on a daily basis, which is a shame as I don't like to keep any fragrances aside for just special occasions. With this I don't even know what that special occasion would be - I would NOT wear this to a fancy dinner, not with a heavy hand at least, as it can get so cloying that you're literally going to ruin a great dining experience for yourself and pretty much everyone else in a 1km radius. I do sort of appreciate the concoction but I could do with a watered down version. It works for me if I only spray my underwear before getting dressed or otherwise spray a minimal amount somewhere far from my nose :D If this review speaks to you as someone who's looking for a non-cloying rose, my suggestion would be trying out e.g. Damask by Ormonde Jayne.

krisbewla

Not a love at first sniff. My initial impression was this smells like a watered-down rose perfume.
I tried it again after a few weeks. My goodness. It smells so good. The pink pepper stood out in the initial spray. The dry down is a different story - it's sexy and sultry. I think this will be perfect for date nights. Might be too cloying when worn on a hot, humid day.

Rosiewebber

This is a beautiful fragrance, sweet, warm, confident.
It reminds me quite clearly of two other lovely rose perfumes. its like they took the sweet jammy rose and amber from Delina exclusif, and the peppery rose from idole, and mixed them together to create this beauty.
It’s strong but not cloying. I love it.

amanda0727

I tried this over a year ago and absolutely hated it! I was a fragrance noob at the time and preferred my clean, light and natural scents. Tried this again and have done a complete 180. I am now smitten by this, although i have to say i don't detect much of the natural rose oil in this fragrance. If you're looking for a more natural/traditional rose dominant scent, this is not it. Atomic Rose is more of a western/unisex/sexy take on rose. Guys/gals, noses can change! Sometimes it's a good idea to revisit fragrances you tried and disliked.

Update: Too much hedione in the deep dry down ruined it a bit for me. Downgraded from Love to Like. Initio needs to chill out with the hedione..

Guardian2471

A good rose fragrance with good performance and projection but it is very cloying. The scent is a 7/10 and this is not a fragrance that I would recommend checking out.

Tamoor27

If i had to give up all my fragrances and only keep one it would be this bomb

Perincorrec

I fckn love this fragrance, smells like a bouquet of flowers, like when you go to a flower shop. I always wanted to have a perfume that smells like flowers and not feminine, its definitely a unisex fragrance but its perfect for both genders. I give it a 10/10

astrorocks

I have, for a very long time, been searching for a rose perfume I like. Generally, I do NOT get along with rose scents and I can't put my finger on why. But I am very, very picky with roses even when they are the background singer in the perfume instead of the main-stage diva. This is rose in a bottle and I LOVE it (FINALLY!). I think the key is the other notes in the perfume, particularly vanilla and jasmine, which I know are some of my favorites. The other thing helping here is it is very very rose-y on my skin. While it isn't single note, the rose absolutely shines through and, for some reason, with florals I tend to really prefer simpler, more singular notes and less complexity. I do get a hit of vanilla that sweetens it up and seems to help 'smooth' the perfume in some way so it doesn't tickle my nose at all (not the easiest task - I am fairly sensitive). Probably (especially) the lack of a musk base helps here, too, because I also don't get along with musks. I tend to prefer any other bases to musks and I really love ambers and ouds. What I'm debating is if it is worth the hefty price tag or not, but given that it's the first of many rose perfumes I kept wanting to spray it probably is for me. I would give this a solid 8.5/10.

emicass

Wow really was looking forward to this but there is a note in here I just hate. A musky metallic veil throughout the entire fragrance that persists after showering. All day headache. What IS that?

MichelleAA

This is so rosy, like sticking your nose in a fully bloomed red rose for hours. The base is warm and inviting. It's not "perfumey" - it doesn't smell old fashioned. It smells like I'm in a warm vanilla bath, covered in rose petals. It's not powdery, it's not soapy, it's not sweet. It's a warm, bloomed rose. There's nothing inherently feminine about it, except rose scent is typically geared toward women. If you love the smell of roses, this is for you, no matter your sex. The projection is excellent and it lasts all day. Go easy on the application because as it warms up on the skin, it gets stronger.

Gillzathrillza

A strong, confident rose. It’s beautiful, it lasts for hours and hours and it made me feel great. I only had a tester but I would be tempted to buy a full bottle.

I tested it alongside Rose of No Man’s Land and this is the better perfume (no surprises there).

beachedsiren

Well the name of this perfume is dead on - Atomic Rose. As in nuclear explosion. I don't know many notes and I'm not as well school as many on this site. However, the first whiff of this perfume near gave me a headache! That has never happened before with a floral fragrance. If you can get over the first fifteen minutes, the assault on your senses calms down. So I would suggest NOT sniffing this for at least fifteen minutes unless you like truly powerful scents. The lasting power is impressive, which can be a good or bad thing based on your tolerance for strong scents. I really wanted to love this as it got great reviews. But it was just too strong for me and I love me a good projecting rose scent. I have tested approximately 10 rose perfumes to date and this has been the strongest of them all. On the other end of the spectrum, there is a la rose by MFK. Lovely, fresh, and realistic but the weakest. Just tried Rose Gourmand by Zara and as other reviewer stated the promising initial rose scent, it dried down to just vanilla. Rose Magnetic also lost its rose scent after about an hour or so. So still on the hunt for that perfect, fresh true rose scent that brings a smile to my face. I have about 50 rose bushes, all of which have amazing scents. So I do know what roses, as least English and Damascus, smell like. I may tried Elie Saab's No 1 Rose next.

Eleanor Clarke

its a magical scent🩵

Maoe2212

Beautiful perfume thats definetly more feminine but a man can also very much use this perfume

Fountain30

Do we think this is a Quentin Bisch?

SantaPriede

My very absolute favourite of all perfumes! So many compliments and I feel so sexy wearing it! I never had any perfume before that makes me stand out in company. Everyone asking what is that beautiful smell. I will definatelly repurchase this perfume forever. My favourite of all!

Amazing sillage and longevity. About the smell, i still don't know how to feel. Sometimes i love it and want it to be my signature scent, other times i'm just slightly offended. It smells like a rich woman who got her shit together and is not intimidated easily. I got a lot of compliments with it. A little goes a longggg way. Bought the 10ml and its lasting me a long time. I don't think that this is blind buy safe and i'm still deciding if i want it to be a full bottle in my collection, but i think the smell will grow on me with time...

cmdqt

The combination of vanilla and amber smells dirty to my nose. Nothing special at all.

Maya lilac

Hands down the best rose fragrance ever created. By best, I refer both to the scent and the performance of the scent! Masterpiece!!

I know some will disagree with this statement but this is my opinion on Atomic Rose.

A nuclear, deep, rich rose with pink pepper and bergamot in the opening. Add to these, jasmine, vanilla and amber and you have the best rose centric fragrance on the market. I said it again!!

I have several rose forward fragrances in my collection, some very popular, some less popular, but all good quality. This is still number 1 for me after several years.

This is for me what Delina or Delina Exlusive is for the majority of the people. Those 2 seem to get most of the hype nowadays when people discuss rose fragrances.

I think that Atomic Rose is one of the few fragrances that deserves the hype. Or more hype. Is that good!

Is it expensive? Surely, it is! But it’s so potent that unless it’s the only rose fragrance in your collection, or your signature scent, you don’t need to buy a second bottle. A very few sprays and you’re good for the entire day! No joke..

Vorpal

I received a sample from the Discovery Set, and INITIO often categorizes their fragrances as 'unisex,' but in my perspective, they tend to have a leaning towards femininity due to their sweetness, as exemplified by scents like Side Effect. This particular fragrance unquestionably falls into the feminine category.

In all honesty, I believe that the majority of men may not find this scent appealing, unless they have a genuine passion for rose-centric fragrances, which is perfectly acceptable, of course. Speaking strictly about the fragrance itself, I personally prefer my wife's Delina, as it delivers a more opulent experience.

Samantha 12

After having a number of samples of this, I caved and bought a full bottle, love this scent- an effervescent rose, great longevity and leaves a a great scent trail. A bright perfume, in hot weather I get more of the pink pepper, my favourite perfume scent for nights out on holiday. If I was to give this a vibe, I would say Cafe Mambo’s in Ibiza.

Elle's Bells

Love at first sniff!!! A FB purchase was imminent after going through my decants. Atomic Rose is so jammy, that it leaves a juicy red raspberry/rose note on my skin. It's delicious and uber sexy. It might be in the the same vein as Delina, but it is by no means a dupe.

This sweet baby can hold her own! Top 10 for Life!!!

Dzlanique

I absolutely love this fragrance. I have a decant and am ready to commit to a full bottle. On my skin, reminds me a of blend of Delina and Intense Cafe. I find myself sniffing my wrist everytime I wear this fragrance.

Update: now that I own a full bottle, I will definitely say this is best suited. when you need a heavy hitter. I absolutely love it for the winter and fall. I do love the spicy bright opening and enjoy the creamy sweet dry down of the rosy, ambery vanilla. This is a 9/10 for me

NB99

My mind is blown!! Never smelled anything like it. Ugh! this DOES NOT smell like Delina. They are both "rose" scents. That it! That is the only commonality.

This is a punch in your face but weirdly in a good way.

I don't really get the "sweet" or "jammy" that people claim. If I had to compare it to something gourmand then....maybe....Less sweet version of....Turkish Delight?

It's very zingy, tart, & sour rose with a tiny hint of sweet, & vanilla. I FUH-REAKING LUV IT. 10/10 standing ovation.

Jmalone84

I haven’t tried Delina so can’t comment but for me I feel like this would be a better alternative for me than Roses Vanille which has too much vanilla for my liking. This is very very rosey, pretty pink jammy sweet roses but not overwhelmingly sweet. About 10 minutes in there’s an odd very dry note almost like vetiver that is intriguing and almost discordant. There’s a touch of freshness and dryness but also remains a pretty rose throughout. It might actually be full bottle worthy which is a rare verdict for me to come to.

Annelieva

This is Delina for grownups. It’s complex and well blended and you can actually smell each individual note. Beautiful jammy rose that’s balancing on the edge of being too sweet, but manages perfectly to stay on the edge. Longevity is remarkable and projection is incredible. To sprays will be enough to smell amazing all day (and the next). Lasts for weeks on clothes. Pure quality juice!

Angelic3432

Pink Pepper is one of my absolute fav notes in a perfume and it compliments the rose so nicely here! I bought a bunch of samples and this is in the top 5!

AP Riyadh

Gorgeous and suitable for a confident male.
Denser and more sophisticated than Rose Magnetic. All season safe, except maybe when there is high humidity.
Pleasant, fresh and uplifting smell.
Above average performance.
Shukran Habibi!

Lykopa

The most gorgeous rose blast! Rich and varied, with a fun pepper kick. Not as tart as Delina, but just as strong! It’s jammy and sweet, with an all-day longevity. Perfect for winter.

sabertooth_salem

Candy, vanilla rose with a slight pink pepper kick. I definitely smell similarities to Delina (or maybe Delina Exclusif), but they dissipate the longer this sits on my skin. This is more unisex. It's like Delina's sexy, older cousin who is wearing Oud for Greatness and isn't afraid of going out in black leather pants.

Speaking of, it settles into something that reminds me just a little bit of Oud for Greatness despite not sharing any of the same notes. The similarity is fleeting, but it's the same addictive sweetness, only with the addition of rose.

Binst145

Delina‘s older, more sophisticated sister. This scent is divine, a jammy, candied rose with a smokey finish which makes it really sexy and a night time scent. Initio perfumes have amazing longevity and sillage and will stay on me for a very long time.

whiteflowerranger

Top quality rose but overpriced Blue Orchid Lanvin is the best
Quintessential Hong Kong haute culture

CosmicHorror

Lovely but its strong. Rose takes center stage with the other notes acting as an accent to help make it rosier to the point they're almost undetectable to me like a complex rose as opposed to just sticking your nose straight into one. Mind the amount of sprays or it will punch you in the face. Hard.

DEXTER99

Nice one but for me it's a very much similar to mfk satin mood extrait except that satin mood is more heavy and deep and more richer so if u have one of them totally no need for the other.

ThatSomeone

So many people compare this fragrance to Delina, but in my opinion the comparation is not fair. This comes from a person that finds Delina not that pleasant smelling (I find it too earthy somehow). On the other hand, I see the similarities because they are both rose centered fragrances.

Atomic Rose is a seductive rose (specific to the Initio house), smooth, dark and feminine and an overall silent killer. I find it to be mature, but that doesn't mean that it's destined for older women in any case. It is mature as in "sensual" mature, "intoxicating" mature.

I find the color of the bottle to represent the essence of the perfume very well - dark purple velvet. To me it screams elegance and could be worn successfully on a date night. It is that good.

Faverinsky

A week ago, I blind-bought Atomic Rose after seeing Jus de Rose, AI The Great and Demi Rawlings rave about this little beauty... I absolutely love it and I'm so glad I invested in it! After growing tired of syrupy sweet gourmands where roses were often watered down or drowned in other florals, I wanted rose as a main character, not as a side hustle! So, if you crave a loud, youthful, and sparkling rose, as a main character, sprinkled with pink pepper, and cocooned in amber and vanilla, you'll fall in love with this potion! A 10/10 in terms of sillage and longevity!

Selenity

This is literally Intense Cafe without the coffee note. How do I end up sampling all the Intense Cafe dupes? The rose here is beautiful and leans more green than Intense Cafe does but I find that I prefer the complexity that IC’s coffee thread adds. This perfume has its own merits, it lasts very long and projects well.

Yaarapinhas

What a great perfume.
Jammy rose with high quality vanilla and other good stuff.
Elegant, sexy, sweet and sassy all at the same time.
I do not like Initio's packaging and bulky bottles but this one is just perfection.
It surprises me that although the notes may seems like a heavy winter one, it suits every whethear and occasion.
Oh, and don't overspray it, is has eternal longevity and sillage😍❤️

antihero

A candy rose really. Very pleasant to wear. Jasmine, lots of rose with amber to anchor it.
Quite simple. I like it but will not repurchase.

SandyToess

Am I the only one that this reminds of Rebel Rosebud from the Body Shop - in the drydown?? Obv the AR is more velvety and richer but I'm sniffing them two next to each other now and they are veeeery similar! Before you spend so much money on AR I would suggest getting the RR cheapie and seeing how you feel in such scent, they are both very sweet and dense. RR leans more towards Baccarat typical sweetness, whereas AR leans more towards Delina (like a dense winter version). AR also reminds me of Rose 01 from Swiss Arabian in the dry down (totally recommend!).
To me, AR is veeeeeery different from Lattafa Amethyst - I don't recommend the latter, it has that horrible cheap oud and musk and is very cheap-smelling and irritating, like a synthetic jam. I might be swapping it for the new Alhambra version - Infini Rose.

Side Note: when I first bought RR EVERYONE in my office got obsessed with this scent and two colleagues went to buy it too :)

Definitely.Zella

I'm obsessed with rose perfumes, and this is one of my absolute favorites. The scent opens sparkly and fruity, then deepens into a sweet, delectable rose. I do see the similarities with Delina, especially in the luscious, jammy quality of the rose at the heart of the fragrance, but it's a bit mellower at the bottom and less sparkly at the top. This one packs a wallop too - one spray and you'll be getting wafts of yourself all day long.

cocogirl

It is nice but doesn't live up to the hype or the price tag.
Has nothing to do with Delina except both are rosy , it’s almost identical to me to Stilla. Stilla Macartny 2003,
Longevity and sillage are moderate.

R.diggity

I have been obsessed with rose smells. (They remind me of my grandmas display-only back of the toilet hand soaps in the 80s)

I have searched for a men’s cologne with roses. Most open with it then it goes away.

This one is exactly how the ingredients say. It opens very floral, the rose settles in a stays, as the amber appears. This amber brings a slight woodiness.

It definitely leans feminine/unisex, but if you’re 6’4 235, wear it and dare a mf to say sumpin.

Lasts FOREVER with 2 sprays.

Such a natural rose smell, almost green, and just a slight citrus to keep it from being overpowering. I love this more and more every time I wear it.

Jezeleah

This is lovely! Way better than original Delina! Easier to wear too. It is beast mode, and I think this is ideal for those seeking an alternative to the sour aspect of Delina. I don’t own it because I own Delina la rosee, and Exclusif. It is too similar to them. I have owned Empyrean by Tomavicci, and Rose 01, by Swiss Arabian. I don’t like either one of those. This is far superior, it’s a better more wearable Delina!
Bought Infini Rose, which is a great dupe, but I just hate dupes. They are never quite the same! I can tell the differences all the time. IR is no different.
I just end up wanting the real deal. So far I have only one successful dupe after testing dozens. Fleur de Orientica, and if I find Melodie de orientica, I will purchase that as well.

HollyFlame

I wanted to like this. Got it in a sample box, and I’m not great with it. I knew there was a chance of me not liking this as I’m not a rose kinda girl, never have been. This was not it for me. I was brave and sampled something (the atomic rose) and went out without trialing first. I was stuck smelling like a damn grandma all day lmao (I’m 20). I couldn’t smell any sugary or spice that people have mentioned in other reviews, just purely rose. Almost gives antique store and grandma vibes simultaneously??? Are the two mixed??? We don’t know (both grandmas and antique stores are old so maybe lmao)
It’s super strong, so I’d catch a whiff of it every now and again and I was like dammit. Couldn’t wait to wash it off but forgot lol, lasted 6hrs maybe more on me? Wasn’t completely timing or anything
If you’re young and / or are not a major fan of rose, I’d probably get the sample size first

Xela_529

Such an intoxicating rose fragrance. Atomic Rose is in the same realm as Delina, but they are certainly not dupes. AR definitely has more depth to her. She's loud, yet demonstrates restraint simultaneously. I'd say she's Delina's older sister who left their hometown to become a big time lawyer in NYC. The rose is done very well, so jammy & luscious. Great projection, she's definitely beast mode; you really don't need more than 3 sprays. Such an elegant take on this DNA. Love her!

Miperfumeadventure

This gives Delina vibe but not at all a dupe. It’s a nice slightly jammy rose scent. When dries down after about 2 hours it starts to smell like BR540 extrait a little for me.

Katchke

PINK SUGAR, I love rose perfumes and this one just did not do it for me. Could not smell ANY rose under the HEAVY sugar and it was so strong that I tried to apply Diptyque's Eau Rose over top of it to try and see if I could bear it and not scrub it off. I dont want to hate on sweet perfumes but this has wayyyy too high of a price point to be so sweet and nothing else. Going to try to give it a second chance but ouch my nose.

BrownRoux

I have Delina exclusif and while I understand thr comparisons, to me this one is different enough to have both. While DE has the sharp opening with the rhubarb and lychee, AR is smooth, sophisticated, spicy. This is the mature older sister of DE. I layered it with Kayali Vanilla 28 to smell like a rose dessert and with Commodity Milk to bring out the dry spices but smooth it out more with the lactonic notes. It's a gorgeous perfume. This is my 3rd scent from Initio and they have become one of my favorite niche houses.

silverbellshellsmell

I *really* wanted to dislike this one because I can't stand Delina and I've seen the comparisons everywhere. Unfortunately for me, I was surprised to find I did not hate it. In fact, I quite enjoyed wearing it. It's a beautiful, slightly spicy rose (someone below commented that it's a dry spicy, which is spot on). It is not too sweet nor is it cloying. And though it is strong, it is not overpowering.

So my #1 rose, Diptyque's Eau Rose, retains the crown but I'm glad I gave this one a try and I will definitely use up the decant.

RGH01

Atomic Rose is a very sweet and appealing interpretation of rose. It opens with bright white florals of hedoine and jasmine, accompanied by pink pepper and bergamot before a sweet and soft rose takes over as the leading note.

There’s a hint of vanilla on top of an ambery base, however the rose remains the main star and doesn’t change all too much throughout the life of the scent. I don’t find the rose to smell very realistic, it comes across more synthetic however I find this with the majority of notes in Initio’s releases.

It’s a very pleasant fragrance if you enjoy a sweet overdose of rose however there isn’t too much else going. It’s a simplistic scent that’s easy to wear, however lacks character and doesn’t warrant the high price tag unfortunately.

vixpie

Beautifully rounded rose scent. It has sweet, watery berry facets similar to PDM Meliora and also the tart, rosy and sweet aspects of PDM Delina. I love Delina and Meliora so this is an amazing fragrance. Will be wearing this non-stop

TucoBennedicto

My every first niche fragrance. Im loving it, so does my wife too. Leaning more to feminine side, but hey I dnt give a f... I'm simply love with it damn master piece.

Rose, Rose... And Rose.

CMaingi

This a more wearable intense version of Delina exclusive. Use this sparingly. I have one of those skin chemistries that project like crazy. I can’t see myself wearing this in a hot summer day but again depends on your skin chemistry. This is a spicy rose and so addictive.

scentifulicious

I wore atomic Rose last night as a spring evening scent. Temperature was around 70 Fahrenheit with high humidity. The occasion was meeting friends to walk the shops along main street of a nearby town (main drag consisting of small boutiques and restaurants) before eating dinner. We all wore dresses to celebrate our (ages around mid 30s) mom's evening out.

As I sprayed this I was really enjoying what came across to me as a deep, fruity rose scent. Instead of being a young and sweet fruity rose, however, there was a depth and sophistication that made me feel confident. It settled as I drove the 25 minutes to get to the town we were all meeting in.

As I neared my destination, I noticed and airy sweetness to the quality of my scent bubble that made me think of br 540. The depth of florals I continued to pick up on had me telling myself, "Stop it! Not everything smells like br540. You're better than that!"

Until... we entered a small boutique with a selective section of clothing and jewelry, and the owner commented how wonderful I smelled and asked what I was wearing and where I got. After I shared that my scent was atomic Rose from Max aroma, she stated I smelled like br540.

In my world, hardly anyone wears fragrance, let alone has knowledge of niche fragrances. So part of me was caught off guard that she had any awareness of br540, and although I did understand how the projection bore a resemblance in the air, I was also disappointed that atomic Rose didn't stand out as different (when I do think it is not the same).

People who don't like br540 may find similar qualities in atomic Rose that makes them not like this one. To me, they are very different and not redundant. I know atomic Rose is more closely compared to delina, and it is similar without the tart sharpness.

If I had to use other popular scents to describe atomic Rose, a cross between delina and br540 works to capture the protection, but lacks the detail of the scents nuances.

natfran98

Received a travel spray of this as a gift and was expecting to hate it… but to me this is a far more palatable Delina. More like Delina Exclusif but not as headache-inducing! Removes the sour, sickly tart note from Delina that I can’t stand and incorporates more of the smoothness of Exclusif. Potentially prefer this to both tbh because it doesn’t make me feel ill and I can wear it in more situations. Does that make it more ‘generic’, or ‘safer’? Maybe. But it’s still high quality and lovely to wear.

Brownsugarx78

So first off I do not like Rose scents, but after receiving a sample of another rose perfume I decided to give it a go after reading the reviews. I purchased a 10ml sample from the Initio website. I absolutely do not regret it at all. I was expecting to hate it but I love it. You need to be careful how much you spray as it is powerful. The rose smells like an actual real rose. On first spray it's a pure heavy rose with a heavy bergamot which I did not like at the very start (the bergamot was the dislike at the start), but after a 30 minutes it starts to tone down to a creamy jammy rose and the bergamot seems to fade into the background. You then start to smell the vanilla come through. I find it to be very powdery on my skin, but a very creamy rose enveloped in vanilla, well blended and just beautiful. It lasts all day even after a heavy gym session. I only used one spray on my neck so it could perform even better with another spray. It leaves a trail everywhere, it definitely does not dry to a skin scent like most others. For me its something néw and different in my collection and I am more than happy to keep it.

PlatMik

Sweet rose, dense and very elegant, VERY female leaning but you can use it as a guy, It is pretty strong, first time I used it I got side eyes from choking people out, no regrets

SweetAminah

Sex in a bottle.

Emma_C

The very first few seconds are dominated by a prominent sweet rose which reminds me of Delina Exclusif, then it quickly transforms into Montale's Intense Cafe, perhaps slightly different, less harsh and more well blended. Therefore, if you want IC without the synthetic aspect, I'd recommend getting this one.

jessica_chinos

I am in love with this fragrance and its performance and sillage. But I already own Delina... It's too redundant to get Atomic Rose. And Delina Exclusif has a sillage so intoxicating and a scent that differentiates more with the OG Delina, that I'd rather buy Delina Exclusif. I guess I'll wait till I finish both Delinas to buy Atomic Rose (if I find it on a 40% discount, of course).

AkaNeri

Spicy dry rose.. Not overly sweet, I't very elegant scent, but for me it feels more that it wears me :)

Fountain30

I experienced this in store, and almost hit the ground. Wow. The most beautiful rose fragrance I’ve ever ever smelt. Tart, jammy, opulent, elevated. 10/10

PeterD83

It's really pleasant, slightly citrusy opening that settles into a mildly spicy rose. There's nothing wrong with it, it's perfectly wearable, smells relatively expensive but not memorable or unique enough, certaintly not for this price point.

It's not something I see myself using, it doesn't excite me at all.

6/10

CelestialBleü

This is definitely a REALLY nice perfume.
However, it doesn't live up to the hype or the price tag.
It's not that unique or beastly for the ptice tag the comes attached to it. There are many others that are great quality similar scent and better priced

LizzieBiscuits

This is one of those Like but don't Love ones for me. Glad I have a sample but I'll never buy a full bottle y'know.
I prefer my roses as part of an ensemble anf here she is most definitely the STAR leaving no crumbs. It's a bravura performance though.
As with every Intio I've tied the quality and performance can't be faulted

rainydays

Given reviews I've seen, I expected this to be an absolute BEAST, dark and heavy. But it's really not. It is a rich, jammy, enveloping rose. The pepper is very well balanced. Nothing overwhelms the rose-- it's the main star here. Smooth, no tartness, with just a touch of citric vibrance. I do think this would be a little repetitive if you own the Delinas, but that doesn't detract from its top notch quality.

Naqwalan

I love this perfume so very much but can’t wear it everyday. It’s way too sexy for that. Great for special evening occasions, and even then one spray is enough for me. I don’t think I’d describe it as ‘dark’ but it is definitely seductive floral. There’s a rich creaminess to the rose enhanced by the vanilla in the base.

Clairexoxo

I have a love/hate relationship with this fragrance. I see the beauty in it ... but I also see the ugly.

Atomic Rose is a sexy, dark, and glamorous peppery tart rose with creamy vanilla. Very feminine with atomic performance. I strongly advise to not go crazy on the spray.

The Rose note here is reminiscent of the one in Delina Exclusif (DE). But DE is juicier, fruitier, creamier, more powdery and youthful. Whereas Atomic Rose is more peppery, darker, and way sexier.

But the Rose note used in both is something I struggle with. For some reason it sometimes reminds me of body odor.... :(
+ the pepper in Atomic Rose can be hard to deal with at times, personally.

Atomic Rose definitely stands out and does not leave one indifferent. A beautiful creation but a fragrance DNA that does not agree with me

SaraZigova

Extreme strong pepper

hola gigi

After trying all the Delinas & not hating them but also not understanding the hype, THIS is the scent that got me. Love at first sniff. A scent that is soft, yet very present at the same time. With Atomic Rose, less is more... & this is coming from an oversprayer. If forced to compare it, I'd say it's like a hybrid of Delina & Roses Vanille. No synthetic vibes, no ambroxan, not spicy on me.. just sweet & smooth roses & vanilla.

Sreza7

Smells more like Hibiscus Mahajad then Delina to my nose.

BDDII

This is an incredible perfume. It is similar to Delina by Parfums de Marley, but much better in my opinion. Delina is a very safe, overly sweet, one dimensional rose fragrance. This on the other hand is more brooding, mysterious, seductive, and perhaps a bit more mature as well. I do think men can wear this, but it leans very feminine so confidence is key. This is a dark, gorgeous, ambery, musky, vanillic jammy rose with a bit of a jasmine edge. It performs monstrously so don't overspray. I only have one problem with this perfume; the price is quite high, and that would indicate that natural rose has been used in the formulation. They even go so far as to mention Turkish and Bulgarian rose in the notes breakdown, however in my opinion this does not contain any natural rose, at least not enough to detect. Rather, this seems like a very high quality assimilation of natural rose using aroma chemicals. For that reason I think it is quite overpriced. Undoubtedly it smells amazing and performs fantasticly, but the price is still not quite justifiable. That said, there are some great alternatives from Lataffa and the like that get the job done if you don't want to shell out for this one.

KerriZ

What an absolute love! I havent smelled Delina so cannot compare but it did remind me a bit of Jo Malone Red Roses except not as singular. The hit of citrus at the top draws you in. The Roses, white florals and pepper keep you engaged. The vanilla is a kind background player - not a fan of over the top sweet vanillas and the amber base (I am obsessed with Amber!!) carries the whole fragrance nicely and consistently for over 8 hours.

Kim Milan

For some reason this reminds me of a creamier version of Carolina Herrera very good girl glam✨

A.Bandini

For whatever reason they keep sending me free samples of rose based fragrance with every single purchase and i dont like rose at all. Anyway, this one is the most recent free sample i received and its a peppery, ambery rose based on some kind of sweet woods. At least this is what i get although there are no woods listed in pyramid. I have sampled that Frederik Malle Rose Tonnerre as well and while that one is really old fashioned and unwearable, this one could actually be a nice one on the right lady.

Pgdipoto

This is extremely sweet and tropical-fruity. I barely amell any actual rose. It smells like fruit punch or tropical fruit juice, similar to how Vibrato or God of Fire or Lamar smell. Maybe I have just never smelled a Bulgarian nor Turkish rose before? Anyway, I still love the fragrance. Very addictive. I'm surprised some people call this "delina's sexy older sister" because it actually smells more adolescent because of how sweet and fruit-punch-y it is. I'm surprised that "sweet" or "fruity" aren't the top-voted notes for this fragrance on fragrantica. They really should be. This fragrance is EXTREMELY sweet-juicy-fruity.

Ba2siK

Very sweet rose, similar to MFK Oud Satin Mood

EvaNicoleFragrance

Love love love this scent. I get memories of Delina Exclusif, Instant Crush, and Burberry Her EDT.

I’m not a fan of DE, but I can’t get enough of Atomic Rose, and I agree with Superfly_Angel’s review… except that I’m so obsessed that I’ll wear this any time any day lol.

10/10
If you’re spray happy like me but aren’t crazy about running through juice this expensive, pick up Lattafa Infini Rose. This, unlike Bade’e Al Oud Amethyst (also obsessed with this one), is a true dupe.

Merelvg

This smells exactly the same as Montale Intense cafe/Zara Rose Gourmand on my skin. I like the scent, but it is not worth the money i.m.o.

CallMeT__

Love.
If Delina and her sisters are plush pink roses, Atomic Rose is a dark rose, velvet in texture and deep in color! Unapologetically loud. There’s a slight boozy element although none of the notes indicate so. I find Atomic Rose to be smoother than Delina as the rhubarb in the latter sharpens it a bit. I don’t know if Atomic Rose is appropriate for everyday use, to me it’s something I want to pair with a satin dress, heels, and red lipstick. It is a sexy nighttime perfume, also incredibly strong + overbearing for everyday use. Performance is incredible, so could be a justification for the high price. There are some similarities to Delina for sure, but I would pick Atomic Rose over Delina even though I own both. Perfectly unisex.

Prunel

Pretty sure there's no .. actual rose in it ? I mean, the rose note is exactly the same as it is in some fragrances like Toy Boy. I really highly doubt there's actual rose raw material in this, or it must be a really tiny amount. It's a good fragrance, but it's massively overpriced. A shame really, a lot of Initio fragrances are actually great value for money, but this ain't it. Also, it is VERY linear.

Seranity

Love love love this fragrance. Waaay better than Delina, even though I do think there are similarities. This is all about that boozy jammy rose, not the harsh rhubarb and litchi of Delina. Top 10 perfume for me. Very potent, lasts an eternity on my clothes. Not an everyday fragrance for me. Definately special moments and occasions. Will buy again, for sure. But maybe it'll be the dupe I've read so much about next time, cos this is bloody expensive!

Dina France

As a person who generally dislikes obvious Roses in perfumes, I am convinced Atomic Rose is just piggybacking on Delina's popularity to get attention. This perfume is 90% about Bulgarian Rose and it is the Rose I hate the most and I associate it with old ladies. The Rose of Delina is hidden in peonies and rhubarb and I really like the original version that is young and playful. I do not see anything in common between the 2 perfumes.

DinaFrance (perfume reviews on youtube)

annasarahr121

Sheesh, I just find Atomic Rose too strong -- and I like strong perfumes. I haven't been able to identify what I don't love, but this combination of notes just doesn't work for me. To my nose, it doesn't smell like any Delinas (which I definitely like) or like Montale Roses Musk (which I don't especially like). Maybe it's the name, but it has sort of a nuclear or industrial edge that some scents in the last 10-20 years have that I just don't adore. I think I prefer more vintage smelling roses, such as Guerlain Nahema, Elizabeth Taylor White Diamonds En Rouge, Paul Smith Rose, or even Perfumer's Workshop Tea Rose.

kimjoline9

i actually prefer this over delina since it doesn't have that sharp rhubarb note that bothers me a little bit.. and the performance is just as amazing as delina!

Totalcrazys

I ordered this sample because I read a lot of good reviews but unfortunately rose is too overwhelming for me . I smell nothing else but rose . Opening was delicious after that I can’t stand it .

Luckyeights86

I just received my sample of this yesterday and immediately tried it. Maybe my sample was bad?
The opening was gorgeous. Instant fresh, blooming, intoxicating rose. A few minutes after, I noticed a fairly intense metallic/salty smell, which at first I enjoyed and almost made me want to lick my skin, but it soon became the only other note I could detect, and it lasts FOREVER. I really liked this fragrance for the first 15-20 minutes, and after that, it so strongly smelled of bloody, almost scratchy rose that I felt the need to wash it off. Which I couldn't because it's lasting power is insane. Even after I washed it off last night, I can still smell it on my skin at 11am the next day. I couldn't detect any other notes, like the vanilla that is supposedly in the base. I wish I could, because I loved the opening so much, and feel if it even had a whisper of sweetness to it, I might still be able to enjoy the salty metal smell. I can't decide if I should order another sample and see if it's better, or just write it off completely. I initially loved the dark sexy rose I got. Usually my skin brings out the sweetness in fragrances, so I don't know what happened. Very disappointed this one didn't wow me like I expected.

Update: I finally got my hand on a bottle. I want to cry it's so good. Excuse me while I take a moment. This thing creates a true scent bubble. I used to hear people say that about perfumes / colognes and I didn't understand. But I do now. It envelopes me. I get gentle wafts of it throughout the day. It is a low purring lioness on the move baby! Agh... I get it from my wrists as well as from my neck / chest. I loooovvveee this fragrance! Love love love....

I'm all up in this house now deciding what else I want. Impressive indeed!

ShinningLightOfThunder

This is definitely atomic rose - sweet, rich and heavy. Very beautiful

sunnyviolets

Absolutely beautiful. It's not too rosy. It's cleaner than Delina since there's no incense or nutmeg or anything to muddy the florals. It also, obviously, isn't musky at all (unlike Delina) which is amazing if you're like me and dislike musk but still liked to wear Delina occasionally. Overall I really love how not cloying this is when it easily could be. You could wear this almost anywhere, so long as you dress the part lest the fragrance will wear you.

Atomic Rose, perhaps ironically, is like a breath of fresh, lovely air. She's fun, she's sophisticated, she's got her life together. Definitely also a worthy bridal perfume.

KELIZ

Nice! On me this smells identical to Delina. I like it very much but see no reason to buy as long as I still have Delina and Delina Excluf.

NotaninfluencerTRUEreview

I tried this one again recently after months of thinking that I didn't like it. But omg last night I sprayed because I found a sample that was hiding in a bag. Why not? I have found that I love this scent. Never would have thought that I would be into anything with the title of Rose in it.

I know it's just a complex with me but after remembering years of old ladies smelling like flowers and roses I thought "not my cup of tea". So, I have unfortunately turned down a lot of Rose scents not really giving them a chance. To me Delina and Delina Excl smell like toilet water (I'm sorry I tried both multiple times). I don't get the hype and I feel like a lot of women love it because it's pink and pretty. lol

Now to what my nose tells me. And I'd like to think I have a great nose. I can't see that well.....so my sniffer is always on high alert. I can smell an ant bed clear across a field...smells like red hots to those who know.

Initial spray, meh. Not too old lady, kinda interesting. But baaabbyyy that dry down hit and I thought "I KNOW THIS SCENT...WHAT IS IT". As I pondered the weight of the world it came to me. This is Tiziana Terenzi' "Delox" on the dry down. I compared the notes and yep both share some middle and dry down notes. I love Delox! This is a Rosey Delox to me and I'm absolutely......loving....every....second....of...it. Searching for a bottle now on a deal cuz I'm cheap.

So, this morning, I heavily sprayed a little more of the sample. Alas I have a small amount of juice left. Can't speak for Sillage. For me it's nice if someone smells a frag on me but the creme de la creme is me oozing sex kitten because the bubble of the fragrance has engulfed and altered my spirit and attitude. I smelled Atomic Rose all day, kept snifffing my everything. Ugh its good good. The way I determine if the fragrance is a winner is when my partner leans in and you hear him moan "mmmm...." Slam Dunk!

mangooo

I personally find this to be different outside of sharing a rose note. Delina is much fruitier and a bit tart while Atomic Rose is just that, rose. It's not really sweet but it's a youthful and fresh rose. To me it's not worth the price point

ahmednaseri

I was at someone’s house the other day and they had a bottle of this sitting in the guest room. I admittedly just smelled the cap but my immediate impressions were chemical, cloying mess. It smells like one of those garden variety middle eastern perfumes that they sell in kiosks at the mall. Just rough edges all around. This is my third Initio I’ve sampled and I’m just perplexed at how they managed to convince people to pay exorbitant prices for their mediocre creations. I’m sorry to anyone who loves this perfume, but this genuinely my impression of it.

godfatherfragrance

Good rose fragrance but nor worthy the price. Relatively feminine. 7.5/10

notnati

Rose and not much else. The rose in this is rather dark and mature - not the kind I personally enjoy (I'm more of a Delina type of a girl; or Tobacco Rose by Papillon). The power of this is quite insane, though - one spray lasted 24 hours on the skin, survived a shower intact. I'm not that into rose scents in general hence I'm not hooked but if you're a rose lover, it is definitely worth checking out!

Ninamariah

1. INITIO ATOMIC ROSE: Beautiful blend of rose and vanilla, so delicious, very good quality and this is amber based. With this you can't go wrong. Not too sweet, not too much rose. The most unisex of all these perfumes mentioned. Sometimes this is like Oud For Greatness added with rose and sometimes vanilla comes more through. Sometimes this even feels smoky but not in tobacco kind of way. This is fresh compared to all others and it's easy to add more vanilla for example with Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac.

2. MFK OSM: Again another rose-vanilla -scent (I like that combination, don't get me wrong). This is the strongest one of these all scents which you maybe should sample before your decision to buy FB. This scent is the beast and you definitely doesn't have to re-spray it during the day. This has all in the balance: vanilla, rose, oud and powdery accords. This I found out a little bit synthetic in the beginning and I was thinking this is not for me but this is really addicting scent. After few days I felt in love. Some people say that they find out oud too loud but I think it's really not. Anyway this whole scent is loud, in everything and this is in the same time the most unique I think. I will compare these few same kind of scents because I find it useful while trying to choose new scents for testing or even blind buys. I don't recommend bb for anyone even if I have many successful blind buys.

For some people these are maybe similar but for me these all are different! It’s like if you like a lot leopard print you find all leopard print different.

3. Mancera Roses Vanille
Sorry but again Mancera did it in very synthetical way. If you have a budget you can go for it, it's nice anyway but if you can invest more money then you should definitely choose Xerjoff's K'Bridge Club or stronger scent MFK Oud Satin Mood. Even Tiziana Terenzi's Delox is this same "note family" like as well Initio's Atomic Rose and those two are really good. If you prefer this kind of scent to be more vanilla and not so much rose and you want something cheaper this is your choice. In the opening I got rose as well but it fades away immediately after 15 minutes. This is just sweet vanilla, not so powdery either like MFK Oud Satin Mood is. This is not so strong and you have to spray many times during a day. Base notes are vanilla and musk. More affordable than others. (Maybe you want to test Montale Cafe Intense as well, very same kind of with a hint of a coffee.)
4. Xerjoff K'Bridge Club
If you prefer good combination of vanilla and rose. Very nicely blended good quality scent but this is quite weak scent compared to Tiziana Terenzi's Delox or MFK Oud Satin Mood. Vanilla and rose is anyway realistic and not synthetic at all. Beautiful scent for the office or everywhere when it's polite to think other people and how they will react to your scent. This is sophisticated version of vanilla and rose. This is a little bit fruity (like TT as well) compared to MFK OSM or Initio Atomic Rose. This is more vanilla and more sweet compared to Atomic Rose.
5. Roja Dove Aoud and Aoud Absolue Precieux
Amazing quality complex rose-oud but without vanilla. (Nothing to do with those others but just to mention this choice for rose/oud). This was a must have for me and nice addition to obvious rose-vanilla combos.
6. Tiziana Terenzi Delox
Stronger projection than Xerjoff K'Bridge Club, but anyway those two are the most similar to each other. Both has some hint of fruits as well and both are really vanilla. If you want to compare these to Initio's Atomic Rose TT has a coffee note and Atomic Rose is not so sweet, it's most unisex of these all and sometimes when I smell Atomic Rose I feel like it's Oud For Greatness added with rose. Good quality and long lasting scent. So coffee note you can find from this and Montale Cafe Intense (where the name is miss leading because the coffee note is weak) but I wouldn't compare these as a similar scents, there is too many separating things but if you just look the notes, those two look so similar. This is musk and amber based. I love this TT's Delox! This I definitely want a full bottle.

Despite what is the base notes here you can find these really similar scents. But since we all are different and we experience the scents so different ways I just recommend to sample all of these and decide after that. Or you can find yourself in the situation like me wanting almost all of those because I find so unique things between these as well. Mancera and Montale I don't like to have. Since I blind bought MFK OSM and fell in love with that I would like to have as well some more "shy" scent from rose-vanilla -combo. I think I will buy FB of Delox and Atomic Rose. Those Roja Doves I have.

boolinbilly

Just a straight blast of roses. Such an uplifting fragrance that encloses you in a bouquet/aura of roses.
They aren't dark or sultry to me, more playful and uplifting as they are really jammy sweetened with small powdery touches of vanilla and amber. The pink pepper acts like a bite in the opening to introduce you to the rush coming your way. Longevity is amazing.

maistylz

Immerse yourself in a world of exquisite opulence with the lasting charm of Initio Atomic Rose. Infused with luminous citrus, captivating florals, and robust spices, this powerful fragrance will tantalize your senses while giving you an aromatic aura that'll last all day long. Take your olfactory experience to new heights!

With top notes of hedione, pink pepper, and bergamot to set your heart aflutter, you'll then be wooed by the romantic bouquet of Turkish rose, Bulgarian rose & Egyptian rose at its center. An amorous embrace from golden amber and sugary Madagascar vanilla seals this enchanting perfume as something you won't want to forget - no matter how many new outfits demand it!

Adjr1087

One of the most BEAST mode perfumes I have ever smelled. This is like Delina on steroids and tons, TONS of pepper. First comes the pepper and then you smell the rose. I personally LOVE this. But one spray is more than enough. Maybe 2 the most. more than that and you will get a headache for sure.

Linnsim

Beast mode rose/vanilla/amber perfume. Delicious scent. It’s a bit darker than Delina. I love both, but I use Atomic Rose in fall/winter and Delina spring/summer. 10/10 perfume. For me it’s quite similar to Intense Café in the drydown. Comforting beautiful addictive scent

Vicschmidtscents

Red, fruity, clean rose. This perfume smells like a combo of roses, expensive shampoo, and champagne. I really like it. Atomic Rose lasts a long time but it did not project that much on me, and I craved more vanilla when I wore it.

Datura-Darling

Atomic synthetic rose.
A loud, bright red plastic rose, with vinyl petals opening up to a peppery and vanilla centre, before it then starts melting down into a jammy single rose note mess.
This is just way too synthetic to me and harsh. The entire thing feels heavy handed, abrasive and sticky in a way that makes me feel like I've been doused in some sort of cheap synthetic rose essence or essential oils.
Way too loud, unrefined and fake smelling to be worth the price tag it's asking for here. I dont think that it being very strong and long lasting compensates for the fact it's all linear, not evolving and generic as a perfume.
This isn't for me, I prefer a more natural and real smelling rose with elegance to it and there's many better rose scents out in the world.

lmnsvgz

The Delina comparisson is understandable. The scent is very similar to Delina. The complexity is more similar to Delina Exclusif as this one is not as tart as Delina. It is less sweet than Delina Exclusif and lacks the oud background.
The background in this one is vanilla and amber but the top notes make it more distinctive than other vanilla amber perfumes. I smelled something a bit green, minty to be specific in the opening. The scent is sweet but a bit heavy. I find it more womanly compared to the girly Delina.

Awan

At first you will notice it is made of quality ingredients and seem to have bigger potential. The longevity and sillage could be the strongest ever seen. Scent it so pure but after some days I just got enough as it suddenly turns out to be boring and too linear. No development or transformation - just the same strong rosy syrup even after 10 hours.

For me it was pretty difficult to categorize Atomic Rose as an unisex parfume. I think it is definitely for ladies....or for a man using nail polish and make-up.

Used it a handful of times and then sold to a female colleague.

Now I"ve tried Atomic Rose and Side Effect and in my opinion they are just not for men. Would anytime prefer parfumes from Parfums de Marly like Layton Exclusif, Akaster, Carlisle and Oajan.

chelleholla

This is a pure, jammy rose. Very straightforward in its presentation and a linear evolution. Something here reminds me of the sweetest, sun ripened red fruit but the nose is all rose.

One of the biggest, longest lasting scents I’ve tried. It’ll be there two days after you spray on clothing and 24 hours later on skin. Horrible if you use too much, but with a light hand it’s absolutely beautiful.

amanda0727

This is absolutely NO for me. Rose is too pungent (atomic indeed). Reminds me of the synthetic rose essence we use a lot back home to make rose flavored desserts and drinks. Last really long though but noooooo.....

NellieD

Atomic Rose opens up with a vibrant, bright rose, and I initially dismissed it as just another generic, pleasant-smelling fragrance intended to appeal to as many demographics as possible... but as it settled into its heart, it surprised me by evolving into one spicy mama of a rose! It's not at all like the people-pleasing Delina (which I found quite boring). The best way I can describe it is to say that it's like a modern interpretation of old-school Houbigant Chantilly parfum (the OLD stuff--at least pre-80s). It's a dynamic, complex, versatile perfume with high sillage and longevity. If you love rose accords, definitely get yourself a sample of this stunner!

AlaskanAngel

For a rose fragrance, I don't hate the opening and that says a great deal. It is a very sweet rose but pretty smooth, (not obnoxiously piercing and headache inducing like DELINA). Unfortunately, the opening is the best part.

The dry down leans musky with a hint of cat pee. This scent reminds me of church ladies, bless their hearts. I just don't want to smell like a cat owner, dripping in jam/jelly, who was attacked by a rose bush.

Review of official carded spray sample that came free with purchase.

mimircks

Opens with a strong citrusy rose. I've never claimed to love citrus fragrances, but this rose/pink pepper/bergamot is obviously the citrus I was missing in my life. Feeling it's more of a spring/summer/fall evening vibe rather than a wintery one. As a "rose" scent, it's a rather "green, wet rose" that I find myself LOVING! The dry down reluctantly lets go of the bergamot (yay!) and introduces the elegant vanilla/amber mix. Definitely full bottle worthy for me come spring!

RhettB27

The most vibrant and incredible rose fragrance I have yet to smell and that’s really all I have to say. With Initio you know the quality is top notch with amazing performance, and with Atomic Rose you get a beautiful and vibrant offering with a freshness to it like a fresh rose in a vase with the green stem and thorns feeling present in its radiating aura. A touch jammy and sweet to my nose but not at all too much, it’s just gorgeous. Men and women can both wear it and for men who like rose this is a can’t miss!! Like Toy Boy on steroids in a way.

bobaddie

This starts out as a brassy rose, an amber bottled mystery you find in a bag of tangled jewelry at a second hand store. Full of warmth and the barest hint of sweet, it develops into a freshcut rose straight from the garden. The aftermath of Atomic Rose makes itself clear with a full and noticeable sweetness. I like it, it's okay.

Baroqu3

20/10! Amazing! Now, I’m not the biggest fan of rose perfumes as they can be too waxy, powdery or just incredibly mature smelling like Oud Satin Mood. Like I have just walked into a bridge club. Nothing wrong with mature or vintage smells, I used to own Oud Satin Mood.

However, this is the most juicy, deep, sweet, delicious and intoxicating rose I’ve ever smelled! The rose is youthful like a fresh white rose that just started blooming, light zingy and fresh from the citrus then there is this deep dark rose in the mids like it was sweetened with vanilla and rose macerated in some type of condiments then placed in a wooden barrel. I am inlove with this one, it’s mouthwatering, mysterious, sensual and addictive! Definitely date night approved, I wouldn’t wear it to work for eg.

This is just beautiful on my scarf or on the pages of my book as I cuddle up and read. It’s young, vibrant, smooth, delicious, well balanced projects like crazy and lasts. I wouldn’t wear it in hot weather as I fear the sweetness would intensify. If you are a gourmand lover, or vanilla/rose then try this. Have you seen Shame where Michael Fasbender was on the train and overtaken by that girl? Yea, this one is impacting. NOTHING like waxy candle like delina exclusive.

orangelips11

Atomic Rose is a deep and alluring rosy scent, a little bit jammy sweetness, very good performance, last very long time,
people compare Atomic Rose with PDM Delina, I never smell Delina so I don't know, but this is a very good perfume

For me this is the first fragrance from this house that has managed to intrigue me. I have had sort of a love hate relationship with rose scents as like many people who grew up in the 70’s rose scents are connected either to cloying old ladies perfumes or cheap bubble baths and just usually too strong or too much in your face. But as I age I find I am drawn to more and more rose scents. Perhaps it is a matter of changing nosmic capacity or just a matter of less black and white thinking? Either way I thought I would find this to belong among the over the top cloying rose scents. But much to my surprise I find it rather intriguing and sensual.

I particularly love the dry down of Atomic Rose as it manages to keep a bit of light airy ness surrounding the freshness of this very jammy rose scent when’re many other will loose the rose and d left will be a spicy vanilla or just sweet dry down. This is not overly sweet at all but rather fresh with a hint of fruity ness in the dry down which to me feels quite unique. In the beginning this also feels a little bit metallic, like something cold surrounding the rose. As if the rose petals were dipped in a glass of ice water. Undoubtedly the hedione comes to play there together with the all throughout the scents life a very jammy red rose. Underneath it all a soft vanilla and some spices like a “lagom” (a k a just right) hint of pink pepper.
I would not say this feels very natural as a composition it’s synthetic absolutely but done right which creates a very good illusion of a fresh rose in an urban cool setting.

As far as comparisons to other fragrances go I find this to be quite different from both Delina and it’s flankers and most other rose scented perfumes. Atomic rose does not at all have the rhubarb and the lychee that is so characteristic in Delina. And all the Delina scents also dry down a lot sweeter and vanillic compared to Atomic rose. Delina is also more of a spring summer scent to me all though it can be carried throughout the year. As far as Delina goes I find Jus de Roses comparison of Atomic Rose to Delina spot on. She describes Atomic rose like the cooler, sexier big sister to the younger more innocent Delina. I totally agree with that assessment. This is cooler in all respects and sexier but still with an airy attitude which makes it perfect for both day and night wear to me. But this is not a summer scent for me at all. This belongs to fall and winter and perhaps spring in colder climates. Because of its metallic coolness. As there it manages to warm up the ice. While in summer I suspect the freshness might turn a bit sour?
Compared to other spicy rose fragrances in my collection I find it fresher than rose nocturne and rose infernale from By Terry (both very spicy and a bit darker rose scents). It is heavier than A la rose and l’eau rose from MFK who are both a lot more timid and ALR is a lot more powdery. Rose Omeyade from Atelier des Ors comes closer but does not have quite as much of the combination of the freshness with the spices as Atomic Rose has. It is therefore a bit heavier but also warmer. Radical Rose from Matiere Premiere is heavier and quite a bit more heady and dark.

Projection, longevity and silage is very strong with this. It lasts easy 12+ hours on me and I usually have to shower it off. Also the projection is powerful so in sensitive settings it’s important to go easy with this. Even though you may get away with this also in a fragrance sensitive setting as it has enough freshness in the composition to prevent it from becoming cloying or heady, As long as you do not overspray this which quickly can turn this into a beast…

Also definitely made to be unisex. But having said that I notice that some men find this too feminine leaning. While many women describe it as a feminine touch. On me it leans feminine for sure.

All in all this is my favourite frag from this house seen from all angels. It is quite a gem! And I am finally waiting for my full bottle as we speak after trying it out with several samples until I realised it may become my staple during this coming fall and winter where we need everything to help keep us warm during dark cold evenings saving electricity… ❣️

cjlewis

Having extensively sampled Delina and Delina Exclusif, I would say it's closer to Exclusif because it's got a deeper smell, while Delina is quite bright and apt more for spring and summer. Atomic Rose you can use in colder weather, even to spring. The biggest difference between this and Delina Exclusif is it's not fruity, a bit more peppery, and not as sweet. I can see why one reviewer mentioned BR540 below, because the pepper in this is reminiscent of the spice from the saffron note. You can also notice the amber a lot more, replacing the woody incense notes in Delina. Finally the vanilla is not sweet here either. I think because of the pepper and amber, Atomic Rose is more masculine than Exclusif, making this a true unisex scent. Although bergamot and jasmine are in the notes list, I don't notice them much. The amber gets even deeper as time goes on, so for me this is too masculine to wear.

AdalynEverly

I asked one of my friends what does this perfume smell like, and he said huh it smells like if you bought a new item. I completely agree with him. If you go to some department stores like Express you may smell this exact scent. A heady rose that smells quite peppery. I have never tried Delina, but one thing I know for sure is that rose forward fragrances smell not good on my. They often smell like a grand mom when it's too in your face rose.

anosmia90

Deep, sensual, intoxicating. I’m addicted to this full bodied mature jammy rose scent. Definitely reminiscent of Delina, but also very different in key ways. Not the bright playful feminine leaning scent that Delina is. It’s darker and I think it’s perfectly unisex. Both my wife and I use it. Sillage is enormous, so be careful. When my wife put on 3 sprays it enveloped the whole room. One is plenty!

vincentphanmao

the nose behind is Alexandra Kosinski

Kaylovely

So the basic version of Delina Exclusif. Nothing to make it sexy besides pink pepper and amber. Which I didn't even get much of. It's nice, I instantly thought of a cheap Delina Exc. If you don't like Oud, Litchi or Incense. Go for Atomic Rose.

So the website doesn't list Amber. It says Madagascar Vanilla... which maybe why I didn't get much amber. Not sure though.

gendabenda

i wish i knew what the chemical compound is that i cannot stand in the initio perfumes. there is something that people describe as similar to BR540 that lingers in the air, but i don't find it that similar. br540 has become very popular, but while i like the bitter-sweetness of it, the cheap clones and most of the initios have something in them that i just deeply deeply dislike. it is a sweetness that 'feels' dusty in my nose. and it is so strong and widespread, you feel/smell this now everywhere...

Missevelina55

Just purchased atomic rose at Neiman marcus . Have original receiptZ Unfortunately I don’t like it on my skin at all. Willing to trade.Let me know !

ash.nguyen6

What a beast of a fragrance! Huge sillage and lasts forever on my skin. The rose is definitely the main character here. You have to like rose to love this fragrance. In the background, vanilla, pink pepper and hedione are blended to perfection. I think the hedione and pink pepper are what give this fragrance this sexy, dark, mysterious, addictive quality. This one smells similar to Delina Exclusif on paper strip but trust me when you wear it on the skin they are two completely different scents and it’s worth having them both. Atomic Rose is much more powerful however. The Delinas and Atomic Rose layer together beautifully as well. It’s worth owning them all 😆

Paul Vall

WOW! Just WOW! This is a delicious rose bomb, so the name is very apprepos. It reminds me of walking through the rose garden of a Turkish businessman during a social event I attended. It's a unisex that leans feminine. Some might find it too feminine for a man to wear, but I like what I like, and I LOVE this fragrance. Lasts all day, maybe longer. I knew after ordering a sample that a FB was in my future. It's pricey, but the quality is there.

LadyJ_93

This smells like a mixture of PDF Delina La Rosee and Nest Turkish Rose Perfume Oil. This makes the rose notes smell borderline dated and little cloying. Give it time and the drydown becomes a faint BR540. It's too much for me. I'm going to pass on this.

Wedding day scent.

Perfumelover2003

Beautiful fragrance, atomic rose is a masterpiece, the opening is mind blowing.
However the price is to high for me and I looked for a clone onyoutubechannel :
Marco 4 U Perfumes
there is a good alternative and it is By the house of Lattafa, Bade'e Al oud Amethyst,30 box edp
Bought it,love it.

Arfume

i both have AR and delina exc but atomic is better than delina exc because i hate the incense and litchi note in delina exc and AR is neater and easier to wear. Performance is beast too

ryoshiho97

Hmm… Well this is a pleasant, familiar scent. On my skin, it smells a lot like Paul Smith Rose with a hint of vanilla. Good thing about AR is that it lasts for hours! It’s really sad because I was so sure this was gonna be one of my favorite scent or even my signature scent.

This is a blind buy. It’s good enough to be a safe blind buy. However, my only problem with this is that it smells like a generic designer rose perfume. I’m underwhelmed. Although I like this frag, I regret this blind buy. Given that it’s a niche brand, I expected something more unique. I’ll finish the bottle and wouldn’t repurchase. Will probably explore other rose-based frags.

Trishaaa

As always, citrus is a great additive for a fresh rose scent, and this does it perfectly with the bergamot; even makes it a bit sour and punchy in a way. The rose doesn't get drowned out with the other notes on here and it's the florals that give it that slight complexity more towards the opening.

You can tell it's fine quality as it lasts longer than MFKs a la rose (as much as I adore that as well) and it's without a doubt, intoxicating and alluring. This is definitely worth a look if you like rose scents because it lasts quite a while in general and it's just overall very appealing.

KatM

This is a beautiful vanilla rose fragrance, quite heavy. It does however, smell exactly like Mancera Roses Vanille to my nose.

hollandbri

A loud, mouth puckering sour rose that finishes with powdered sugar icing. I am addicted to this scent and love it more in the hot weather.

amatuerfraghead

Beautiful dense and heavy, juicy fruity rose scent with some base amber, but can feel some slight artificialness to it. Like the bottle, this feels like a velvety violet rose. I understand that this is suppose to be a more unisex version of pdm delina, but its still more feminine rather than unisex, and as a man, i think its a little too feminine for me. Great performance for both longevity and sillage, but will definitely be too cloying in the heat. Also beautiful box presentation.

Cherry Bloom

This beauty, from the small bottle of my decant, smells literally perfect. Such a classy rose, sweet but not too much, a bit fresh but surely not a fresh perfume, everything is weighted thoroughly to create this perfect potion. I mean perfect!
But why oh why on my skin turns stale? So stale?? It breaks my heart because that's all i miss in my collection. My perfect rose fragrance. Why from the bottle is everything i was dreaming of and my skin ruins it? It's extremely hot outside, i hope it's this. I will try it when late autumn comes. I hope it will reveal itself in its real beauty on my skin, too. I hope that with all of my being...

LauraVTerrazas

Absolutely love this fragrance.
Sexy. Mysterious. Inviting.
I do understand how people compare this to Delina and Delina exclusif.
I prefer this over original Delina (I only have the revel size)
I think it's worth having Delina exclusif AND Atomic Rose.

Suggestion: don't wear this on a hot summer day. Cool summer evening, fine. Any other season: ✔️

Repurchase worthy 10/10

Update 2/14/2024: it's still so good. I love it. 💕

Kaylovely

If you are comparing this to Delina it should be Exclusif more so. I like Delina Exc more as it has the fruity component. They do smell very similar as the Vanilla Rose combo with amber and bergamot. Delina OG has this screechy Rhubarb Vetiver that gives me a BO vibe. So the fact I liked this let's me know it's more similar to Delina Exc. The Oud note in Delina Exc leans more waxy. Not sure if there is Oud in this not getting much woodyness. Good for a ultra femme type. Delina could lean Unisex not really though. I would say it has more depth so in that way a man may be able to wear it. Who knows..
This scent leans more sweet to me as AA and most of thier scents do. Almost a cheap sweetness. Nose Paris for a great deal as always!!

JennyNoBull

A gorgeous scent--exquisitely blended, but not for me. My skin seems to separate the contrasting notes and pit them against one another. I did like it closer to the dry down, but this is a thorny rose fragrance. There's a sharpness in the bergamot here that competes with he rose-- it's very acidic and presents as a noisy Battle Royale on my skin that I find extremely distracting. I suspect this may be part of the appeal for others who like this as it definitely turns heads and is very sexy. The silage is remarkable, too. It's a mysterious dark rose, which I like, but I prefer Serge Lutens Les Fils De Berlin. Rose without the bergamot.

Tested from a 1,5ml/0,05 Oz sample:

Start: Metallic, "cold" Hedione with rose. This is the most unique part that makes the scent stand out from _many_ of it's kind currently hyped by Youtubers

Middle: Becomes a more classic oriental rose, a more Eastern Mediterranean/Middle Eastern Turkish delight/oudy rose

Base: Very unisex scent with a hint of rose, not as sweet/floral as the scent pyramid might let you believe. You will still smell it after a shower (great longevity)

I suppose the mixing (or watering down for some) of classic oriental rose-woody fragrances with more classic western scent profiles with a splash of something special (in this case the hedione) is a major trend, especially with the most best-selling niche fragrances (the Delinas, Rose Rebatchi, one or two Kayalis - if you can call Kayali niche...) I finally got to travel a bit and had the chance to test these fragrances - only available through blind-buy- mail where I live - and ... I understand this is a major trend and it's nice to have something more or less new to establish itself among the designers, but ... for me, personally, these are just Ok scents and I cannot quite understand the pricing nor the novelty.

I'd take the "basic" Lancome Midnight Rose (the purple bottle) anyday over these rose-woody(-oudies) with the splash of something special.

With this one the beginning is The Thing. If your willing&able to pay near 300 dollars to enjoy it, why not. If you ever get the chance to try some less expensive "basic" Al Haramain, Al Rehaab, Swiss Arabian scents, you might find something not too different for far less.

Roses, wet and sparkling. A very potent and pretty beast. Great longevity. Seriously one of the prettiest rose fragrances. Extremely literal.

Good afternoon my fragrance lovers if anyone would like to trade Atomic Rose or psychedelic love for Delina Exclusif or Love Don’t Be Shy please let me know I also like to ask hers before purchasing I also have many other amazing fragrances you can check out. Have an amazing weekend and stay smelling great!!!

to me it smells like there is litchi there. reminds me of kilian's love.

Love this! I heard people likening this to BR 540, I personally do not smell that. I have delina and prefer AR the most. This is an atomic rose, it is grown and sophisticated, yet different and young. I like to layer this fragrance with Tresor La Nuit - thank me later!

Such an amazing rose. Definitely sweet, ABSOLUTELY atomic. I’m not a perfumer, but it feels like rose was used in a completely different way than most modern people typically perceive it. A lot of what evokes the “grandma” label in rose-laden perfumery = a powdery rose. The sweetness from the vanilla + the scandalous aspects of jasmine make this a really interesting / mysterious wear as a man. I’ve gotten some positive reactions when I wear this with the darkest clothes I own.

This is what worth-the-money smells like. Amazing. I've always been loving roses yet this one is something different. I found it when I was actually looking for Delina. And for me, Delina is nothing similar to this. Atomic Rose has such a prominent sweet roses scent that is not cloying. I don't see myself will ever get bored with this scent, it is that good for me.

Smells a lot like Si. Not one of my favorite.

This is an outstanding and versatile floral fragrance. The opening leaves one effusive. It does not relent throughout the heart and base notes. To me this is unquestionably a masterpiece.

It is abundantly clear that this is a top tier rose fragrance to be worn with confidence as one is bound to attract attention. Heads will surely turn seeking the source of such an intoxicating scent.

My wife has Delina and its flankers. This is far superior to my nose as its richness allows for men to wear it with ease.

Essential. I doubt this will ever be out of my rotation.
