Okay, this is a pretty weird perfume for me. One night my wife (who is literally an expert with perfumes) came up to me and wanted me to try this. I was like, "isn't this a female perfume?" but then after I tried it, it was very different than how it smelled on her. I am pretty sure this is unisex and not feminine.

FeleciaB

Love this. I don't smell the honey (which is good as far as my personal preference, I don't care for the smell of honey) to my nose this is vanilla and vetiver.

Isabella Therese

Warm apricot (yes, apricot, not peach), smooth coffee and whipped vanilla. Despite the name it's not really that rich or dark, it's quite wearable. It's a fall and winter scent for sure, but it's not too heavy to wear in the summer nights if one would want to. Stays pretty linear, but not everything has to be super complex and niche to smell good. I wear this for cozy movie nights at home with my husband. I might wear it for a date night someday, but I have other fragrances I prefer for those occasions. I'm so glad that it doesn't have patchouli! The longevity is unfortunately abysmal, it's completely gone within 2 hours and it doesn't project very well. 8/10.

Gabsp28

I've worn this one a few times, and I adore it! One of my favourites. Never really got the coffee note( it's had time to macerate) which is probably why I got the coffee note yesterday. This is giving old school tobacconist shop, and I love it, not to be confused with cigarettes or burning smell, just sweet unsmoked tobacco, most likely the coffee and vanilla mixing, I couldn't stop smelling myself, might also be because I have a cold. But I'm loving the scent line, only one I don't like is magnetic.

simplyelexina

reminds me of libre le parfum but with coffee. really pleasing scent

Zethre

Not at all what I was expecting. Fairly generic smelling perfume with an apple?! Note?
Not terrible but rather run of the mill.

Peony19

Similar to Guess Seductive Noir.
Smoky vanilla

Luthien999

It is a pretty Scent, but I prefer Dolce&Gabbana The Only One Perfume. Perfect for Fall and Winter.

imacat88

I cant believe I've been sleeping on Hugo Boss fragrances, this is gorgeous, sweet but not overwhelming sweet, warm, and a bit mature, such a good blend, somehow has my mouth watering.

Im impressed with this one

AchZo

I really like this. As someone who conciders Ysl Libre Le Parfum a signature scent Boss The Scent Absolute hits many of the same marks while still being very much its own perfume. I see many in the comments say that The Scent Absolute is weak, and I agree that it is a close to the skin scent but that is also kind the beauty of it: it's PERFECT for days when I want to smell really, really nice but don't constantly want to be reminded of that
. There has been times when I sprayed it in the morning, forgotten about the perfume thinking it is gone and in the evening my partner has said that I smell lovely.

So in conclusion Ysl Libre Le Parfum for when I want to be acutelly aware that I SMELL FUCKING GORGEOUS :D and Boss The Scent Absolute for a more low key pleasantness.

MissIvy

It’s a nice vanilla scent. Sadly, I don’t smell any coffee. Vanilla, a little bit of sweet peach and a drizzle of honey with a woody vetiver base. If it was stronger this would a banger. Im going to try and over spray this today. 20+ sprays and see where that gets me because the 5 sprays I have on now ain’t doing enough. I saw someone mention below that this had a tobacco profile. I can see that. Probably a combo of the vanilla, honey and vetiver giving off that vibe. This is the kind of scent you can enjoy while curled up reading a book or watching a movie on the couch with your honey. Due to it being not too strong it wouldn’t make a great going out scent. Also would be office appropriate. A scent for you to enjoy but that wouldn’t bother others.

JenSmellsSOGood!

I completely agree w Gillzathrillza! This fragrance is gorgeous, but it's shamefully weak. You can literally go through a bottle in 4 wears. Such a disappointment bc it smells SO beautiful! It's a more sophisticated and better blended JS Fancy, but that's weak for me too!

If anyone knows of a fragrance that mimics this scent, but doesn't lack in potency, pls hit me up!

Antti

It smells like sunlotion but pretty damn good sunlotion peach sweet and i love to wear this myself even it is marketed for women i think its very unisex. this is more juicy sweet fruity cacao than dry and suits me fine.Great scent and i would like to have it more. And for me it is nice summer sun lotion scent too bad it is discontinued as private accords that i do not understand.

LEM922

When I first sprayed this, all I could think was chocolate covered espresso beans, soaked in cherry liquor. This is a very deep, sensual, gourmande type of fragrance. Not for the summertime, and not for the faint of heart. I could see this reaching its full potential and cool or cold weather. This is very yummy, but also at the same time very grown-up. It has a little bit of a tobacco-like undertone, which really brings out this chocolatey coffee smell. I’m a fan of this… I know I’ll get good wear out of it come the holidays. Very successful blind purchase!

Edit: this and Invite Only Amber 23 from Kayali are very strong dupes. If you have one, you dont need the other. Both smell great, but it’s redundant to own both.

D&gredcap

Absolutely underrated - this is stunning and could gain niche perfumery easily. I get liquorice and I love it…..it feels like being in winter, Christmas, eating pudding, cakes and being immersed in a sweet party

AuraAngelMuse

I love this perfume so much. It starts out with peach and a little bitterness from the coffee I guess. Then when it warms and it's been on my skin for a while it starts to get the most amazing marshmallow-y, brown sugar-y trail that wafts all around. The smell itself is like the most beautiful dried fruit or tobacco. Real tobacco, hanging in a barn. Not ashtray tobacco. The way real hanging tobacco smells similar to raisins. Hence why I associate it with dried fruit, I suppose. I see others saying it's not strong or long lasting on them, which I guess I feel very fortunate because this lasts very well on me and it has great sillage too.

Gillzathrillza

I bought this accidentally, thinking I was buying the Magnetic flanker.

It’s nice. Chocolate, vanilla, powdery peach - all very feminine and soft.

My issue with it is projection/longevity. It’s a skin scent for me almost immediately. I want to be able to smell my perfume but there have been instances with this where I’ve sprayed (without exaggeration) 20+ times, on wrists, neck, arms, clothes…to find that my husband can’t smell it on me at all. Where does it even go?

There’s no excuse for poor performance like this, at this price point. A real shame.

Edit: I’m finding that this performs better on me in colder weather but it’s an intimate ‘only for me’ scent. It’s comforting and unobtrusive…and sometimes that’s what you need. It lives to survive another day in my collection!

ArunaMoonChild

The notes would have you believe this would smell like an edible gourmand, but to me it does not. It's not super sweet to me. I wish it had more of trail because this stays very close to the skin. I don't get much coffee just mostly a hint of peach and the musk and vetiver. I get vanilla, but not ice cream vanilla- more like the pure extract. Nice scent but I hoped for more, especially in the coffee area.

Darling of Disquiet

Love it and have been loving it since I got it in the fall. I was looking to purchase the original and then I saw this and if ever a svent has an absolute or intense version out at the same time as I see the original I always go for the intense or absolute, elixir those types "reformulations' that make the scent usually stronger. Maybe because I'm an ex smoker I like things to be stronger but my absolute favorite time to wear perfumes is in the cooler months and this is just one of thousands of examples of why. Comfy cozy warm type of scent that I absolutely love wearing while sitting on my couch with a cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee I wish I smelled that more here. That's really the only complaint because the longevity and sillage were good for myself.

Edit: I was set to get the intense and I saw this for I believe it was $30 less and they seem to not have a big difference in notes due to how much I really like this one I would love to try the intense especially because now that I've had it for a few months I'm realizing thatbthere is a big difference in price between the two and I kind of would like to know why LOL just wanted to add that.

autumnblue914

Starts peachy but that goes away fairly quickly. After that it's a nice powdery vanilla with a distinctive scent. I get no coffee personally, but something vaguely resembling it is probably what gives the vanilla a more authentic smell.

Longevity a bit disappointing. For a powdery vanilla I'd expect it to last longer than it does.

Still a pretty good fragrance though. Not overly sweet, which is where vanillas can tend to go. I like it a lot.

ava96

This smells very pleasant, kind of bitter on me after 15 minutes or so, kind of nutty. I smell the peach in the opening. The dry-down is a very nice vanilla with honey and it's more of a skin scent in the dry-down, and a beautiful one. I can sense the DNA of Private Accord for Her here as well, but it is sufficiently different for me to enjoy both.

Edit: It turned out NOT to be sufficiently different. I got super saturated with this DNA and am in the process of getting rid of both, though I might end up keeping my Private Accord.

sugarandspice02

I stumbled across this while searching for a warm winter scent and I'm so happy I did. To me, this perfume has a very masculine underlying note that I can't quite put my finger on but I think it's very reminiscent of Paco Rabanne Phantom. On my first test that was all I could smell but after my first wear I started get the more feminine vanilla notes through and now this is one of my favourite office scents during the winter. It's definitely very warming and makes me smell like a mocha.

kkk

Don't understand theese Good Girl comparisons...Sorry.
Good Girl is a patchouli based scent, this one is very powdery. Good Girl is much more darker, this is just comforting.
Anyway I don't like either of them.
This is an OK scent, nothing special and to be honest exactly this is the reason why it is not OK for me. No character...
The drydown is the best part in it but that point
unfortunately just very little sillage is remarkable.

iamshera623

This one actually lasts a good while for me. I can smell it wafting around about 8 hours later.

Very yummy cool/cold weather scent. I really don’t think I could take this in warm weather. The vetiver keeps it grounded so it’s not overly/sickly sweet. The coffee note comes off as a deep, dark chocolate mocha type of coffee.

This definitely has a Good Girl vibe (not the same - just a vibe), but I think this one is more interesting. If you like Good Girl, this one is worth trying.

Szilvita

I already have:
THE SCENT EDT, INTENSE and Black bottled EDP. (Not a fan of the opening of the latter)

I'm very positively surprised by this blind buy. I feared the coffee note. I'm not a coffee drinker and although I sometimes might enjoy the smell of coffee I don't want to smell like it....or at least that is what I thought. Haha. Because it's when it settles I start going like "yummm"... So it definitely doesn't bother me if it's there.

Actually, it rather gives me the vibes of chocolate/cocoa and vanilla after it has settled, but not at all in a sickening sweet way. Very pleasant smell, not loud at all. People might be right about the sillage, that it stays close to skin, but I can still smell it on myself faintly now the day after applying it. HB normally doesn't last more than a few hours on my skin.

This is the kind of soft (cocoa) vibe I was hoping for in Prada candy night.
This does not remind me of GG at all. This one is way more inoffensive and soft.

Suits me well for autumn and winter time.

As mentioned by someone else, im also impressed by the atomizer! The perfume comes out as a VERY fine mist. You almost think it didn't spray anything because it feels so soft and light.

violeteme

A more bearable version of Black Opium.

BougieGirlShops

Of all the fragrances in The Scent for Her, this is my favourite.

It opens with distinct notes of honey, peach and coffee. As it dries down, the vanilla comes through. While not listed, I believe osmanthus is also in this one. Unfortunately the coffee comes off a little bit too dark roasted and smokey, would have like a brighter coffee note.

I do find the projection quite poor, I sprayed my wrist 4 times and it's still quite weak.

AvocadoEnthusiast91

Absolutely adore this one. Love the vanilla coffee notes, so similar to Black Opium but I prefer it! BO has a cloying note in it that I cannot stand but this one is just so pleasant

begim

Delicious, and has a little bit more longevity than her sister Scent for Her.

rhaineclayton

Definitely more of a cacao/coffee combo. I do like it, but the opening does have a bit too much of a "perfumey" smell to it. That settles a bit over time and dries down to something reminiscent of Black Opium minus the sweetness.

emilydavi

Its a nice scent, there's nothing really to dislike, but not at all what I was expecting. I mostly get the peach, it's very fruity and almost fresh on my skin in the opening, then gets a little richer and almost chocolatey in the dry down, like peaches dusted in cocoa powder (although it's still a light scent.) I was expecting a deep, strong coffee and vanilla, as I've seen this compared to Black Opium. Despite the coffee note, for me they are NOTHING alike! I would wear this in Spring and Autumn, as it's not fresh enough for Summer, and not warm and comforting enough for Winter (on me.)

ugly_sara_turns_it_hard

Is anyone else getting new car smell? There’s a new faux leather smell that I just can’t get over in the dry down, makes me think of car seats.
It smells very synthetic to me. It is dry and dark and easily cloying even though it’s not very strong, I think it’s the cheap-syntheticness that makes it headachey, or it’s the car smell giving me placebo car nausea. The cacao is very noticeable and dry, it’s not sweet chocolate, it’s dry cacao beans.
That’s really it for me, cacao beans in a new car with faux leather seats. And it also smells very unisex! I’m not really visualising no high femme woman wearing this. Maybe a young (mid 20s) tomboy/soft-butch biker girl with a faux leather biker outfit, a cigarette and a flask of whiskey.

semperfii

beautiful at first, but then a bit cloying, got a headache within 15 min ):

divinia

This was the first perfume I regularly wore and it set the tone for all the scents I bought after it. To me it smells like a peach glazed with honey together with a strong cup of coffee. Vanilla notes are there too. I'm usually drawn to fall/winter scents and this is a textbook one. That's why I also feel really uncomfortable while wearing it as soon as it get's warm outside since it seems to turn into a "sticky" mess. But I still love this perfume and it will always bring back some nostalgia.

Midnight Lady

Confusing opening with very oriental impression. I get no peach untill mid phase. The scent is very close to skin. Prominent dark coffee tendered by vanilla - the drydown is very pleasant. Not a fan of previous stages though. However it's an interesting fragrance and quite unique I would say.

5/10

Moon_of_joy

I compared it to black opium back to back and I must say, if the opening is really different, fruity in the scent, a little floral in the ysl, the dry down is very similar, BUT the difference is that black opium leans more on a mainstream vanilla with a touch of coffee (and got more of a trail), like a macchiato latte, whereas the scent dries down in a more mysterious, unisex black coffee. It definitely feels more boogie and unique, but the performance is pretty weak, this is a skin scent for sure. Nevertheless I love it, it’s a great winter/fall every day fragrance.

hsiangchi.huang

Overall it is a pleasant, crowd-pleasing, sweet gourmand scent. In the same genre as CH Good Girl, as I mainly get creamy vanilla and sweet fruity accords. It's almost as sweet as Black Opium, but just sits closer to the skin. I don't any coffee/cacao... so if that's what sparked your interest, look elsewhere!

The longevity isn't the greatest, but apparently is better than the original. It turns into a somewhat skin scent after ~1hr. However, the atomizer is sooooo nice and makes those beautiful fine mist.

bebban

This is a cozy fragrance, but sadly I don’t get any coffee at all. At first sniff I get a vanilla and peachy scent. I would say that it could be better to smell it in person before buying in case one experience the same.

bobross

I don't even know how to describe how much I love this. It's warm, cozy and comforting but also sexy and very feminine. The scent lasts all day on my clothes but only a few hours on my skin, which is a shame and the only negative about this stunning scent

karlee79

Dear lord in Heaven this so beautiful, like seriously
I mix mine with Boss orange 🍊 Sunset and wowza what a beautiful combo , this is soft but strong close to the skin sent almost oily, I’m in absolute awe at this combo! It somehow reminds me of the beach but not coconut or maybe it’s baby oil ? Definitely unique especially mixed with another perfume , it can be used as a layering scent it’s actually perfect 🤩

chloematilda

This is absolutely beautiful from it's full creamy sweet introduction right down to it's softly pretty fruity conclusion with a steaming cup of premium coffee on the side. Some may find it too sweet or cloying, but for my nose, this is truly fragrant heaven. I have finally well and truly found a coffee scent to call my own. Balanced, blended, fully grown and a very welcome addition to my collection. I'm branching out....trying new things. The scent lasted through the night and I woke up with a lovely freshly showered clean linen scent. Probably not a good blind buy, but I love this.

AnaisLouLou

Delicately blended with a little bit of all the other Hugo Boss Scent for Her flankers. It reminds me of Lanvin Arpege with the minor spicy note but, no where near as floral or spicy. I really enjoy this perfume. I felt it could be a bit fruitier for day use, so I bought the original to layer together with it. I don't get headaches with any of the Hugo Boss Scent for Her perfumes.

Ellsa

It’s warm, it’s sweet and powdery just as it should. My all times favorite from Hugo Boss. I don’t find it at all like Mon Guerlain, maybe just in the powdery note, actually I think this is much better done and more long lasting than Mon Guerlain. Also I can’t find similarities with Black Opium, is true Black Opium is with an idea better in the performance but I like so much more as a formula, is more refined and elegant. I love that is somehow simple and not having 100 crazy ingredients from other “planets” that I never heard about. This is exactly how a perfume should be, in my opinion and is totally a safe blind buy. I would always choose this perfume instead of Baccarat Rouge 540, Delina or Oud Jaune Intense ( which btw has the same projection and longevity) .

mayacastro

I wear this together with the Kayali vanilla, and it’s the most incredible fall/winter mix. It lasts all day and I’ve never gotten more compliments on a fragrance before. People have told me they can smell me just when I walk by them!

gracyshamurailatpam

I sprayed this on my hand in the mall. Smells just like Zara Rich Warm Addictive in the drydown.

bruby15

Bought this on a whim because I liked the bottle. To me it smells exactly like Vanille Noire from Yves Rocher, both are very subtle though, which is a shame, it smells like an airy vanilla chocolate and I would have liked a better projection, they are both close to skin and not very long lasting. Such a pity because I really like the smell.

edelberry

This is incredible! I've added it to my list of perfumes to get, so I can't quite speak on the longevity yet, but in terms of sillage it beats Hugo Boss' The Scent Private Accord by a landslide. Fall–winter scent for me. If coffee and gourmands are your jam, I couldn't recommend this enough.

Fraghag7

Although I love the scent private accord, I wish I would have known this gem existed. I expected the private accord to smell more similar to this but instead it's a light and cheerful chocolate mandarine, yet warm which feels more appropriate for cooler weather.

To my nose this perfume starts off smoky and earthy almost like tobacco (which surprised me but I love). Then as it settles it starts to smell like coffee and some vanilla with light dried fruit. This is a different and darker version to the private accord. Honestly this is such a beautiful scent that I don't think I'll ever stop wearing this.

The scent absolute is gorgeous, a masterpiece in my humble opinion, I just wish it had stronger projection. This perfume lasts long on the skin, I would say at least 4 hours but as I mentioned, it's a more intimate scent. I recommend spraying on the clothes and maybe doing a second spritz later. I still think this perfume is worth any penny either way. Probably does best or enjoyed best in cooker weather but I'll find a way to make it work in the summer 😂

Is this a safe blind buy? For any coffee, vanilla or gourmand lovers I say yes. If you lean toward floral or fresh/aquatic fragrances you can still give this a try because it is so unique, inoffensive and beautiful, but just beware this is a different.

victoria.mei1992

Smells very mainstream. But better than YSL coffee perfume. I would compliment if another woman wore it, but it's just not my type of perfume.

Coffeeandperfume

I'm still unsure how I feel about it. There's something about it that I like for the office - there's a punch (the coffee), and a cool vibe - that will be great for getting your mind on the right track if you want to get work done. However, there's something unsettling, maybe the sweet notes are not that well blended with the coffee.

Edit 12/14/20: Love it! The coffee is actually great, it became elegant on me. Almost like it's meant for the office, for a slightly aggressive young woman. It actually is a well blended fragrance. A fall/winter scent.

mikecch

This was purchased for my companion as a matching scent with my own The Scent Absolute (masculine version).

It opens with a fruity sweetness of glazed stone fruits.
This sweet opening is tempered by a smoky note, difficult to define at first, which later grows into a strong black note of arabica coffee.
In the middle, the coffee accord combines with a creamy sweetness to create an impression of a vanilla latte.
The dry down on my skin consist mainly of a smoky vanilla.

My companion commented on how this scent smelt quite masculine on herself, and that she prefers the scent on my skin.

Performance and durability are unfortunately fairly average. No where near the power of the masculine edition of The Scent Absolute (which is a Maninka and Mondia bomb).

A very well done gourmand which will work nicely on both men and women who are looking for a coffee scent.
I would ask her to wear this again.

SeauxGood

This is yet another coffee fragrance I’m falling in love with. Two of my favorite fragrances are CH Good Girl and Montale Intense Cafe. This falls right in line with that kind of scent profile. It’s less in-your-face than Intense Cafe and not as zesty as Good Girl. If you’ve ever glazed peaches with honey then roasted them, that is the opening of this fragrance. Then the coffee and vanilla show up to show out. There’s a Honey Vanilla Latte they sell at Cheesecake Factory, and this is giving me those vibes. What I absolutely LOVE, though, is the vetiver in the dry down. That woodsy/earthiness is exactly the foundation this needs. It balances the gourmand notes so well.

I’ve always said Good Girl reminded me of the way my aprons used to smell when I came home from working at Starbucks. By contrast, The Scent Absolute smells like your locally-owned, independent coffee shop. The kind that still bakes their pastries onsite and maybe serves beer and wine in the evenings. Although it’s suitable for the office or other daytime wear, this comes off very sexy and sophisticated. I find that it lasts all day if sprayed on my clothes, but the sillage is not that great. Might make a good bedtime scent. I also could see myself reaching for this on a fall or winter date night. Absolutely gorgeous.

Florence27

When I first tested this I thought it leans towards a more unisex scent. The opening of the fragrance is wonderful. There's a subtle freshness from the peach, embraced by the mild sweetness of the honey note. However it fades away in a few minutes and coffee becomes the protagonist. In the background there's a masculine accord from the vetiver. At the drydown, when coffee mingles with vanilla, you get a cocoa powder smell, with a hint of honeyed peach.
It isn't too original, as I can detect Good Girl vibes, minus the sweetness. The longevity and sillage are average. I do, however, feel that there's no attitude here. It lacks that special quality to make it stand out.
The Scent Absolute is an everyday perfume, an easy reach for a cold winter morning in a coffee shop or at home, enjoying your espresso dressed in cozy knits, while looking at the raindrops on the window.
If you are into not too sweet fragrances, or you love coffee you might enjoy this.

EDIT: In cold weather it evolves beautifully. I tried it again today and I can't stop smelling my wrist. It's warm and cozy, even sensual. It's a keeper eventually. I love it.

raffandthecats

On my skin this is a deeper and spicier version of Accord Privè, the vetiver note makes it somehow more masculine and 'edgy'. Very pleasent, very long lasting (while accord privè doesn't last more than 3 hrs).

AslaugIceland

Can anybody tell me how I can rate this and other perfumes. Oh Love this perfume but then again I love all the notes ;)

blond.coconut

When I sprayed this on a paper strip at the perfume shop, it was the most divine smell, I thought I'd have a new favorite and that it would replace my current favorite – Private Accord. It smelled like apricot jam filled honey cookies, soft and sweet. So, I didn't even bother trying it out on my skin, I just went ahead and bought it.

Then comes a bit of a disappointment. On my skin, and even on the cap, it smells way less sweet, with a lot of honey, not fruity or jammy, and the biggest let-down – it smells almost masculine! I feel like it could easily be a unisex fragrance. It still smells good though, even sexy, I can't say it's bad at all, but it just was not what I expected, and not as good as Private Accord.

I am hoping that Hugo Boss will continue releasing new flankers of The Scent, for instance, I'd love to see a chocolate-coated cherry.

dglightblue

Beautiful and long lasting, I must have a go comparing with scandal edp.

This is not the sameas private accord also by hugo boss- maybe a touch in the middle somewhere of a similar note, u tired side my side.
I have black opium I would have to try side by side.
The honey note is not the same as in scandal edp, the scent absolute is lovely

Dry down is hazey cool warm cacao powder. This scent is louder than all the others bar private accord and the original

dglightblue

I can see the blackopium vibe, but this is not sweetie sweet.
This is a cleaner creamy sweet, rounded andalmost a dark chocolate vibe.

Decent sillages, but doesn'shout its self like black opium. Creamy warm cooler toned

gelkita

A very light light version of Black Opium... skin scent poor longevity... next.

Esmiralda1996

I am not much of a fan of Hugo Boss fragrances, but this one is beautiful! It is also quite unique. Whilst the original was just peachy shampoo and the Private Accord was a tin of cacao, this one is a wonderful. With the blend of notes like vanilla and coffee youd expect a very sweet, intense perfume (think Black Opium) but instead it is a blend of sweet, powdery and a little masculine. If you are someone who likes sweet yet unique yet powdery fragrances definitely give this one a sniff.

aldinatic

It's sweeter (sweet-bitter) then private accord, a grown up scent in the dry down u get the calming vanilla and beautiful Vetiver, indeed, a bit masculine.. the dry down brings me back into the dynasty soap opera days, done way :D maybe because it's a bit serious and mature :)

irenad87

what a sexy and cozy little thing this is. Perfect for colder months. I would definitely wear this on a date.

Wearing this perfume is equivalent to wearing a sexy lacy lingerie under the winter layers. makes you feel absolutely yummy

dglightblue

These flanker are all different I notice.

Ok, I get an eraser+sweet+cool opening, I think it’s a flower but I don’t know what.
Or it’s a combo I’m not familiar honey is noticeable, I feel like the coffee isn’t as much.

I think it could be black opiums quieter cousin.

In the dry down it’s warm, honey, and other notes that stop it being hugely sweet

This perfume reminds me so much of Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent! It's a lighter, more casual version. The coffee and vanilla notes are the most dominant, accompanied with a soft peach to make it somewhat lighter. I would wear it during the colder months. It's nice!

This is a very nice vanilla perfume that holds a cool vibe that freshens its warm composition. I can smell soft chocolate (rather than coffee), happy white flowers (and also peony, probably?), powdery note, and a very-very faint fruity undertone. Likeable from the first sniff. It's not intense, loud, or dark. It's not overly sweet too. I can classify it as modern-classy, leaning a bit towards romantic. Pretty indeed, but the performance is below par.

Fragrance with evocative power of fascinating places, to me, even if only imagined.
Narcotic, smoky. The liquid is thick, warm and voluptuous. The rarefied and gloomy atmosphere reminds of a circle or club where billiards is played, over a drink and a cigar, if this is allowed.
Sublime.
This is the opening and I'm certainly in love with it. Then, in the heart, scent opens and peach emerges, stands out, fresh but not juicy nor sweet, always slightly rough. Peels dusted with cocoa powder. On skin drydown is nearly heaven.
This fragrance has the power to change my mood and give me also a foretaste of the magical advent atmospheres, in advance. Love.

It is a perfume with medium intensity and a duration of around 5 hours.
His notes caught my attention and it is true that it is a perfume whose aromas are sensual, nocturnal ... and the beginning of the perfume is gourmand enough to be attracted to him.
The change of perfume comes with drying. Regardless of the notes they tell us I feel that the perfume has cocoa and tonka bean. When it dried on my skin and I felt these aromas I began to look at other perfumes of this line and I reaffirm myself in thinking that this perfume has those notes but they do not tell us and they play their role in this perfume.
When drying the perfume I find an aroma that I already know of coffee, cocoa, tonka bean, vanilla ... and it is the almost final body of Good Girl, this perfume may be a bit more sweet, but Good Girl's notes are too present in this perfume, some very interesting seeing that it is the same perfumer.
These are not reasons to say that it is a bad perfume. It is certainly a tasty, delicious and sensual perfume. In the heart-bottom of the perfume it is true that it loses quite a bit of sweetness and could be a perfectly unisex perfume, but I like it in everything. Although I also feel that I like it because Good Girl is one of my favorite perfumes.
I agree with the vast majority of people in which this perfume lacks good fixation...

From the colour of the bottle and the "absolute", I would guess it is a heavy scent but no! To my surprise, on my skin at least, this was a tasty coffee scent with moderate longevity of not more than 3.5/4 hours and a really mild projection. While yes, I was disappointed due to the clash between the name and the performance, I really love this scent and might think about adding it to my collection when I finish something I already own.
Edit-December 2020-
I'm a proud owner of a 50ml bottle :) It does remind me of GG by CH, however, I really do hate Good Girl and I love this gem here. A really quiet yet sexy vibe. Stunning! Also, usually, I hate how some vanillas turn on my skin. I do have this yucky moment here but it only lasts a couple of minutes until the earthy coffee takes over and milds it down!

What a great addition to the Boss The Scent line! It somehow fits in with its predecessors, but it's much better. The Scent was an average peach shampoo, Private Accord was a good, but simple chocolate gourmand. The new Absolute recalls them, but it's more complex, a sensual oriental gourmand that sticks to my skin for a whole day and night. Not what you would expect from Boss, really!
It starts out vanillic and I definitely get tonka beans here, even though they're not listed as a note. I also think there might be some white florals in the background. I don't really detect coffee beans, but there is something roasted and bittersweet in it, like there is in coffee or dark chocolate. The peach note is juicy and smooth and gives the scent a refreshing lift. And in the drydown, vetiver finally comes out and adds a subtle masculine edge to the otherwise feminine fragrance.
The Scent Absolute gives me some vibes from Dior Addict and CH Good Girl. All the notes work perfectly together, it's warm and sexy, but not as extremely sweet as many other new scents from this category.
Absolutely worth a try, especially if you're not usually a Boss fan.

A warm fragrance perfect for colder months. Has a spicyness to it that makes it slightly more masculine. From the notes it would seem like it’d be a sweet scent, but it’s not.

Perfect for romance!
Very sensual and seductive. Very well blended and doesn't remind me the other perfume lines of this house, which is a good thing if you'll ask me..
I was very surprised by this gem, never thought of buying Boss before, since I find their frags kinda 'flat' and too mainstream-boring.. but this one is just a masterpiece-surprise in a bottle!

Warm, sweet, a bit powdery and very sensual. This is very pleasant and well blended. It’s not overly sweet not overly powdery, it’s just right.
A great seductive perfume for a date night. Mature, mysterious and inviting. Love it!
Sillage is soft, longevity is moderate.
Final note: 9/10

The initial scent is something super generic sweetness. Not definite peach and honey, rather just generic fruity something. At this point, the dark bottle and noir-ish marketing is incongruous with the scent.

Then it becomes NOIR alright. After an hour or two it's dark chocolate, coffee and rather spicy-smokey, which surprised me, because it's not listed in the notes. Nevertheless, this is what it smells like to me. At this point, it is only a little bit sweet, so the initial sweetness is almost gone.

4-5 hours in, it still has very good sillage and it lasts for 8+ hours without a problem.

I applied 3 sprays to one of my wrists when testing this perfume.
