Emporio Armani Diamonds Giorgio Armani for women

I love this perfume and the bottle, but the atomiser is terrible to look at ( so masculine and sporty) awkward to press and the spray nozzle performs terribly. I get a straight out jet of liquid, no mist. (Banderas scents have the best atomisers!) Frustrating to use, delightful to smell. Reminds me of a sunny litchi version of Avon Tomorrow, which is a warm peach. Both share raspberry.

This is non conflicting, fresh, fruity, floral perfume but it's sooo boring. It's safe, office friendly, but it doesn't match me at all, I prefer heavy perfumes. Longevity is surprisingly good, I could smell it after 12 hours.

Should I had my nose on Diamonds back in the days, when it was launched, in early 2000’s, before I discovered so many niche brands, I would have loved this. And most likely owned a bottle. But not today…

It’s not like today, when I am sampling Diamonds for the first time I don’t like the way it smells, but I expect more from a perfume than this does. What I mean by this is that while the scent DNA is beautiful, soft, powdery, litchi, raspberries mixed with dewy, watery, fresh white flowers with a vanilla, woody dry down the performance is very underwhelming! On me, this Diamonds EDP concentration acts like an EDT at best. It’s a very subtle, muted, light, ethereal, fleeting scent that disappears within an hour from skin. In 2024, you can find better performing perfumes with this scent profile!
On clothing is lingering a bit longer, for about 4 hours but sits very close to skin.

On the other hand, after checking online for how much it being sold currently, it’s fairly inexpensive, and everywhere seems to be on sale, so I guess it is the case that you get what you paid for!

Pleasant, bright, fresh fruity and effervescent. Suitable for many ages I feel whether it’s alone or to layer. But I think it’s good alone in its own right.

You are having white sheer veils on your skin :) Very classy, sophisticated, elegant and purely scent.
Perfect for spring and summer.

I usually don’t like vetiver in perfume. But in this it is blended so beautifully.

i bought this about a year ago for my mum and we've been sharing it since. it's a pleasant fruity & floral scent that lasts for several hours, good for everyday and workplace-appropriate. the litchi stands out a lot to my nose, a fruit which i've always loved the smell of. i don't wear it often as it's not really suited to my personality, but i like using it when i want to feel a little bit more girly. great quality perfume, good choice for a gift!

This is one of my faves. I remember smelling it on on a counsellor I had around 11 years ago and thinking it reminded me of avons treselle which I owned at the time and has now been discontinued I even mentioned this and she informed me it was actually diamonds. Fast forward 9years and I finally bought a bottle in duty free on the way to a holiday in Corfu, wearing it there I was disappointed and thought it was a loser till I tried it back home (I live in the uk) and wow what a difference I fell in love, on initial spray I get a hint of rose then has it settles it just turns into only what I can describe as “posh freshness” it’s amazing. I figured that me not liking it in Corfu was the heat not mixing with it so now I avoid it in hot weather and wear in the spring or cold weather which given where I live there’s a lot of that lol. Oh and for the record when I tried it on myself I didn’t think it smelled like treselle anymore even tho I still love that and would buy if still around.

I don't care what some people say about this perfume; I absolutely love it, it's super fresh, and I will have it in my collection forever.

This was my honeymoon fragrance in 2008 (I bought it in the airport on the way to our destination) and so holds special memories for me. I used my original bottle up years ago and recently repurchased it because scent brings back memories for me. I wear it now day to day and occasionally for work. Mostly in spring and summer. It’s a pleasant, sophisticated and clean scent. I enjoy it but won’t repurchase a third time.

Extremely well blended and it does justice and honours its respected label. Soft floral, very elegant and well behaved, perfect scent for office, day events, holiday, classy meetings. Wore it at 40 degrees C and it performed exceptionally. I would say it is a must have in any collection and a lovely and safe present. Good value too.

I've finally purchase a bottle recently. I've tried before purchased a few times but finally bought it. For my surprise have hardly any smell! Weaker than my body mist! I've tried this perfume before in the same store that I've bought. I wonder if is a defected one. Also I've noticed a bad review recently talking about the same bad experience! What a shame! I wish I could have my money back 💔

Looked through a million reviews here before trying this and THE ONE REVIEW that said it smells like BANANA SWEETS is the one that stood out to me.

It smells of champagne, fresh lilies, banana, litchi. The sweet brightness of the scent with the sweet litchi makes it share some similarities with "Miracle".

It's very green and almost aquatic.

I get a touch of red apple and lemon here, along with a pretty strong iris note. These are not listed, so this is just an interpretation based on my perception of the scent.

One chagrin for me is that it seems HELLA weak, so looks to have been through reformulations. I'm presuming it must have been longer lasting originally.
It's soft in character but appears to have a short life as well.

Still, looking forward to wearing this one. Feels sort of comforting to me in a familiar way, like Cacharel's NOA also does.

Along with Miracle, Chloè, Idylle, this is another scent that reaffirms/confirms my love of lychee in perfumery.

My absolute favourite, used to wear it all the time when I was 18. The scent now brings me nostalgia. Everytime I've wore it, I would get complements.

Nearly decluttered this one from my collection countless times, yet I know how much I’d miss it if I let it go. Boring to some, with its fruity, soapy brightness, & mass-appealing vanilla. To me, the drydown morphs to reveal something subversive. A touch of darkness beneath the unicorn & rainbow surface. Instead of the resinous amber pictured in the note pyramid above, I wonder if it's actually ambrox, synthetic ambergris. The amber combines with the patchouli & vetiver in such a way to keep me coming back to my wrist to ask, "Do I hate it or love it?" Ultimately, I love it.

Unremarkable and rather boring...

I had this a long time ago. Nice pleasant scent. Very sweet and soft, like a raspberry cotton candy. There is something same with Ysl baby doll and Lancome Midnight Tresor.

To my nose, this perfume is nondescript and boring. Doesn’t smell good or bad, just like perfume of a reasonable quality. This makes it a safe choice for the office as it’s mild and unremarkable. On me, it doesn’t last very long. I can’t smell much remaining on my skin after a couple of hours, but it does linger a little longer, subtly, on a shirt collar. I’m using up the bottle on the days when I just need to smell vaguely pleasant. A Tuesday at work. After a light workout, etc. It’s an ok, but forgettable fragrance.

There’s something so painfully boring about this perfume for me unfortunately. Is it a bad scent… no. But it just has nothing about it that makes me want to use it over others in my collection. It’s basically last in the list, even after those I find more challenging to wear, because at least they’ve got something more interesting about them that means I am either drawn to or shy away from. This one is just so so bland to me, like they forgot to actually add any character to it. Luckily my sister will take this one on to layer with her signature scent from time to time to make it less sharp. All it’s really good for is a neutraliser of louder fragrances I suppose 😭

Such a great scent, good all rounder and a safe blind buy or present.
Lychee is my stand out note, but that might just be my skin.
Lychee and a damp misty scent of fresh roses.
I imagine white rose buds at dawn glistening with dew.
...and somebody throws a lychee at me.

Bottle 10/10 a girl loves diamonds

Got this when it first came out and kept trying it on and off for years. The scent itself was pleasant and easy to wear but somehow became very cloying on my skin and the litchi overpowered everything else, to the point of giving me a headache. I think that's just my body chemistry. The performance was amazing tho.

If you can get along with it, it's definitely a winner. Very uplifting and not overly sweet. Great every day scent.

when i spray it on at first its a really strong rosey floral scent to me which was a little intense for me but after 30 seconds or so as it dried down to my skin omg its beautiful, really get the Rasberry, cedar, and vanilla coming through with a hint of floral I love it. it's in my new faves collection! I've had it on for 4 hours now and I can still smell it so lovely

I like this on other people I just can't wear it myself. I find it too cloying and it annoys me after a while. It smells nice and very distinctive and definitely lasts. It smells quite strong with the rose and raspberry at the beginning but then settles to a fresher smell that lingers. Lovely - but on others though.

Can’t do anything wrong perfume. Warm, rosy, sweet, pleasing fragrance. I get it why some think it has an aquatic vibe albeit a distant one. I used to smell it in the office on a boss lady and although she was not great her perfume was awesome. It always left a comforting trail of sweet and proper rosy cleanliness. Had to buy it when discounted 29.99 for 50 ml. Enjoy having it and wear it almost every day. Not a nighttime or hot date perfume.

This perfume has such a character its all in one honestly and its so underrated i got this as a birthday gift three years ago and I instantly finished the perfume and ended up getting another one because i love it! What i mean by all in one is its such a clean smell you’ll smell like everything about you and your life is clean and good, its lowkey seductive too because of the vanilla and rose and thats what men love in women’s fragrances. Its a night day summer spring winter autumn smell the best of all worlds so basically its versatile! And also its for any age group everything about this perfume is just amazing and itll suit anyone for any event!

Only tested this in a cotton and keep in my purse. This one smell's rich but i have smelled it few times already, its not unique... I imagine a rich old lady wearing this perfume..

This perfume is everything BUT aquatic. This an Oriental Floral scent, warm and seductive.

This perfume reminds me of summer. Fresh, sort of aquatic pear even if it's not in the notes, might be a litchi, and just a touch of woody notes, love it and it is quite long lasting.

I remember growing up and seeing Beyonce in the advert to this fragrance and wanting this fragrance so badly! If Beyonce was the face of it then surely I had to have it haha (she probably never used the perfume a day in her life LOL!) Years later and I still absolutely love this fragrance. I have purchased this as well as the many flankers that have come after (the discontinued black diamonds is still my fave!). The sweetness and freshness here are very soft and feminine, reminds of the vibe that Vera Wang’s Princess gives. It’s a light and pretty fruity fragrance with pretty pink florals, great for the office or for the everyday use.

This will always be one of my favorites.

I've tried to enjoy this perfume, but I just can't.
I don't know what it is about it that is really off putting.
I don't cringe when I smell it, but I just don't like it.
I think this is a very unisex perfume, almost more manly.
There is something bitter/rotten in the background of it, might just be that.

This was my signature scent for some time.
It’s was very subtle, fruity, sweet, tiny bit floral and I got a lot of the litchi on my skin with a vanilla background.
Unfortunately it doesn’t stay long on the skin and fades fast, so sad because it smells really good.

This smells girly, sweet and cheerful. I'm in love with the smell but it doesn't last long on my skin. That's why I bought another perfume.

I really dislike this perfume. I find the bottle looks cheap like something a man would wear to go clubbing. I wanted to like it as it was a gift but I found it smelt like fruity chlorine. The sillage is quite long as well and I disliked getting whiffs of it throughout the day. A definite winter scent, cold and fruity but not one for me. Suffice to say, I didn’t keep it for long!

This reminds me of my aunt, this is her signature perfume. It’s pretty, not so fruity or sweet, more like aromatic and aquatic.

It was forever, forever, forever ago that I used to bum sprays of this in the mall; so much so, that the kindly man who ran the small perfume nook cut me off from trying it 😂 My guy friend at the time told me "you could do much better than that Beyonce crap." He was a jerk, and this had an addictive thing about it that I still can't explain, and I loved it.

I seem to remember samples of it in popular magazines, and I used to be enamored with the freshness and ozone quality. It somehow smelled very effortless, but "grown" to me at age 17 (but probably wouldn't now). It was CLEAN and pretty. I agree with the comment below; FIZZY. Like a soda mixed with detergent.

I'm not sure if it was special, or if I was just impressionable and less discerning. I felt like it smelled like the bottle; very white floral, clean, with watery/crisp fruits.

This is a lush concoction.
It's pretty, it's classy, it's moreish and it morphs depending on which angle your nose catches it and who is wearing it. So much so my friend was wearing it the other day and I couldn't name the smell. I knew I recognised it but couldn't quite place it. Oh the shame of it! Is my nose getting worn out?!?!?
I'd call this a slight to moderate sweet but there's a real ozonic/aquatic quality to it. Not that gross back of the throat oceanic bleurgh, this is an oooohhh gimme another sniff addictive. Cold winter air/plain bathwater, that vibe but somehow it makes my tongue fizz and salivate (yeah it's sexier than it sounds) like sherbet.

I would wear this on a date with a cute white angora sweater or a floral print in muted tones, perhaps polka dots or silvery pink satin, hair in tumbling waves, pinned up on one side, clean wingy eyeliner and pink shimmery lips. Or at least I would if I were still the sort of person who actually left the house or went on dates. But you girls go nuts and get yours!

Diamonds has a nice balance between sweet and floral. Definitely a pretty, classy scent. Sillage doesn't seem to be the best on me, I get whiffs of it every now and then as it wears very close to the skin. It lasts all day though.

I'll try my best & describe this perfume in words, first of all I have nothing bad to say about it..
I don't know why but the bottle design & smell reminds me of a 'clubbing' type of scent.. Even though I have never stepped foot into a club my entire life lol.

First spray to me is all wood, spice, powder, sweet, I guess it's the cedar, vetiver, raspberry & litchi blend, with a tiny bit of spicyness & that has to be because of the patchouli, I can't pick out the vanilla note....

It's some what dusty smelling to me,
Sort of like going up the attic and being surrounded with vintage wooden belongings,
but in the air there's a sweet smell lingering.. Strange huh ?

Beautiful perfume! Classy modern sexy, perfect combination :) Scent is almost intoxicating, vivid and sparkling every time I wear, you simply cannot be bored with Diamonds:) I love it especially because somehow it manages to be as fresh as sweet, so it can be perfect for day (even gym in my case ;) ) as night club, not so often in perfumery. The bottle is georgeus, simply but sophisticated, longevity is rather ok'eish, sillage is also good. Definetly gem for me :)

Wow, the litchi starts off strong in this one - so tropical and beautiful - and then it's joined by the raspberry and vanilla, and a background of rose. It settles down very quickly though. Starts off pretty loud-ish, but then quietens to a soft, almost skin scent, within five to ten minutes (at least on me). At this stage I get more of the lily-of-the-valley, the cedar, and the freesia. Coming in last at this point is the patchouli. Oh, but when it comes through, this is a really nice phase of the perfume. Yeah, those middle notes are the best for me; the lily-of-the-valley and that earthy woodiness is just delicious. The only downside is that it's become very soft as far as sillage goes. I can only really smell it when I bring my nose close to my skin. Very, very, nice though.

I've has this scent for ages now and I can't seem to finish it off, since I don't find it especially flattering on my skin. It must be a skin chemistry thing.

On my skin this is fresh at first and I can catch very very slight fruity/sweet notes, but then it very quickly turns into a scent what I would describe as salty and even a bit masculine/unisex. After half an hour all I get is the salty unisex thing.

So this scent does not agree with me at all and I'm definitely not repurchasing.

The flankers of this EA line actually do work much better for me (at least based on testing them at stores), as they are somewhat more sweet, so I might try one of those.

This is beautiful. Perhaps it's the raspberry Rose, but it reminds of my Tresor midnight Rose. It's a very very nice fragrance. I Love it!

Armani Diamonds is very romantic perfume, reminds me winters, chilly air, skating rink, raspberry ice cream and icicles.
It has pepper or something reminiscent of it. You know, champagne quality.
Men really love it. Ironically, it smells unisex to me.

I love how versatile this perfume is. You can wear it during the day as a fresh, young & yummy scent, or during the night as a more sultry fragrance. My boyfriend absolutely adores this on me - most likely due to the vanilla!
The strongest notes I get are raspberry, lychee & vanilla.
I have the EDP and the longevity is quite impressive and dries down very very nicely.

This smells really nice. Like how your skin smells after a shower. Fresh soap with a little sweetness. I really like it BUT I definitely sprayed too much (only two sprays!!) because I am getting rather nauseous lol. Next time...half a spray at most.

I've tried today in my local superdrug ( here in UK) once I've sprayed, I've attracted attention from loads in the shop, in a good way, which was funny. They asked ' that lady smells so nice!' so I told why. This is beautiful! I can sense the patchouli but mild, not sharp. As well the raspberry and the roses. I very much recommend this one as hopefully I can get one for myself.

A bright, sparkly day time perfume. You can detect the raspberry, but it does'nt shout, it just whispers class, unless you douse yourself in it.

Emporio Armani Diamonds for Women is linear, simple and... I love it. I'm truly glad that it doesn't have resemblance to Emporio Armani Diamonds for Men that I don't particularly dig...

This sounds so stupid but when I smelled this, it was like I sniffed a fragrance for the very first time in my life and I was so blown away. It's sexy and so much more.

Longevity on my skin: somewhere between weak and moderate. I wish it lasted longer.

This is a signature scent worthy fragrance. I'm still testing but I can imagine this to be very versatile, any season, any situation. Wow. This is better than my other love, Versace Bright Crystal. I don't know if this sounds any sensible, but I think that Acqua Di Gio Profumo is the ultimate "for men" scent. This Diamonds could just be the ultimate "for women" scent!

Well, fruity sweet opening of litchi and raspberry, yet still airy with hints of delicate rose. The drydown brought to me a bit of synthetic vanilla and patchouli with amber.

It feels fresh, it has moderate sweetness. Good choice for spring or summer, but I would expect much more from Armani.

This is way too bland to either like or dislike it. It left me indifferent. It is not bad, but it isn´t what i would classify as good either. I do like most of the notes of this composition, and i also like them mixed together, but here something just fails to happen. It is an inoffensive perfume, missing carachter. Touch of Seduction, by Christina Aguilera has almost the same notes as this, but is a fragrance that makes an impression. This is just an example, there are many other perfumes similar to this one that are much cheaper and more engaging. I was expecting something more sensual...

Warm light berries covered in crystals.
Vanilla without sickly sweetness. A Calm scent. Deliciously non edible.

I agree with the accords, but I think this has a breeze or stream running gently through it. This is a light but quality scent, it's not thick and rich as some of the fruity fragrances are.

To me it has a feel of Issey Leau d'issey, watery but not liquid, it's not the same scent as Issey either, to me there is just s shared quality in there.

In the summer I tried this and the heat just ate it up and spat it out, I think this is more a winter scent. In the cooler weather it seems to open up and bloom.
Soft sillage for now, it on you though, it hasn't faded into nothingness the way some cheapie do, I feel it's developing though the notes.

I am surprised, I had written this off.

By the way, Vera wang achieves this watery or airy feel too, princess has this quality, not the same scent, but the water or air is 'running through it'.

To me this is woody, little bit powdery and somehow fuggy scent. I really don't find that fruity aspect of it. At first it reminds me of some detergent, but it fade away soon. It's kind of classy, but nothing really special or interesting for me.
I have to say it not my thing, unfortunately.

It might be better in winter maybe.
Hot humid weather doesn't help this frag.

It's watery fruit, I hope no tea note is emerging, for the price it's not a good a gentle soft, non offensive safe one. We all need on or two of those in our collection, but I suggest maybe Versace pourfemme or maybe a Davidoff, look in my list for the lighter frags, they are all more imaginative than this.

To me this is a very "young" fragrance. It reminds me of a sweet and fizzy raspberry drink, I can almost sense the little sparkly bubbles in the glass... and I actually do feel a bit of peppery note, which I think adds the "fizziness" to the composition. On my skin it seems tastefully sweet and optimistic, but weirdly this isn't the aroma I would expect from a fragrance called Diamonds... it is really fruity and doesn't have that clean and cold "feel" of a diamond. Sillage is good, longevity - moderate.

I treated myself to this blindly after Xmas... and I'm rather disappointed. It's not very sweet on me... it reminds me of Hot Couture (which was all sharp pepper and smoke on me), but I do like this more than HC. I sold my HC, and kept this for a fruity/woody scent- if I should ever crave it.

I'm all about creamy fruity, vanilla, gourmand, spicy/sweet.... and this just falls flat. Not much potency/sillage IMO, and it's just a woody/sharp raspberry. Linear and not exciting. :( It's rather sharp and just.... meh. I'll hang onto it tho. I decided to wear it today on a nasty cold, windy winter day.

I used to wear this perfume in high school and remember I absolutely adored it. As I matured, I started to find this perfume too sweet, unsophisticated and way too mainstream. I can't say I hate it now, I like it when I smell it on someone else. But I think it doesn't have enough personality so that I will ever wear it. On the good side girls, all the guys that felt this perfume on me said they were hypnotised by the scent. I think it has something to do with the fact that if you smell like a cake, they subconsciously find you wife material.

The beautiful bottle sets expectations. And the juice absolutely disappoints those expectations. It is unsophisticated, sweet and fruity. Very typical mainstream, candy-fruity-floral. Not bad on its own, but in context of the bottle, it's a letdown. It's like your beloved down on one knee with a small velvet box in hand, and he opens it up to reveal...a high quality pen and pencil set.

My S/O, whose sense of smell continues to perplex me (I know some of you can relate), started sniffing me spontaneously when we were hugging and I was wearing this. He never smells me normally, I always have to prompt him to give his opinion.

While he could not put his finger on what was so nice about this perfume at first, I started mentioning some notes, and he concluded triumphantly that what I smelled of reminded him of "soccer camp in Sweden when you're ten", or more specifically, a type of raspberry soda they sell there (hallonsoda) which is not available in our native country of Finland, along with miscellaneous happy memories of him and his friends being little rascals when the adults had gone to bed, with actually playing soccer occurring more as a sidenote.

He also has a hardon for litchi juice, for that matter, so I guess this is an all-round winner.

Lovely and playful summer fragrance; very fruity and youthful. Not necessarily recognizable but great for everyday, for office wear as well.

Sweet fruity floral. It doesn't remind me of diamonds and it's not sparkling or glamorous like diamond jewelry. Just a very easy to wear simple girly sweet scent. At the first spritz I got some litchi and rose. It smelled a bit like a cherry but I realize that it's my nose playing tricks. It's supposed to be a raspberry. The scent is a rose perfume to me but it's one of those candied roses. The only other floral note that I could detect was freesia. The flowers are pretty tame and quiet. The fragrance has a short life maybe 4 hours or less. There's a touch of wood but bigger on vanilla and amber. The vanilla is very noticeable and comes to you at the dry down. Gorgeous vanilla I might add. This is a delicious sweet smelling unmistakably feminine perfume. It doesn't feel like a diamond to me but that's not a problem. It's inoffensive so you can spray liberally and it still turns into a soft soap or powder on your skin and doesn't project too much. You can wear this anywhere including to compact spaces like office desks restaurant booths and elevators. Very nice. I always get compliments when I wear it.

i smell NO raspberry this. Just being honest. I do smell a luxurious soapy type of scent. I like it.

My quest for the ultimate raspberry fragrance has brought me to Armani Diamonds. Putting my nose to the inside of my elbow I immediately get a whiff of effervescent homemade light pink raspberry lemonade. It is beyond lovely, a very real raspberry, sweet but not overly so, clean, light and airy. I wish I still had my sample of Kenzo Flower L'Elixir around to compare these two wondrous raspberry scents, but I used it all. Love love love. It would seem that those two will duke it out in the hopes of becoming my holy grail.

I've never own this bottle,but often came back to it in perfume stores. pleasant and non offensive scent. i like it :)

This fresh and clean fragrance has the zing of raspberry and something in the middle notes of freesia puts me in mind of Estee Lauder's Pleasures. The base notes take a while to appear but provide a warm depth and longevity.
Like a polished diamond, this fragrance is multi-faceted and would shine on a bright spring day. I'm not sure it has the potency and richness I might look for in a winter fragrance but the rest of the year round I could envisage this being an in-offensive go-to perfume.

I used to have this in 2007-2008 when it came out, and I remember being all over the moon about it. Me and my mom. Armani Diamonds. All day long.

I think it must have been my most worn perfume in my highschool years, together with Dior Pure Poison. Everyone else in my class wore Britney Spears Fantasy and "Eau the Fake Tan" and I just felt so classy, lol.

But to the fragrance itself - More than just trigger the nostalgic memories, I still think it is a really good perfume to this day.

To me this is the smell of a glass of champagne.
This is the exact opposite to dark, smokey, woody "rum and whiskey" fragrances.

Fresh, floral, and a bit of a dry juicyness - like a starchy grape.

When I first got this perfume in the summer, I sprayed it and smelled it and... Decided I hated it. I just gave it another chance today and I guess I have changed my mind, because I love it now. Haha.
When I first spray it, I get a lot of the litchi, raspberry and rose. Then after it settles, I get Freesia and perhaps the lily-of-the-valley. As far as I know/remember, I've never smelled lily of the valley so I'm just assuming that's what it is.
A bit later, most of the fruit notes disappear, and I get amber note mixed with rose and soon after the vetiver shows up with hints of vanilla.
The rose is the strongest note in this fragrance without a doubt and it never waivers or disappears throughout the whole time the perfume lasts.
So, I'd advise that you maybe should like rose if you're going to buy this, or at least not completely hate it or you probably won't enjoy this perfume.

Champagne glass with floating raspberries, rose petals and high end make up smell mixed up with male cologne.
Sometimes it feels like this perfume was stolen from boyfriends shelf.

It's autumn now and Diamonds smell of raspberry and amber, and vanilla, and litchi, and it's sweet, so sweet. The raspberry is the main star, and the sweetness is cozy rather than childish. It reminds me strongly of Hot Couture edt by Givenchy. I wore it also in spring and it was much more flowery then, with a big freesia note, similar to the one in Black Diamond version, and rose. This time it's deliciously raspberry-sweet and cozy. I guess I found my perfect time to wear it. Longevity could have been better though. It barely reaches 7 h on my skin.

My favorite perfume. It isn't as heavy as most perfumes (which make me sneeze) and it stays on for a while.

Sitting here at work, at my desk...8 hours after first spraying Diamonds, and still getting plenty of wonderful wafts of it, it quite simply is gorgeous.
Is one of my favourite perfumes, yes it is sweet, but it is a very grown up sweet and elegant fragrance. I feel very sophistiacted wearing this today, I am sitting here in tee shirt and jeans, but this fragrance would be equally as apropriate for wearing with a power suit, of a powerful lady. Elegant is the word for this perfume.

I don't mean to be rude, but this perfume is so strong and sweet that it makes me gag. This would be a great scent for a stripper or a 14 yr old girl who just stumbled upon her new-found love for "clubbing".
It DOES have an interesting lace of sourness and musk after it wears off a bit, but if you prefer calm/classic smells, this is unbearable.

Acquired this as a blind buy just solely basing on a magazine review when it was first released in my country. Funny as it was described to match a "PARTY"-phile's personality which is really far from mine.The BIGGEST surprise is how I fell in love with the scent so much right on the first sniff.

It opens with a sparkling composition of fruits (litchi, raspberry) which is warmed by an earthy nuance that can only be distinguished on the heart as notes of patchouli and cedar. On me, it comes off very woody and a bit spicy with hints of the "edible" rose like the campaign claims. The raspberry, on the other hand, impishly comes and goes then settles until the dry down adding sweetness to a seductive yet warm blend of amber, vanilla, & vetiver.

I can only describe it as POWERFUL yet BEAUTIFUL;

SOPHISTICATED and ultra-feminine fragrance...

Longevity is really good with 10+ hours staying power. Sillage is also decent at arms length.

This is a very clean scent. its floral but clean, in a sparkeling way. this would be somthing for all ages, it is soft enough for young girls, and sexy enough for more mature women. i imagine a formal dressed woman with a swarovski crystal necklace, holding a chilled glass of champagne, all eyes on her. my only problem with this is, that there is no cap to the bottle, so i do not like traveling with this. but beautiful bottle though.

Sweet, fruity and tangy is the best way for me to describe this lovely scent. Not too overly floral or feminine. Definite love for this one.

Very strong, you dont need much put it that way. I have had this a while. I find it quite a strong scent for daytime, its not my best blind buy and i dont mind my 8 yr old spritzing herself in this on occasion..... Although I need to remind my neice that 2 pumps is enough or it could knock out her parents lol! Fragrancistas in the making pmsl!
For me the fruit is overpowered by vanilla notes, however my mum likes this when I have worn it.
I would see it as a bold daytime choice or an evening perfume.
Longevity and sillage is very good as mentioned EDP is very powerful 1-2 spritz to neck and 1-2 at wrists would be more than ample i would do 1 on each!

I'm kinda surprised by the popularity of this scent. In my opinion, it's not Armani's best. I prefer Code.

I have a problem with a perfume called "Diamonds" in a bottle that looks like an office paper weight with a cheap plastic top. It's almost rude.

I always wear perfumes a lot before I review, but, after the second time, I felt like, eh, I get the jist.

There is something oddly "Armani" in the composition. But, Armani Exchange not Giorgio since the silage isn't great.

Its certainly not bad, you smell and think, "oh that's nice". It hardly sparkles with the same tenacity and character of Code.

Its reasonably priced and almost too safe for blind buy.

I sold it without a second thought. Just seeing it on my vanity made the rest of my collection look cheap and I'm a vicious bargain hunter. I still can't get over the hilarious irony. A scent called Diamonds being in the tackiest bottle I've ever owned.

I loved it on my brother's girlfriend. It was just after it was launched and I also bought a few samlpes then (only thanks to my husband who said no to another bottle). Last summer I also got a small bottle of body lotion. I usually liked this perfume but now I can smell litchi only. The longevity is poor - after 4 hours I cannot detect anything. The body lotion is killing me though - it smells very strong and like a cheap one. My pyjamas smell like sprayed with some very low quality body spray/air freshener. Maybe it will be better in the summer or spring. At this moment it's not a sparkling diamond for me.

I'm so sad :( I sprayed this beautiful smelling perfume on a paper tester stick and fell in love! It smells like some kind of delicious fruit cocktail with a classy edge. Then I sprayed it on my skin, and something in it - I suspect the raspberry - started smelling vinegary :( My skin is probably too acidic. I envy people that can wear this. Anyway, it's a lovely fragrance :)

I had this perfume. It smells so fresh,modern,so femine. I would reccomend it to anybody. It is suitable for work,day,night,anytime... It is not so long lasting but anyway,put it in the bag and spray it during a day. Great for a present,too..

I like it from top notes to base which is quite an achievement for me, this will be my 2014 summer fragrance for sure.

Lasting power and sillage are moderate, it lingers beautifully.

I was given this as a gift and although its not what I would have chosen myself, it is a very wearable fragrance. It is well named-it does sparkle on the skin with a very light and bright burst of sweet florals-the freesia comes through most strongly on me with a hint of sweet raspberry and virtually no rose at all. It settles to a smooth and subtle woody-vanilla note that has surprising lasting power. The first time I wore it I thought it was overly sweet but that goes very quickly and you are left with something delicate, feminine and subtle. Its not an 'OMG this is the most spectacular scent ever' fragrance, but it's pleasant, inoffensive, pretty and light hearted. As for season-it's hard to know. The fresh top notes are Spring, the wood-vanilla more Winter, but I think it could easily be worn all year round, day or night. And the bottle is really very pretty.

Overpriced? yes. Fruity? Yes. Linear? Yes, and one dimensional. I hardly detect any florals, just a few exotic fruits with a bit of rose humming in the background.


But does it smell good?.. Hell yes. I'm addicted. Literally glued to my wrists whenever I spray this. Must get.

I love Armani Diamonds. I would love for it to be my signature scent but even the EDP does not hold on my skin. I get compliments within the first few hours and love the whiffs I get but the it just fades. I thought the intense version would have more longevity which it does. However, the brightness and subtle flower sweetness of Diamonds is very different from the more spicy vanilla that I get with the intense.
Diamonds is a lovely scent and very safe for the office as it does not overpower and perhaps on a different skin type It may have more longevity. My skin tends to be on the dry side especially in the winter. I would love to try it with a body lotion version but have been unable to find the lotion.

Nice to start with, fresh and fruity, if a bit weak. However, within 30 minutes it dried down to a nagging fug, slightly rotten, that sat in the sinuses and gave a migraine. not for me, I'm afraid.

Very soapy on my skin. It started in a very promising way - fresh, alluring, but after an hour I could smell only some nice floral soap. Sorry, I don't want to smell soapy.

This starts with a bright crystalline, white flowers scent that then dries down to a salty, mineral-like fragrance... ok but nothing special and doesn't last very long at all on my skin.

On one wrist I've sprayed Lanvin Jeanne and on the other Armani Diamonnds. They both have a raspberry as one of their main notes. But boy, what a big difference there was. Jeanne's raspberry smelled watery and just ugh, while Armani's was creamy and just overall delicious. And the longevity was great too. When I'm buying my next raspberry or litchi fragrance I'm certain which one will I choose.

The raspberry is very intense in this one. I'm have nothing against raspberry scents in general but this one has weird kind of sweetness in it which I don't enjoy. I guess for me this is not a perfect composition of flowers and fruits.
Cedar, lily of the valley and freesia together with sweet notes of raspberry, amber and vanilla makes it just too much for me. Sickly sweet and fresh at the same time. Weird.

Overall a nice perfume to have and is very versatile. Great for most situations. Nothing too dramatic - not amazing but nice. Would be a good blind buy if you saw it reduced or just wanted to take a chance on a new fume.

First of all the bottle looks so sheike and sophisticated living up to its name. I do not smell any fruity notes on my skin though. It is very feminine and mature compared to the other scents I own. I don't mind it but don't like it enough to wear it often. A little does goes a long way. The patchouli suprisingly does not overpower the other notes besides no presence of the fruity notes.

I would say this is a crisp floral scent.

First notes are very nice, but later it develops badly on my skin, and then it vanishes, thank heavens! Pity, cause bottle is beautiful and I'd love to have it in my bathroom.

Would I call this a fruity scent? Not really.

I think what compliments is with that 'fruity' or sweet hint is the lychee. Surprized to see the raspberry. It's no gourmand.

I think the combination of the cedar and the lychee gives it its magic.

The first time i tried it the perfume had something too masculine. Now i am more kind towards Diamonds, but still there's something too metallic after hour on me.
I would recommend it to anyone loving Lady Million, they share same first note imho and creates impression of rich woman haha :D

É um perfume delicioso, com abertura doce associada ao frescor (talvez por causa do patchuli), no entanto, não exala um cheiro significativo para quem quer perfumar-se e ser percebida.
Apenas com uma aplicação em excesso ou com a aproximação do nariz bem perto da pele é que o perfume aparece! Então, não acho um perfume válido. Embora o cheiro seja realmente gostoso, não é nada demais.

I work with a woman who wears this and she smells fabulous! I went out to test it and can honestly say I love it. I feel that this is a statement fragrance you can wear in the warmer months. I personally love heavy sweet aromas but they can be awful in the summer. This opens with a definite sparkle and fruitiness and has a fresh edge to it but as it dries down then the sweet (but not too sweet) vanilla is there to balance it. The floral aspect of the perfume is delicate and harmonious, it doesn't jump out at you. I kept sniffing my wrist and have to confess to a bit of a crush! (for now)!!

Mmm..... Well I got this today and think I need a few more goes to really decide my feelings.first spray is delicious,light sweet fruity.this quickly dries down on me to I don't know what ,!! Its hard to explain.i can smell soft scent.fruit and floral,,but,,, there is something else,it seems sharp to my nose.peppery.what is it.it kind of ruins it a bit for me to be honest.will have a few days and review again.but so far im sitting on the fence

Received it today as a present. Not getting raspberry at all. Mostly a sickly chemical vanilla. Weird. Will try wearing it in my hair - that sometimes gives a truer nose than spraying on my very dry skin.

The longest stays on the hair (1-2 days) because from the skin disappears after 5 hours
For me for the whole year, for every time of day or night - whenever I want to get a feel for the little bit of luxury

when i smelled this scent in sephora i loved it and there was something in it that really caught my attention. then when i looked up the notes i see that litchi is one of them, and i am absolutely obsessed with litchi! this scent is very fruity and sweet with woody undertones it in that makes it unique. i would consider this girly and emphasizes confidence. i can associate the name of the perfume 'diamonds' with the prettiness i get from this perfume.

in the opening the sweet fruity notes are very significant with litchi and rasberry dominating the fragrance. afterwards it develops into a vanilla and woody base thats very pleasant. theres also faint floral notes in it though their not very noticeable.

I really like this perfume and own the eau d' toilette version. It is a classy scent and ideal for everyday wear. My only issue is that I wish that the scent lasted more than a couple of hours but maybe I should invest in the eau d' parfum.

Ahhh yes! Armani Diamonds, what can I say! This is my favourite nightime perfume and makes me feel sexy when I wear it. A little goes a long way and will turn heads lol!

Armani Diamonds is for sure pretty loud if too much is used. This is defiantly... a bottle can last you a decade sort of perfume. I have the lotion and large EDT.

(+1 on the Houdini comment waaay down below. This fragrence does seem to change it's idenity though-out the day...in a good way)

Is there such a thing as a fresh smelling gourmand? That's how it smells on me. Maybe that's why this comes off so synthetic. I get lots of musk, more of a white "light" creamy airy musk(compared to something like an amber inspired fragrance) yet fresh flowers and almost water notes. Armani Diamonds is bi-polor(hehehe jk). The fruits waltz in on the drydown for me, I'm guessing it's the lychee because I'm not getting raspberry. The musk has more "bite" in the drydown as well. Then comes this cloying synethic "what is that?" note.

I enjoy the fragrance but much more in the lotion as it's more gentle. A little goes a very very looooong way though. Be careful with this stuff. It can be a weapon of mass destruction with one squirt too many. Repeat after me "Less Is More"

It brings to mind sophistication, class, elegance, high heels, and fancy rings. On the down side it also brings to mind the adjective "Fake" because while it smells pretty good if it works with your skin it doesn't exactly make sense either. Oh ya, and smells very synthetic which is why while I like it I don't use it often.

Considering I got it as a gift I'll enjoy it. At some point I'd consider repurchasing the lotion, but not the perfume.

I smelled this on a tester and it kinda reminds me of this elegant, sexy, and sophisticated woman in her 20's, dressed in a sparkly evening cocktail dress attending a party by the poolside. Very elegant, crisp, fruity and clean at the same time. The notes sometimes remind me of cheaper colognes though, but it's still worth it! Scent lasts long too, and the bottle's not to be missed :)

Diamonds are a girl's best friend. Or so the advert claims. A pleasant enough fragrance: girly and suits everyone.
However, the perfume has little staying power or personality, or rather, its personality is airy, fresh and light.
Good for daywear and the younger crowd, teens to twenties.
A pretty scent, but don't expect any 'punch'.

I would say that the lychee, raspberry and freesia notes are the leading in this fragrance. Nothing special. Even glassy.

A bowl with cream and fruits! Fresh and sweet at the same time. It has great sillage and it is noticable without being heavy. Love it and so does everybody else around me.

Ohhhhh spicy, nice I am loving this. I think I am getting mostly cedar & patchouli with a little rose in the background. I like it.

I tried this perfume, and, loving it, have gotten every flanker I could get my hands on, in addition to a new bottle after I emptied the first. Imagine my indignation when after my using half a bottle a friend turns up wearing this, determinded to buy it for herself, and then later commenting upon my wearing it :p

Usually I can't stand rose, I get headaches, but this blend not only makes the cut, it's one of my most reached-for perfumes.

Have a care not to apply this one too liberally, although that's pretty much the rule with any perfume. For me, two spritzs are usually enough. It starts out quite sharp, I suppose that'd be the raspberriy and litchi and a barely-there whiff of vanilla, which softens as it dries down to rose and a more prominent scent of vanilla. Of course there's more to it, but these are the notes I find dominate this perfume.

While it might get too heavy for daytime wear in summer, I find it to be suitable for pretty much any occasion, whether I'm off to work, shopping or going out with friends.

emporio armani diamonds is a beautiful perfume that smells like: rose and raspberry mixed with some lychee and vanilla mostly!it's got some depth in it, brought by the patchouli and vetivert! It makes a wonderful dry down! It's simple,sweet,spicy, a bit chic and feminine! If you love raspberry and rose,this one is well done! Cosy and sexy enought to be worn in the day time or night time!

I got this as a present. As I tend to like gourmand scents, I welcomed the gift. It`s very sweet smelling. I sense a lot of lutchi and vanilla, just like in the description. I can`t sense it on my skin. Its sweetness is almost sickening but it works out well on a night out at the theatre.I cannot correlate the name with the scent though!

Purchased this perfume recently after I smelled it on a co-worker. I really like this perfume, it's sweet and fresh too. It's one of them scents that isn't overpowering or anything, just nice.

Lasting power is okay, after a while I can't really smell it anymore, even though I still get compliments :)

I was surprised to see 'raspberry' come up so often in the reviews. I loathe fruity perfume, especially with raspberry. Citrus is fine - berries, no way. This is not sweet on me, just very spicy and woody with a beautiful warm drydown and excellent sillage - up to 24 hours. I always receive compliments when I wear it. Makes me wonder, are other people smelling it the same way I am? When I'm wearing it, that is?

I thought it would be something better. Actually it´s nothing special, nothing what you MUST HAVE. Raspberry is very intensive.

This is fresh , clean fruity ,sparkely, and fun .
starts out whit crisp rassberry,and litchi. Patcholie linger in the back creating deapth and warmth. Not very lowd or prominent, more off a gental whiff off freshnes and coolnes. I can imagin this being cooling and nice to put one just after a hot shower or when you have worked hard and just need somthing to freshen you up. delightfull in that way.
I was going to wright nice to put one in hot summer time , But i then think this will be a bit to sweet actualy. In Norway we dont have that heat many others have , So it might work here.
The vanilla in here is more cooling then warm .
the rose . lily off the valley and freesia is gently standing in the background. whispering we are here but just stand still and they do not find us that easy.. he he . Vetiver also lingers , but just bearly on my skin .Cedar tipptoing in the backgound jumping slightly up and down to make me notis it , just subtle and gently making warmth and joy..
A fun flirty feminin fragrance. Not very sophisticated or outstanding , but just an easy pleasent scent to wear.

Mmmm...litchi, patchouli, rose, patchouli, freesia, patchouli, vetiver, vanilla, amber! It's bright quite radiant and sweet. There's almost a "minty" (It's not mint but I can't think of the right word) feel to it. That's it, it reminds me of Juicy Fruit or some type of gum.
I reach for it on days that I need a pick me up make me happy scent. When I want something sweet but not too serious. It can skip my morning coffee on days I wear it:)
All that said, this makes me uncomfortable. I don't know if it's because I got this as a present during a time when pretty much everything that could go wrong did. My dog literally ran away on Christmas...and more...
None the less, I got compliments on this scent. The advertising campaign was one of my favorites and matches the juice. I expected more longevity (6 hours on my skin) but I read somewhere that this was Armani's intention so that the fragrance does not scream on an elevator but whispers...it whispers something very flirty and sweet I'm sure.

I'm buying this one again, and I'm soo happy. I used it before, and I really loved it. It's so feminine, sweet and sexy, just a lovely perfume. My mom actually tried it yesterday and while we were walking down the street I kept on repeating: "OMG, what is that beautiful scent, I remember having it?!", and the funny thing was that I thought that someone else walking down the street was wearing it, but then my mom told me that she tried Diamonds at the perfumery. She liked it too, so we agreed to buy it again. It's awesome. :)

My brother had gifted me this.. I simply loved it!
It's got a warm & feel good factor to it.. Pity they have discontinued it now!

I've received a sample of an edp lately. My previous review was about edt and I have to say in my opinion an edp version is better - there isn't the masculine note I don't like in edt and it lasts quite long.

I have longed for a fragrance which lived up to it's claims of berry top notes because I love the scent of fresh berries. Raspberries are my favourite and the spices cutting through lend it an aura of sophistication and warmth. For me, this scent just cries out "joie de vivre" and lightness of spirit.

Why oh why is there so much patchouli? I must say I like the scent but after an hour maybe it becomes so male on me because of the patchouli-vetiver mix... The beginning is great - there are diamonds indeed, diamonds are fake but who cares, they smell/look like rich and pretty ones :) I see a girl who goes for a party dressed in this fragrance and diamonds. Great raspberry. It wears excellent during autumn. But the drydown... why oh why?

I applied 6 heavy sprays of edp

0-15 mins - Oh yes, very impressive, took a step back, loved it. A scent which has fruit and floral but does not overdose on either, very balanced and has a modern 20-35 age feel. Delicious and cool. Projection very good

15 mins - 4 hours - Projection good, around 1.5 foot around. Settles down to a sticky rasberry- vanilla gourmand. Reminded me of Hugo Boss Intense. A very small amount of spice kicks in, but lovely smell, sunny & sweet, utterly sexy and leaves me speechless...

4 hours - 8 hours- Yummy still, becomes a little soapy, little projection, occassional whiff

This packs so much sex appeal that it should be illegal...

love this scent!its fresh but fruity gourmand at the same time..n the lasting power is quite impressive..

Because of this nice bottle I expected that it will be a good smell. Well, it´s not bad but nothing special. Very light and for sure nobody will ask by what are we smelling.

The reason why I bought in the first place was that the second I smelled it, it reminded me of Accenti by Gucci, which unfortunately is discontinued. This perfume is the best replacement I've found so far. Can anyone recommend another perfume with equal similarities, I would be thrilled ;O)

This fragrance has a warmth and slightly fruity sweetness, with a hint of vanilla. A very lovely sexy scent. On my skin, this is very much like the discontinued "Encounter" by Victoria's Secret, one of my all time faves that isn't listed in the database here. Diamonds is a bit more fruity, and the vanilla is more prevelent, but the reason I bought this is because of the similarity.

I think this range has been discontinued but it is everywhere here in Australia. I tried it because I thought it would be bright classy smell. I wanted it to be a little like Jadore or 5th Avenue but there was so much sweet raspberries which I didn't expect because I had not reae the reviews on here. I do like it but it was not what I wanted and so I probably wouldn't bother with it. It is very expensive and I don't trust it to last more than 5 minutes. I already have Parissiene by Yves Saint Lauren so when I want something sweet but classy I can use that.

i approached the perfume counter just with one intention, that is to look for a long lasting perfume. so the salelady recommended to me aqua di goia and diamonds. i was confused to pick btween the 2 but at last i bought diamonds. i agree with the comment below that it smells almost like ultraviolet, maybe a bit softer. i just hope it lasts longer on me and wont give me a headache like my other perfumes.

this is so oriental and sexy...it stays on my body/clothes for 8 hours at least.. i ll buy another bottle soon!

This scent has too much of a peppery smell to it for me, below it though are notes of what smell like raspberries. I own it & im sure I liked the intense version a lot better.

Quite a common aquatic scent that on me went totally harsh. Beyonce can't help this one either :) Considering that I find her own scents totally gross too, maybe she and me just don't share the same scent sense :)

This scent is very different, distinctive, modern ,sophisticated and more young ( remains safe and sophisticated woman 20+ ... hereinafter).
Something in it reminds me of Jean Paul Gaultier Madame, but lighter and brighter. Is an interesting and different scent to take into account unusual. In my opinion, great for evening outings to modern pubs :)

Pretty, light, clean, sweet fruity floral. I can easily pick out the rasberries at the top. When I first prayed it, it reminded me strongly of something but I couldn't figure out what. Later when I read the reviews here, I saw one person found it similar to Fantasy (Britney Spears). Well, I can see the point. Of course they are not the same. Fantasy is more fruity and somehow louder, whereas Diamonds has more sophistication and elegance. But there are certainly some similarities, I can admit as much, especially in the dry down. Fantasy has more silage and better staying power though.

I really like this fragrance and would be very happy to add it to my collection.

With this perfume keep a love - hate, sometimes I like to rage at other times seems to me synthetic or artificial, I do not mean to be cheap or ordinary opposite is a refined fragrance. Strong, yet soft and very durable. In my skin does not feel as sweet and gourmand. It is cool and pleasant. Although I've read on the Internet that targets a young audience I think it can be used by women of all ages.

This is a great all rounder for me. Everyone likes it, it doesn't overpower, it's a bit sexy but you can get away with it in the daytime...it's pretty perfect.

This one is a big no go for me! It's too light on my skin and it smells so common - not special.

It smells kinda chemical and after a while it smells like a sugarwatery substance... Eww...!

It also doesn't stay long on my skin (like 2 hours).

Not gonna purchase it again.

Just one of those "hm, nice" perfumes that you get almost accidently and then don't really feel the urge to purchase again. It's pretty, freshly floral (in a light way) and discreet. Lovely balanced. Won't mention the longevity as practically nothing endures on my skin. Still quite fun. But I have a hunch I can find something better.

One of my best friends uses this -her boyfriend had given it as a present- and I like it on her. It's clean and sweet; not quite striking like a diamond, doesn't have much to say but it's subtle and pretty.

1st i wanna tell that i got it in a local swap about 2-3 mnths ago at a very GOOD price for 50ml bottle that contains about 30 ml still and i used it mean in awhile .. i LIKE IT

first time I tried I liked it from the beginning. It isn't an overpowering fragrance and more flowery while I normally like more the oriental fragrances. The ingredients are: raspberry, blueberry, gourmand, rose, lily of the valley, vanilla, cedar and amber. It really has a warm scent in the beginning but becomes fresher when it settles down.plus a green note takes me back to school garden with alot of plants that i dunt really know while lunch break :)
the notes together make a sweet floral perfume that will hopefully soften slightly with the vanilla. The Patchouli is oil from a tropical mint bush so this should give the perfume the freshness it needs to stop it from being too overpowering, I am not a fan of floral perfumes but that sweetness makes it more of a friendly perfume in a fresh classy elegant line

I am pleasantly surprised by this perfume. It is sweet, feminine and sensual without being overpowering. Although described as a floral it definitely has more of sweetness to it and I think it is an original fragrance but one that most people will like.

I like this one, it's a very pleasant sweet (but not too sweet) fragrance. Don't think it smells very oriental, something I'd wear if I did not want to offend anyone. Happy sort of feel to it, very carefree and feminine.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this perfume. It smells so sexy and gorgeous, perfect for clubbing or just for everday use. Bad thing is it doesn't last too long on me so i spray like a crazy lady before i go out. Try applying a bit of vaseline on your skin-makes it last longer :D

I like it. It is sparkly by name and sparkly by nature. I like that it is kind of fruity without being too sweet. I wish it lasted longer. I might try the intense version.

I still have to find an Armani's fragrance that works with me. I find all of them gross, unbalanced, aggressive and unrefined, also very chemical. Only their first one worked for me and maybe original Gio' too.

Diamonds makes no exception togetehr with Idole. I tested both and couldn't run fast enough to scrub them. I always wondered why Armani makes so ugly perfumes, but when I smell these perfumes on other women I find them quite beautiful.
A friend of mine was wearing a beautiful, intriguing, modern and feminine fragrance with an elegant twist. I asked her what it was. To my astonishment she said: Armani's Diamonds! How can that be?
It smelt so good on her, perfume-y yes, like a concoction of many different smells you can't really define, but nonetheless beautiful, soft and seductive. Litchee, raspberry, vanilla, freesia? Where exactly? Only a single multifaceted odour came from my friend’s neck.
I've come to a convinction that Armani just doesn't work for me and this is very funny because I have the same approach to the clothes line: sometimes beautiful in themselves and elegant, but totally not fitting my body shape and personality.

AMAZING!The is An alltime favorite..I bought it for my mother for mother's day last year. And Found myself wearing it more than her..I was in love at first smell.Wishing I would have bout me a bottle.Just recently went to macy's and found out it was discontinued.Huge diaapointment, I've never smelled nothing like it.It has it's own unique smell, sweet and sexy.Defenitly a head turner and it lasts all day.Defenitly on the top of my list. favorite hands down. This is by far the worst patchouli, vanilla, litchi compilation ever played to my nose. Indefinably sweet and ugly at the beginning, creepy middle powder notes, and fresh as a mud under cattle feet in last hour. Lasted for 4 hours on my wrist. I couldn’t stand it from first minute.

The stink of Angel is philharmonic orchestra compared to deaf, blind, mutilated soul of Diamonds. If there is any soul at all. Diamonds is cheap smelling, ugly and pretentious nothing.

Pretty bottle! Interesting that Armani market it as a 'white' fragrance because if scent has colour, this evokes a very soft pink without being too babydoll. It's a fruit cocktail sprinkled with rose petals, surprisingly crisp and clear at the start, defaults to a standard, cute if forgettable floral.

I like the sophistication I feel when I wear this perfume. There is something powderish and smoky in this perfume. Maybe its the amber in it. On my skin, I don't smell the floral gourmand they claim. You may say its weird but I am always reminded of classy women that smoke. Your teenagers may not appreciate this perfume unless they are a Beyonce fan. If you are looking for something different in your perfume, you might like this. And the design of the bottle make this perfume worth its price.

CAll me crazy but this smells to me like what Fantasy would smell like if you stripped away the uber sweetness, toned down the sillage and added a refined musk instead of the white chocolate. Smells beautiful, fruity, soft and classy. It is very nice. ;'D

A clean, shower fresh fragrance, but it gives me a terrible headache!

How body chemistry works... This perfume was a softer version of "diesel green feminine" on my skin. I was suprised that there is rasperry in it. I don't like diesel green but I liked this one.

What a delightful scent! Young, joyful and sexy, with a sophisticated background. And, of course, veeery feminine!... During the first hour ou two Emporio Armani Diamonds is a very fresh, fruity fragrance. Right after you spray it on skin the raspberry bursts forward, sparkling with the lichee that is almost icy, so fresh! It's a splash of deliciousness with a very clean vibe, that really feels like a cold drink. I imagine a sophisticated raspberry and lichee iced drink, adorned with freesias... By the way, the freesia note appears really soon (to my happiness). After this first phase, Diamonds starts changing into a creamy dessert! As the raspberry quiets down, the vanilla comes forth and makes it a little less "liquid" scent. The fragrance starts "solidifing", and if it was drinkable, now it becomes edible! I imagine a raspberry bavaroise, or something like that! This is when the patchouli comes in, to kind of cut off the sweetness a little bit. Very delicate and "polite" patchouli, though, not an intruding one. The woodsy notes and the amber make a beautiful finale: vetiver is lovely and the cedar note is beautiful! It adds a little elegant touch to this flavourous fragrance... This is one of my favorite gourmand perfumes, right from the start. I really love it!

my hubby loves this, but i hate it. my body doesnt response very well on oriental frag. in fact,on me, this smells like cheap toilet-cleaner gel and gives me nausea..

Because my first impression is that Emporio Armani Diamonds has a more Floral Fruity note to it, considering the sparkly and fizzy notes.
