Love love love it. Such a happy playful bright uplifting rose lipstick scent with zest and spritz. Rosa pop makes me happy - instant uplift to any mood - how could you not be happy surrounded by this sparkly rose pink explosion of pure girl power. Great, light, easy everyday fragrance.

Cherryz

At first I think I had a body lotion or shampoo with the same scent I about 17 years ago. Brings back memories and feels retro. It starts off as violet-rose soap, but it is so mild that I spray twice on my arm. Makes me feel that I'm straight out of the shower blowing my hair, going out with the girls. After 30min it somehow opens up, gets stronger, becomes very powdery and even more soapy. After an hour or so I realize this is the smell of my mother's lipstick back when I was a child. Incredible how fragrances can make you time travel. All in all, I think it's a very simple and inoffensive fragrance, but for me it lacks depth... or that little something special that makes you wonder what it really is.

The13thHour

This is a incredible fruity-floral for everyday!

stacia79

Saw this for a good price and blind bought it because I adore Guerlain. It was a satisfying buy. Smells like a cross between Bulgari Rose Essentielle and YSL Paris. A lovely rose tempered with a good dose of violet. Berries lie underneath it all. I'll probably review this again when I've had my bottle awhile and had many chances to test it in various weather and seasons.

Cheap & cheerful. An easy, fun, feminine fragrance for when I want to smell more innocent and uncomplicated than I actually am 😂🎀 💁🏻

I have gotten dozens of decanted samples from my fraghead aunt over the years, but the sample she gave me of this one was the first that really clicked. Rosa Pop is the first perfume that smelled truly beautiful to me and that made made me feel like myself (or an even better version of myself) when wearing it. It was the perfume that made me realize why people love perfume. I mentioned to my aunt that I had really liked it and she surprised me by generously giving me her full bottle (my first ever FB, which still feels like an insane luxury), initiating a true love affair between me and Rosa Pop. It truly feels like a bit of a magic potion at this point - the juice has always smelled amazing to me (well-blended juicy red berries mixed with soapy white florals and iris) but it’s also become infused with all of the happy and comforting memories I have wearing this perfume, along with the fact that it was an incredibly kind gift from the loved one who sent me on my perfume journey in the first place. It's my perfume for the happiest of days and the moments when I need the most comfort. Rosa pop, I love you.

crème de violette

This is such a pretty, simple violet & rose combo. Its retro-cosmetic texture recalls the original Météorites perfume from 2000--if you are looking for a suitable substitute for that hard-to-find fragrance, this can be had a lot more cheaply & easily.

The Nose Nose

This evokes the surfer girl, whom I remember well. The fragrance disappeared when she hit the waves, as did the girl.

sitingqueen

Rosa Pop is a sweet rose violet fragrance. It reminds me of the candy faux “lipsticks” of the early 60s. During this time period candy “cigarettes” were packaged in boxes which resembled cig packages. The candy “lipsticks” were violet and powdery scented.
It is difficult to discern the peony, which if it was more predominant, would balance the powder and violet. This is fresh and light and is office suitable.
This is a feminine fragrance probably most suitable for younger women. It is very “girly”. My own preferences lean towards more complex compositions, but this is very nice and would be inoffensive to most people. Longevity is about 3 hours and sillage is intimate.

HollyWM

A light, sweet, inoffensive rose ... she might be the shy daughter of YSL Paris.

Hammyt100

This fragrance is so cute. It's a sparkling watery rose to my nose, and feminine as can be. The bottle is so pretty too.

Everything about this from the bottle to the scent make me feel like a soft fairy princess on my way out to chat with ladybugs in my garden full of dew.

SM_tropical

A lovely sweet rosey-violet fragrance. My signature scent years and years ago was Insolence EDT (the original bottle with the rose shaped cap) and almost as soon as I sprayed this on, it brought back such memories of that beautiful perfume. Serious Insolence vibes for me, and I actually haven't smelled the original or the reformations since I finished my bottle (over 15 years ago now ...).

If you're looking for a milder insolence, or candied, violety-rosey fragrance which is a bit fresh and light, this is nice, but nothing earth shattering.

Longevity is lacking for me … gone in 3-4 hrs, so you may have to respray often too. More of a skin scent bc there’s no sillage.

Apparently this is only a travel exclusive ... at least that's what my box said, and I got it from a reputable online site .

Tina_Banks

Very light and bright fragrance. Similar summery vibes as Davidoff Cool Water, but better than it. There's more presence of "pink" fragrance to it with the berries and the citrus introduction paired with the peony and the rose heart notes. The scent itself is quite mild and won't affect those with fragrance sensitivities as much as other fragrances that have more sillage. I keep wanting to put this on me, could virtually take a bath in this scent. It's mild, bright, light, and clean. This will be in my regular spring/summer fragrance collection.

MKPNorway

Beautiful, fresh and light flowerscent. Reminds me alot of Omnia Pink saphire which I also have.

ceeceelee

I don't even care for the rose note right now, and yet this is just so..........I guess.....fizzy and floral sweet, that I just can't resist it. I need to say away from my local Guerlain counter is what I need to do, lol.

Givepeasachance

This smells to me like Parma Violet sweets (in a good way!) It opens with a blast of citrus and berries, then quickly dries down to a candy-like violet scent with a smidge of a rosey hint. I don’t really get the woody base notes. I think it’s quite pretty and a little unusual, although I think it does smell similar to the Guerlain Meteorites highlighting pearls, if you have some of these it is a good comparison. And yet... Rosa Pop does have a pop of something extra to it. It’s quite a happy perfume, a mood lifter when you need a pick me up. I like to wear this on grey days when I need lifting. I really like it, it was my first AA (a blind buy) as I found it for a good price and couldn’t resist. I love the bright pink glass bottle although I am intrigued as to why it doesn’t have the gold beehive layer on the top like the rest of the range. But it stands proud on my dressing table slightly different to the others. I’ve already bought a back up bottle of this and also purchased one for a gift.

cherrybae

I blind bought this, and I'm happy to be able to say I'm excited about this fragrance!

Maybe not the most risky blind-buy, since I adore violets and perfumes like Meteorites from Guerlain and J'adore by Dior.
It really do remind me of meteorites, but it is a LOT softer and not as green and fresh. It smells like a genuine bouquet of pink and purple flowers, and therefore feels kind of more natural to me? Does not smell synthetic or alcoholic at all, just flowers and berries. Very feminine.

I can understand why people don't like this, because it's somewhat of a unique smell, or at least not generic or easily liked by everyone.

I love colored glass-bottles but this one is a little boring, in my opinion.

I sprayed it with miss dior blooming bouquet by dior and it smelled like a flowershop in a spring sun.

rate it 8/10

Michelle12345678

Looking at the notes, I thought I wouldn't like this. I'm not a fan of violets. But but this is pretty and delicate and avoids any makeup associations. Red berries, lemons, peonies, violets and roses. I don't get any wood. It's feminine. Great for springtime.

hd76hd76

I blind bought this perfume and unfortunately i cannot stand it, although i adore floral scents ..
there is a harsh note in it ( i can't tell what is it exactly ) That felt like piercing my nose and made me nauseous.
That note felt kind of fizzy or synthetic, it made it smell very cheap to me. Very disappointed.

Amberdunn

This is a beautiful scent. Wow , wow and wow.
It makes its intentions clear from the get go. The rose and berries stand out, and for me it remains the same throughout. Let me add it lasts for hours. Yes, it does, sprayed it in the morning at 9am and could still smell it on my wrists , bra and clothes....

Ninaleen

This is a gorgeous floral in my opinion, and I’m not even a “floral” person. There’s so much violet in this. But it is not cloying; it’s bright. I definitely get the cherry too. What I don’t get is the woodsy note- I don’t get that at all.

The best way I can describe it, and one that Cubans and Cuban-Americans will understand, is that it smells like a sophisticated, grown-up version of Agua de Violetas.

labonvie

Just lovely. The perfect clean (but not soapy) and sweet (but not cloying) summer floral. I love violet and rose combos and this doesn’t disappoint. This is not a powdery or waxy take on the cosmetic scent, although this does smell lipsticky at times. Rather, rose and violet come together in an almost aquatic composition. Other reviewers have said JUICY and I wholeheartedly agree. Sometimes it smells a bit like lipgloss, but more often like a high quality shower gel.
I have several in the Aqua Allegoria line and most of the time these scents are fleeting, seemingly made to be reapplied with abandon. So, I was pleasantly surprised when this defied all odds and persisted on my skin for hours and hours. It just kept going, getting fainter after the 5 hour mark but still noticeably there at the 18 hour mark! Impressive! My skin typically devours fragrances but I seem to have better luck with violet so I can’t guarantee you’ll experience the same good fortune.
If you are a violet lover, don’t hesitate to try this.

kateclarkecosmetics

It’s the base formula for Insolence! Not as creamy. But beautifully clean violets about 20 minutes in.

churinl

What a delight! A nice little pick me up on an otherwise dreary day in the midst of the pandemic. The rose and citrus come on strong at first, and this provides the uplift. Soon, a soft and sweet violet comes forward, blending with, but more powerful than the rose. Rose is still there, doing the usual lipstick thing with the violet. The berry adds a bit of tartness, which prevents the composition from becoming cloying, and adding a touch of fruitiness. True, it's not revolutionary, but anyone looking for revolutionary best stay away from most, if not all, of the AAs. Rosa Pop does what the AAs do best - smell refreshing and playful, sometimes pretty and feminine, though mostly unisex. The price is very reasonable as well. I can't yet speak for the longevity, but an hour in, I can still smell it clearly without having to sniff my wrists.

bel.gravia

Ah yes! The old good Guerlain!
Aqua Allegoria Rosa Pop is the perfect scent for spring, it is rosy, it is citrusy, it is floral, it is fun. Opens with a powdery blue violet mixed with pink rose petals and a dash of lemon juice. It is an easily recognizable composition, nothing groundbreaking, nothing complex. I am not a big fan because of those reasons, but also it doesn't last long. What I can compliment it on is its mood lifting qualities, this is a joyful perfume.

bodnerrachel

It works nicely layered over Mon Guerlain. You get the Mon Guerlain genius scent with flowery overtones. Alone it doesn't work for me. Perhaps as an after-bath scent and nothing more. But for that I would prefer Aqua Allegoria Teazzura.

Ulusia

I blind bought it based on comparisons to meteorities and I am happy I did, it really smells like meteorities. It is sweet violety, berry rose. It will lift your spirit and make you feel cosy.
Great for layering enthusiasts who love to put different scents during the day.

pjspaceshit

The rose here is quite similar to the one in my beloved Bvlgari - Rose Essentielle, but overall, Rosa Pop is much more green and bitter. I get absolutely no sweetness here and it's very "Guerlain", if you know, what I mean. Simple scent which I enjoy wearing when I'm in the mood for a different Rose. Sillage and longevity are so so, but for the price this cost I can't complain.

ETA: Ok. I don't know how is this possible, but after wearing this scent for a few times, the greenness and and bitterness are almost gone! And I'm not mad at it at all, it's still gorgeous and non-sweet rose-violet combo.

Turkmenbashi

I admittedly blind bought this since it was so inexpensive, and I do not regret it! I completely agree with some of the other comments that it smells so much like Guerlain's meteorites pearls, and I really like that scent so it worked out well!

lediperehodovarts

Got this from a swap,

Rosa Pop was a love at first sniff and I'm reminded of cherry soda with dashes of peony and a little rose. It's absolutely beautiful Rosa Pop brings back memories of BBQs with family members on a warm summer day.

And Rosa Pop tends to radiate within arms length on me and getting whiffs of it in the air is very pleasing. Am on the search for a back up bottle of this because I am guilty of overspraying this one.

And this has been my first introduction to Aqua Allegoria line and I'm now tempted to try others from it.

Treslicious

A fresh, delicate rose with powdery notes. Simple and elegant. It’s basically Insolence by Guerlain replacing the fruity notes with rose. The berries in this again remind me a little of Parisienne by YSL, only less sweet and more powdery. This is along the same line as Flora Rosa, except lighter on the tangy berries and heavy on the powdery note. It’s pretty much what I expected it to be from reading the notes. It’s not fizzy or sparkling to my nose, instead it’s a quiet scent. Very well-balanced. There’s nothing not to love. I really enjoy it.

osaycj

What a rose soda, sparkling and vibrant!

Pinja

Wonderful that a light and seemingly simple fragrance has different accords and performs differently depending on the way you spray, the weather etc.

Like someone said, a love child of YSL Paris and Guerlain Meteorites. Sprayed from a distance the fragrance diffuses and smells like fresh pink roses and red berries. Paris. Spray a pool on your skin from a few centimeters distance, and when the perfume pool dries, it's powdery violets. Meteorites.

Lovely. Easily layered with similar fragrances to enhance certain aspects. Rosa Pop + Rochas Tocade was a delight.

Paravani

This fragrance is aptly named "A.A. Rosa Pop", reissued as "A.A. Rosa Fizz".

It does indeed smell like a cheerful cherry-soda fizzy floral/fruit drink, bubbling up your nose with carbon dioxide bursts.

I like it fine, but I can't wear it. It's a scent for a teenager or twenty-something to wear while shopping or at the beach, an innocent and slightly artificial scent that conjures images of dime-store fragrance displays.

But there's a Guerlain for everyone, and I know there will be many who adore this scent. (Care to buy my nearly-full bottle?)

Annabear

Although it’s a light and frivolous rose, it’s pretty and enticing. It’s really the fragrance you spray on generously after a shower or on your pillow before bed. Don’t have any expectations from this line and you won’t be disappointed.

Christycaxxx

Beautiful strong violet that reminds me of Van Cleef & Arpels Feerie but Rosa Pop is powdery whereas Feerie is a more fresher scent. Powdery in the dry down and the rose notes come through which compliment the violet notes and the peony keeps the perfume sweet. Longevity really great with at least 8 hours but sillage is soft on my skin. One of my very few favourite floral fruity scents that is lovely to wear for any occasion.

Emera1d

I was forever looking for a rose scent to make me like roses and this just might be it. The violet/rose combo makes it very sweet smelling floral. I don't get much powder from it, but I think it is just me as I never find violet in any perfume "powdery". Like most of the Aqua Allegoria line, I like it as it is easy to wear, simple kind of scent which is great for every day wear.It is not one of those "straight out of the shower" fresh kind of perfume, but beautiful, soft ladylike kind of scent. I get a fun, youthful kind of vibe from it and overall very pleasant. And of course the Guerlain quality one would expect.

Swedelish

What a fun little happy perfume this is! It's like a morning refresher when you spray it on. You'll probably make others happy as well when you come around wearing it. Basically impossible to be mad at this! It's citruses squeezed over tart berries, violet, peony, roses over a woody base. A little bit sophisticated but mostly fun. A good combination. Longevity seems to be really good for a lighter scent. Projection is also good!

ScarlettX

I expected this to be similar to Aqua Allergoria's Flora Rosa, which is one of my favorite scents.
This one is not so rosy, a violet and woody notes are more intensive. It also smells quite sharply floral to me, so it's not that sweet floral rose and berries scent that I hoped it to be.
An okay fragrance, but nothing I would go for.

fire2heart

I've had this for a couple of months now. I really like it! I've discovered that if I spray it directly on to my skin, after a few minutes, I get a little bit of a propane scent mixed in a the other notes. I'm not sure if it's just the way my nose works or if it's a combination of the notes or what.
But!!!! If I spray it in the air and walk through the most, it doesn't do that to me!! Yay!
I get more red berries and peony than pink roses but it's super pretty and fresh and light. Perfect for a summer party or when you want a little pick me up through out the day

emmy_x

I love this scent! It's quite transparent, sweet, moist, soft, floral, cheerful yet elegant. It was a successful blind buy for me. Quite a few reviews have stated that it's more like a body spray than an EDT, which I partly agree with; it has a very transparent/watery vibe to it, and sillage isn't great, but it lasts on my skin/clothes for many hours. However, this aspect of it makes it perfect for those days that you just want something more discreet but still with some elegance. I guess the combo of violet and rose is often seen as a bit old fashioned but the other notes in it makes it more modern. The flowers in this perfume just seem very moist and juicy (rather than powdery).

I'd also like to add that I have previously blind purchased both Flora Rosa and Rosa Rossa from the Aqua Allegoria line, but neither of those have been successful blind buys for me, I have actually disliked both of them. I found that they had a sharp/screechy (almost sour) note in them that ruined them for me. Rosa Pop is much smoother and discreet though, more refreshing yet also softer. I don't feel this scent has much wow-factor, but it's a great uplifting scent that would be suitable for all seasons and all kinds of weather.

dsty

I blind-bought Rosa Pop on impulse a while ago, because it was cheap and I thought it would be a safe bet for me - I had yet to smell a rose/violet combination I didn't like, the addition of lemon to this concept seemed interesting, and on top of that some of my very favourite summer scents are from the Aqua Allegoria line - what could go wrong?
The answer, of course, is everything, which in that moment of temptation I should have remembered is the reason why I generally never buy anything blind. I guess I'll be less flexible about that in the future, because I definitely wouldn't have bought a full bottle of Rosa Pop if I'd sampled it properly.
It's not that it's bad, exactly, and part of this may also be because it's very possible my grey-market bottle has gone off a little, but it's just so, so weak. I was expecting a light summer fragrance, so I don't think my expectations for its performance were too high, but I have to use so many sprays just to smell anything at all. And when I do finally get the scent, it's...fine. Nothing more. Violets and roses, as advertised, powdery and with a slight rubbery edge, but above all very light and transparent. And the lemon just adds an acidic edge that doesn't go that well with the sweeter floral notes in this case.
So, far from being an affordable summer alternative to my beloved rose/violet makeup scents, like I was hoping, this was quite a disappointment. I gave it lots of tries in different weather and different moods to see if I'd change my mind, but unfortunately it never grew on me. It isn't even a proper Aqua Allegoria, the bottle looks weirdly naked without the beehive trimmings. I guess I'll just have to write it off as a lesson learned on blind buys, and swap my bottle on if I get the chance.

Bubbles1964

Reviewing a full bottle blind buy. Perfect crisp citrus, violet and rose scent for summer weather.

Rosa Pop is a body spray. This does not project, so layer it with another rose based perfume if you are wanting that (Perfumer's Workshop Tea Rose, but go easy on the trigger) otherwise it has a 1-2 hour life.

Some here are reporting longer longevity, so maybe I need warmer temps. I'll review it again in hotter weather.

fire2heart

Red berries, pink rose and peonies.

It smells familiar though I'm not sure what. I really was hoping for more of a rose scent but it's pretty and likeable. It has a younger vibe to than a few others in this line that I own. Unfortunately it's not a love, at least not yet. I'm going to keep working with it.

ReWeegh

It was a blind buy based on reviews here, particularly SusanneS mentioning YSL Paris - she was absolutely right. It reminded me immediately to my first love, a limited edition YSL Paris Jardin du Romantques EDT, that was available only for a very short period of time.
I love this gem!

Elegant, classy, happy fragrance. Moderate longevity and sillage. Ideal for office environment.

gtabasso

Some citrus, lots of powdery violet and rose. Lovely.

mendosita

This is the smell of Meteorites Powder Pearls!!! It smells exactly the same what makes me really happy because I did not buy the Meteorites perfume and then it was gone :(
Rosa Pop is a mix of violets and roses, but violets are much more noticable. The "lipstick" smell is also there.
Longevity is very good- up to 5 hours.

nettoyant

I found this at Winners (Canadian Marshall's/TJ Maxx) for $40. I didn't even look it up here, $40 for 100 mls of Guerlain, you just buy it.

And, of course, it's worth every cent. I adore this! The reviews are a bit all over the place. I don't find it lipsicky or juicy in the least. I find Nuitdenoel's review is succinctly perfect.

It's cheerful but never frivolous or shallow. Guerlinade that gives it just the right richness and character. Powdery but never cloying. Fresh and rosey but never sharp and annoying. Sweet but just the right amount. It won't make your teeth or head ache.

This scent might be the only one I take with me to Italy this summer.

keoncharles27

So ,it's Christmas, and my lists, have been checked, I have a young niece, who has a piety for scents, she simply refuses to leave the house ,unless perfumed in her mothers Chloe or J'adore and coiffed,I was at wits end on what to get for a 5 going on 25 very opinionated young lady, everything was too musky, too sweet, too cloying, and then I remembered this little gem,A few months ago, while perfume shopping for myself,I spritzed her with Vera Wang's Truly Pink and the scent of pink roses came alive on her skin. from the legendary house of Guerlain in my closet, waiting in a corner,So I wrapped it up in a a glittering red paper, and presented it to the young perfumista, on her it is an effervescent citrus, followed by a strong peony note ,that projects MONSTROUSLY,I was amazed on her mother it's berries, and roses, but you know what ,after her first day of school, her teacher pulls me aside and asks, what is Faythwearing, for the entire day I could smell roses and flowers, when I told her Guerlain she looked at me like ,I was a hydra, shocked that ,I would allow a child,to carelessly dally with the Upper echelons of perfumery,

PricklyAndHot

Far from the best roses fragrances I know.

Justapixel

I’d bought a ml sample of this a while back in my rose phase, but forgot it. I’m pulling out my Guerlains, and there it was.

This fragrance does not take you through a memory story-it is linear, exactly what it states. Opening smells like citrus and berries. It is very refreshing, and simple. A few minutes later, there they bloom, roses, peonies and violets. One can small each, side by side, as if there are three pots next to each other and you can sniff each. And finally, the woody notes, exactly as promised, as if the flowers are gone and wet earth and plants left.

Of all of these, to me, the Rose takes the show although one can easily smell everything. Maybe it’s because I’m a rose girl. It does end up much like Paul Smith’s Rose. Perhaps it is also a bit like Jo Malone’s Red Roses.

A good beginner fragrance, one to teach how smells work in a fragrance and pass from one to another. . It’s light and girly but I won’t purchase a bottle. I am happy I had my sample though. .

Tigi

Again, Gemini12 nailed it: the berries here are prominent and JUICY; not sweet, but very organic, moist, and ripe.
The rose is the other concurrently most-prominent accord here, tied with the gorgeous, perfectly-rendered juicy red berries. Violet and peony add a delicate breath of spring flowers to this lovely, easy to wear comforting fragrance. The quality and simplicity of this very inoffensive, easy to wear fragrance are brilliant. In my opinion, a safe blind buy (but, then again, it IS a Guerlain and I'm very biased toward this house). AARP would be a good first fragrance for someone new to perfume, for anyone curious about Guerlain as a first Guerlain fragrance (if scents like Shalimar or Samsara seem a bit heavy or daunting).
Totally office safe and a crowd pleaser.
Scent: 8/10
Longevity: low to moderate (spraying directly on clothing and hair adds to the longevity)
Sillage: soft to moderate.

Very pretty, but I've swapped mine with a friend since this one isn't getting the love from me that she deserves. And, though it's D/C, it can still be found online for about $40 USD.

sherryxfilesfan

Love this, at first spray this smells exactly like strawberry Brachs suckers with the bubblegum in he middle!

Jessicajessa

Wearing this today for the 1st time and it really does have that makeup powder scent to it but it's not exactly full on makeup powdery it's sweet with some rose.

Gemini12

Rosa Pop is what you'd get if Insolence and Aqua Allegoria Flora Rosa had a baby. Juicy (not sweet) berried rose plus violet make this a wonderful refreshing perfume, perfect for warmer weather. Like many of the Aqua Allegoria's, Rosa Pop has light sillage and moderate to light longevity, but in my opinion that's part of what makes it perfect for warm weather use. Two thumbs up all the way on this one!

Nuitdenoel

I actually can't add anything else to all the positive that have already been said. Light, lovely, soft pink rose with just a hint of powdery violets. Perfect for work, or just to make yourself smile from such a lovely fragrance. It's great in the heat, never goes cloying. Exactly the summer rose I was looking for. Very pleased to have this in my collection.

SuzanneS

If you freshened up YSL Paris into a light delightful body spray youd have Rosa Pop. A fun watery lipsticky violet and rose with berries for spring and summer. Youthful, feminine, and great for a top note refresher for layering enthusiasts. A solid buy for spring/summer.

chanka

Blind buy and not happy with it
On me it is sweet rose with a hint of Bvlgary pour famme
If someone interested for swap or buy let me know

Fragrance Lover 30

Imagine my total shock at seeing this on the shelf at my local Marshall's! It was in a sealed box, but no matter, I decided this was enough of a unicorn I was going to buy it regardless.

It opens as a very pleasant lipstick + rosey scent. I really like the 'makeup' vibe going on here.

Absolutely likeable, made me smile as soon as I smelled it, but it's worth mentioning that the projection is non existent. I gave it a 'real world' test by wearing it to work, and since I knew it was on the lighter side, I sprayed probably 8-10 sprays and honestly within an hour it was undetectable on me. Do not expect any kind of "scent cloud" with Rosa Pop.

Also, because the rose is blended with these other notes, I feel more comfortable calling this a "Rosey" perfume versus a "Rose" perfume.

A fun find for me for sure, but zero projection and poor lasting power. Spray as much as you want, and often with this one.

I found this on special at my local TJ Maxx and scooped it up! And I adore it. The best way I can describe this is if you mixed Yves Saint Laurent Paris (or the fresher, greener Printemps versions) with a touch of Guerlain's Meteorites. Fresh roses, sweet berries, and lush violets. I adore rose-violet combos but it's hard to get them right, in my mind. This is one of my favorites!

aspirina

Delicious! the fanciest make up smell ever! a little bit powdery, rosy, girly, sweet...fresh and very elegant. I perceive roses violets and a little hint of lilacs. Fortunately the citric notes are not prominent on my skin.
Update: after some minutes it reminds me of Lolita Lempicka...with no anise/licorice/cherry notes...just the floral /powder aspects of Lolita.

This is a joyous rendition of the makeup scent genre, juicier than other versions due to the berries. Rose scents are not my favorite, but the blending of the other notes in Rosa Pop male tbis very wearable for me.

This is a simple but Fun scent. No it's nothing out of the ordinary but it's a well done fruity floral. My box says peonies berries and violets and that's exactly right. At first spray I smell juicy berries sweet and tart mixed with violet. As it dries down its still berry with peony and a little bit of woods and maybe some soft white musk. This fragrance reminds me of Paris in the spring and makes me smile. Its a good quality fruity floral and I get really good longevity on my skin.I can see wearing this with beautiful floral outfits and girly clothing. Its flirty and fun and I think even slightly sultry if worn at night in the spring and summer months. If you love a good berry fragrance this is it.It might be a little more mainstream for a Guerlain to some but still far better than most perfumes at the fragrance counter in my opinion. If you like Versace bright crystal, marc Jacobs Daisy and Channel chance eau tendre you might really like this. Its super fruity fun and even a little sultry with good quality ingredients. This is Spring in a bottle!

LadyPilot

I can hadrly believe it is a Guerlain! It smells so middle-shelf (not that it's bad), like many other peony perfumes - Avon Be Romantic, Oriflame Dancing Lady or Yves Rocher Pur Desir de Pivoine.
The opening notes are gorgeous - most delicate, crispy violet with a tiny bit of bergamot. Then heart notes arrive - soapy violet, a tiny bit of rose... But once it goes away, amazing peony remains, but not for a long time. After half an hour it's almost gone:((( I'd have to re-spray it every 30 minutes to have it smell on me the way I'd like it to. It is beautiful but to short-lived:(((

Valentine's Day gift. Reminds me of Ralph Lauren's Midnight Romance which I never wear, but this is fresher and lighter. It is heavy on the peonies. It is a bit synthetic but not bad. The more the rose comes out the better I like it. It's not a love yet, but so far I do like it.

ana hen

It's good, fresh , sweet, morning at summer garden with lemonade and big freshly picked roses -not only flowers but also leaves .
Charming fragrance , i can feel mostly at trail red berries that not too sour and thanks God for that .

I can't say that longevity is great , but
It pleasant scent and I need big amount
It good for any season as day fragrance.

This is a very light and flirty violet candy on me. Slight berries and slight citrus and of the rose I smell less than of the violet. Slightly woody. Low sillage. Cute, but just too simple for me. Or rather simple AND light. I could do one, but not both. Nice ingredients, though and like someone below said- it has a certain resemblance to Bvlgari Rose Essentielle.

Macassar

a very delicate rose ( like Paul Smith's) with a touch of violet ...airy , a rose put on a crystal-clear water with little fruity brightness . Very delicate and youngish one which lasts rather long ( around 8 hours )

Shwets

This is a candied rose scent. Pretty and very delicate. I've smelt a perfume similar to this but can't put my finger on it. The powder here Is very little. Reminds me of Bulgari Rose essentially edp.

snel hest

This is all about powdery violets on my skin. I like it very much.

I had a chance to test this fragrance along with the this years edition named Pera Granita and i must say that Rosa Pop is unfortunatly a miss for me. It is not my cup of tea at all. the very first inital blast is a nice surprise, i smell a very nice rose, which is fresh and beautiful but in a very short period of time (matter of minutes on my skin) it turned into something very dusty and powdery. And powdery is not my cup of tea at all. I was honestly hoping for it to be something different, but i guess the year 2016 is the year of "powder", based on latest release (mind the new trend - "poudre" versions of frgrances). To many it might appeal just because of it´spowderness but i will have to pass on this one.
Bright side (but not for me sadly) is a very detectable sillage and great lasting power!!! Hurray to powder power!! :)

COSMICSCENTS

What a beautiful add! Very nice, hope to get to try it. I love Guerlain!
