I love the smell of broom off a bush: not too sweet, with a touch of mandarin. It’s a pity it’s not a popular note in fragrances.
DG is very close to the real broom. The projection is wonderful, but the sweetness is elevated. I thought it was a mix with Mimosa, but it’s a mix of honey and linden. Unfortunately, I started getting a headache while wearing it, because close to skin (or from my wrist to my nose) it is 10 times more intense that natural broom.

1138am - one spray inner elbow sweet slightly indolic floral (aircon)
1243pm - sweet refreshing floral (aircon)
1351pm - lovely sweet honey floral (aircon)
1536pm - effervescent waning honey floral (1.5 hours light work out 32°C no aircon)
1645pm - effervescent waning citrus honey floral (65 mins 32°C no aircon)
1818pm - faint skin scent of citrus (1.5 hours 29°C no aircon)
1857pm - fairly obvious skin scent (40 mins 29°C no aircon)
1953pm - finally gone (1 hour 29°C no aircon)
Verdit: 8 HOURS AT LEAST!!!!!!!!! (2.5 hours aircon, 5.5 hours 30°C warm humid sticky no aircon) Considered stellar performance!!!!!!
Performance was great for a natural scented perfume. I suppose the actual floral essential oils were used as opposed to aroma chemicals? Smelled like a honeyed orange blossom. Sillage was exceptional, so was longevity. I could smell lemon and faintly even violet the sixth hour onwards towards the end of its life. This perfume was released 5 years ago. Shocking that this isn't much talked about or more popular. Maybe because it just wasn't widely available? Or its users are jealously guarding this secret gem so that their signature scent wouldn't be too common?

This is the best linden perfume I ever tried. I love it. It is the ultimate linden perfume with great sillage and longevity.
D&G really knows how to make perfumes and hope other perfumes in this selective line are great too!

On paper it smells like honeysuckle, but on the skin it's surprisingly musky.. not sure why, but that's a bummer

Could be a revelation, it is not.
It opens with this honeyed scent of wild flowers such as acacia broom and linden (in fact there are two of these) which is sublime, but after a few minutes becomes one of those shower gel honey and mimosa, or precisely those scents a bit 'old style, 50s, Grandma, and simple, cheap, like l'occitane or cheap bath supermarket products .
It's a shame, I was hoping for this fragrance, in this idea.
