This is a wonderful blind buy ! Check these boxes: If Barbie was Dior Pure Poison: this is Skipper . Sweet , pretty . youthful and sheer light purple (color scheme on the bottle: PERFECT! But y'all better have some finger nail strength; the cap is hard take off). This is "safe" but not boring. Office and Wedding friendly. Very affordable ! Longevity ? I'll be back in a few months.

I got this after I used up my sample. At first glance the bottle gave me the impression that it would be a more dated, classy, mature scent but the more I use it the more I love and I understand it. The first time I smelled it I was in my 20´s and it felt a bit too heavy but now 10 years later it feels just perfect for every day. The silage does get lower over time after the first spray but it dries down beautifully.
Disclaimer, I am a sucker for fresh, powdery scents, as those that are too sweet or heavy make me feel awful. On the other hand I can´t stand fragrances that are too citrusy, too clean and piercing.
This feels very well balanced, and it´s complex enough to not get boring. Very fresh and comforting at the same time, always brings me to a good mood when I smell it.

bronni666

Very disappointed in the silage and longevity. I thought it being Boucheron that it would have some oomph but alas.

Fainkfrag147

I love this so much! It was a blind buy based on the notes. I do think its not as strong as a fragrance on my skin even though its an eau de parfum, but I don't mind overspraying. The cypress and citrus notes make it so refreshing yet it's still floral and feminine. Smells more expensive than it is. Clean, aromatic scent, not overpowering. Great freshie!

Beautiful perfume in a beautiful bottle. I read many, if not all reviews on this scent and "dupe for Pure Poison" is mentioned very often. Indeed, this perfume is very similar. Even though jewelry company Boucheron is much older then Dior, they make extraordinary jewels and they turn jewels into extraordinary perfumes with fantastic bottles, they do not need to make any dupes. Notes are totally different, but two fragrances are like sisters. I would distiguish them by simple word - tangible.
Pure poison is ethereal, it is like you are lost in the forest and suddenly you find yourself on the meadow, you hear heavenly music, meadow is full of beautiful white flowers and forest fairies are dancing in the moonlight. You are tempted to join them, but when you run towards them, they are scared away and suddenly they dissapear together with their flowers. When you reach the spot, where they have been dancing you only find heavenly smell that is etheral and can not be captured. You are standing there in the moonlight trying to catch whifts of scents that remained there and that is slowly vanishing.
Jaipur Bracelet on the other hand, is very, very similar, but more tangible and realistic. It is like you visited your aunt, that happens to be a white witch, you sit on her porch, drinking lemonade and you feel magical flowers smell. Your aunt takes you to her secret garden, behind the hidden door in the wall. Garden is full of beautiful flowers, butterflies, miniature fairies and birds. Your aunt hand picks the bouquet of the most beautiful flowers for you and hands it to you. These are the flowers, that are real and that you can grab into your hands and touch. You bring them home, put them into the vase and all your house smells like magical garden. This is Jaipur bracelet. The bonus is an oriental fairy tale bottle. I collect all these bottles and I love them. They are magical!

LadyT33

I bought this because it’s a dupe for Pure Poison, which sadly is discontinued. It smells like it a lot, but Pure Poison is better. Great scent to wear in the spring and the price is right. Beautiful bottle. If you love Pure Poison like I do, give Jaipur Bracelet a try!

Holy mother of hyacinth, iris, and violet, I did not want to love this quite as much as I do at first dab (I have a teensy-tiny bottle of the EDP splash--I'm itching to find out what this does with regular sprayer application). It reminds me of the big velvety bearded irises that come up every spring in my front yard, which means that they also remind me of grape and violet candies. And the hyacinths are also quite convincing. I promised myself I wasn't going to buy any more perfume for a while, but I know I'm going to run through this meager 4.5-ml supply very quickly! Pretty sure I'm going to have to spring for the full bottle. I don't know what Pure Poison smells like, but it amuses me that virtually every perfume I like on here has Mugler's Alien in the "People who like this also like" column, along with a few of the Poison imprints, but not the one Poison flanker I loved the best: Tendre Poison. This reminds me a bit of that, but mostly it just reminds me of old-fashioned violet sachets and fresh hyacinths and iris. This perfume really smells like dusk to me, a sweet and melancholy Parisian dusk. I just have this sprayed on the back of my hand right now, so I'm sure it's especially evanescent; I look forward to a more liberal application soon, when I'm fully moisturized and in the mood to smell like all the purple flowers sublimated. Soundtrack options: Cocteau Twins Victorialand, Miles Davis Kind of Blue, Erik Satie's Gymnopédies, any Christa Ludwig collection of German lieder.

Update: As much as I love my purple pals, I can't leave out some of the other notes that make this accord to uniquely addictive to me: lemon verbena (ephemeral but unmistakable), lily-of-the-valley (sweet little deadly darlings--they line the path where I walk my dog, and the smell in the springtime is exquisite--fortunately, Edith has no interest in eating the blossoms or leaves), and some very innocent and creamy but not dirty musk. Orange neroli comes through intermittently, as does (I think) bergamot. Sometimes it reminds me of Grape Pop Rocks, only "make it fancy." Thanks to the stylish young Frenchwoman who made a YouTube video two years ago that sold me on this.

This is a new favorite. So good.

Update: I really enjoy this one, and it reminds me so much of candied violets and these wonderful little violet candies I had one time (they were weird to eat but so fragrant, like eating perfume or perfumed soap).

Fleurie20

I find this to best suit for late 20s, early 30s ladies and up. It is not a really mature scent, just a bit too appropriate (for lack of a better term) for teens or the 20s. I honestly cannot tell any notes a part. It's overally quite a perfumy perfume on my skin. The vibe is green herbal white floral w a slight sharpness to it.

SundayGirl07

I really enjoy this one. Very soft but clean, slightly mature only in the sense that I couldn't see a teen wearing it. 20's and up would be more suitable. Falls into the same category of 5th Avenue for me but it's a completely different smell. It just gives me those same vibes. It's hard to think of anyone that would dislike this scent at all.

I like to layer a shower gel and body lotion under my fragrances, and was looking for products to use under both my vintage Pure Poison and Jasmins Marzipane, as both Dior nor Lancome neither offer any other supplemental products for either. I bought a small Boucheron Jaipur Bracelet lotion to try, and found it layered beautifully under both fragrances, despite having very different notes. So I tried this actual Boucheron fragrance and found it to be so beautiful! It's a fresh yet somewhat creamy, green, clean white floral that just smells feminine, clean, and pretty. It reminds me of how a floral arrangement might smell with lots of eucalyptus and fresh white flowers, yet the flowers also are somewhat green and about to bloom white. These flowers are wet, because this floral bouquet just took a shower in clean fresh rain, lol.

This will be beautiful to wear during Spring and Summer and again, the lotion layers amazingly well under other light, ethereal fragrances I own. I'm always looking for magical unicorn cheapies and for me, this was a nice surprise. Boucheron Jaipur Bracelet just might become my fresh out of the shower, everyday fragrance, which will layer beautifully with quite literally everything else in my collection. My daughter wears Narciso Rodriguez Pure Musc and it is truly hers. This feels like mine in the same (yet economical) way. Simply gorgeous.

I’ve been wanting to try this for years after I fell in love with Pure Poison in 2016! I definitely can’t afford a bottle of the Dior and sadly they don’t make roller balls of that one. Got a mini of Jaipur Bracelet off of eBay and it’s gorgeous, definitely brings back that familiar pure poison smell. Staying power is decent, which is nice because the Dior one does not last on me. So happy to have found a good dupe, I love this fragrance (and the original) so much.

TheFl0rist

Pure poison's sister it is! It smells like pure positive when smelling this one separately. Side by side of pure poison I find this one more citrusy and a herbal scent. But it carries the same fluffy white floral clean smell!
I love it more than pure poison for reasons. It's great for all season. I wear it bed.

My husband hates most of my perfumes with passion. But he loves it when I wear this. He said I smell like me! Where is perfume!!!

The price of Pure poison is going up and above. Jaipur Bracelet is a good distraction from it! And Id Im not sniffing them side by side , there's hardly any difference!

Brith and frash version of pure poison dior. Beautiful

AdalynEverly

First Impressions (dabber):
Out of the small sample dabber I got from FragranceNet.com. I immediately smelled that beautiful Pure Poison dna. This is definitely at least a 99% dupe for Pure Poison. Although I need to smell Dior pure poison with this side by side. I’m on vacation, so I don’t have my bottle with me. From what I can tell, Dior Pure Poison has much more musk in it. Whereas the carnation or the musk is giving me maybe this spicy pencil shaving type note. Maybe it’s a touch more green, but the dry down still gives me the pure poison dry down for sure. Usually I don’t believe in dupes most of the time. Most of the time dupes of fragrances will often smell synthetic, or even way worse than the original perfume. However, Jaipur bracelet is a dupe that I might buy a full bottle of.
Edit:
Okay yeah this one definitely smells like pure poison. I actually like this better that Dior pure poison. I had a sample of Dior pure poison a long time ago, and it was definitely way better than the reformulation of it now. Think of this perfume as Dior pure poison with a touch of greenness kind of like Creed's Fleurissimo, mixed with some spicy carnation.

Summary:
Smells like: A boyfriend's bouquet but make it without roses. He actually listened & wanted to give you your favorite flowers for valentines.
Family of: Dior Pure Poison (+greenness +a little bit or spice)
Silage: intimate

Verdict:
Maybe?
I’ll keep ya peeps posted.

VintageMaven

I bought this based on the reviews below. I'm a big fan of Dior Pure Poison and as it's been sadly discontinued, I have been looking for something with a similar vibe. Bracelet definitely reminds me of Pure Poison but it has a charm all of it's own. It's greener, fresher, lighter and more daytime appropriate than Pure Poison. It's cozy and satisfying but has just enough mystery and class to keep you coming back. Wish the sillage was a little greater but for the price, this is excellent. Highly recommended!

Mobrien37

Smells very similar to Elizabeth Taylor’s Love & white diamonds. Very crowd pleasing and fresh.

Pearlstar

This is not your typical floral perfume. Herbaceous, green, fresh but no sharpness. Really beautiful, refreshing and enjoyable. So nice to spray it on in the morning. I wore it for about 8hrs, could still smell whiffs of it after 4-5 hrs and it becomes a nice skin scent by 8hrs. It has that out-of-shower, fresh feeling smell at this point, and it's not powdery. I feel there is a gentle, calming & unique quality about it. Found myself craving to wear it again after my first time trying it. I think it's such quality perfume for the price (about SGD40) for a full size bottle.

ayamail26

Beautiful, clean, classy for everyday. It reminds me of some body lotion. It’s green but only for a few seconds in the opening after that you get sweet flowers with just a tiny bit of powder. It’s clean without it being soapy. It’s not mature but I could see a 25 year old and up wearing it. It’s pleasant. Very likeable scent and at a good price.

NoorbBelgium

Beautiful! Happy greens, pure whites and blues, a hint of soft and sweet, carnation and cypress, all atop smooth cashmere. Such a fresh scent, full of grace and appeal. a stunning unusual flower arrangement. It has a highly sweet and fruity flavour. It's clean but not soapy, fresh but warm, and well-balanced but complex. It's sweet, but not too so. I adore the flowery interplay in this, and it's a wonderfully soothing perfume. Perfect!

chyan

Oh man. I had such high hopes for this because I love Jaipur Bouquet. They could not be more different in quality or overall experience. I got a very strong blast of alcohol in the opening and it was hard to discern any notes from there. There is a freshness and light notes of basil and mandarin but they are fleeting. I just overall found it hard to connect with this scent on any level. I can maybe get whiffs and moments of pure poison but it’s a stretch. Will keep until summer hoping the warm humid weather will help.

Air of Grace

Blind bought a bottle as it was mentioned this was a dupe for Pure Poison .

Originally ,I didn’t get it . But after numerous sprays , I believe the contents settled and now I can see the resemblance.

With Jaipur Bracelet , it’s a greener citrus , lighter floral scent on me whereas Pure Poison is sweeter and more floral . ( still my top favourite )

In Jaipur bracelet , I can’t detect the specific flowers because it’s blended so seamlessly .

I feel it’s ideal for spring/ summer with its citrus nuances and light herbal undertones . I can’t believe the basil and cypress notes don’t bother me at all .

I don’t get any powdery notes from the Iris which I love , since I find powdery scents become too grandmaish on me .

Longevity is over 8 hours and that’s a plus since Pure Poison only last a few hours .

I’m very happy to find a sunnier version of Pure Poison at such a reasonable cost .

Up there in my favourite’s group as a non offensive go to summer fragrance that I know I’ll be using often .

The Nose Nose

I love bottles. In little ways these contribute to the overall experience. I often feel that the bottle belies the fragrance. But I understand marketing, and if it works, go for it.
Here is an example. This fragrance starts out very sharp. Wait awhile and it evolves to a pleasant floral scent. It is not though something I would choose for my companion (and certainly not for myself). Though complex, it lacks the depth of the woody notes that I like to see in a floral. Dump the liquid and put the bottle on the shelf.

sitingqueen

This is a crisper floral, well balanced by the lemon verbena, basil and petitgrain. Nice and fresh. The carnation and hyacinth are the heart of the fragrance and these notes linger throughout.
This is feminine, but not of the “bat your eyes” variety. Suitable for office wear. Sillage is intimate to moderate after about ten minutes. Longevity is 2-3 hours.

Enrium

Jaïpur Bracelet is a fresh floral scent with aromatic and herbal nuances throughout. The floral heart is vintage-style, thanks in part to its prominent hyacinth note. I love hyacinths for nostalgic reasons, and appreciate a well-placed hyacinth note in perfume as a result. Here, it is lifted by citrus and herbal notes, an unusual combination, yet reminiscent of a garden in late spring. JB is an interesting, refreshing take on the tired category of spring/summer fresh floral scent.

JB opens with a lovely lemongrass-like verbena note, complemented to perfection by green, woody petitgrain. I get a hint of green violet leaf, and hyacinth slowly emerges after a little while. Distinctive, yet not as heady as it frequently appears, it is light and somewhat dewy, a far cry from the sometimes cloying flower. The soft green herbal notes persist in the background, complementing it beautifully.

As it develops, a green floral lily-of-the-valley note emerges, typically delicate but nicely detectable in this light, transparent scent. Some iris adds a powdery quality. The cashmeran note is evident at the later stages, and is thankfully restrained. I often find that the heavy, static grey cloud that is cashmeran (or ambroxan for that matter) ruins perfumes for me, but here is it subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the scent. A little pine-like cypress is evident before it dries down to a soft cashmeran skin scent with remnants of powdery florals. Sillage and longevity are moderate.

I always appreciate a fresh, unusual twist on a classic/run-of-the-mill type scent. This is a great example of this - a feminine springtime day scent centred around hyacinth that takes inspiration from vintage scents yet feels original and seamlessly modern. Pleasant and pretty. 3.5/5.

Jacquis

On my skin, in the middle of summer (98F, high humidity), Jaipur Bracelet is a hyacinth heavy, early 90s smelling floral. Longevity is excellent and it projects within 6 ft. This is not a sexy fragrance. It's an almost vintage scent. This does not smell much like Dior Pure Poison which smells more clean, fresh, stark, dry and modern.

cookygirl

This fragrance does not work for me unfortunately.
I get none of the floral notes, only orange and lemon verbena at the opening and then a somewhat aromatic musky dry down.
On me, for some reason, it smells very much like Tocca's Stella, which is not a scent that I enjoy at all.
This purchase validated my usual reluctance to blind buy and I'm glad I decided to acquire a mini before springing for a full bottle.
What looks promising 'on paper' does not always materialize as such on one's skin.
ETA - Trying this again in autumn coolness and it's somewhat better now. I do get the hyacinth and the orange is less sickly. I will leave it in my collection for the time being and see how it wears throughout the winter.

tedgren

Smells like a mall to me (like 20 different bottles mixed into one little mess). Also glad i didn't buy full bottle. I usually love green and woody florals, white floral in particular.

HanPunjabi

Watched a youtube video and I heard that this was a dupe of Dior Pure Poison. Was very intrugued by the name and the bottle looks very vintage so I decided to try a 2ml vial.

Thank God I didn’t purchase a full bottle cos this was too floral to my liking. Could not smell anything but flowers in the opening. Dry down was floral plus almost woody for me. Could really smell the lily of the valley plus some tea notes?

I would imagine this is how Titania would smell like in A Midsummer Night’s Dream..

Rosy Ricecooker

This is my "mom" scent. Wore it a ton after my last child was born.

On me it smells like cashmeran (which I think has kind of a honey and cedar smell), oranges, living basil, and dried flowers. The dichotomy of the living herbs and dead flowers I get makes me struggle to decide if this is a realistic spring/summer scent, or a witchy fall scent. It's lovely, either way.

I can definitely see the Pure Poison comparison. I got a sample of Pure Poison and compared side by side--practically can't tell the difference after drydown. Bracelet is a bit greener, a bit softer. I'm not sure why Carlos Benaim isn't listed here, as he is the nose behind it (and also worked on Pure Poison). He is listed for the Jaipur Bracelet limited edition EDT.

baregifaen

100% pure poison dupe!! just beautiful.

ArianaS

It is a beautiful scent by it’s own and has absolutely nothing to do with Pure Poison. So if you are after a dupe for Pure Poison look further. It’s just a totally floral and ultra feminine perfume for the spring.

Thegrimmreaderr

This smells like Dior Pure Poison on the dry down but in a softer, skin scent way. The opening, however, is much more floral than Pure Poison. It's a good overall fragrance that is similar enough to Pure Poison but I prefer PP compared to this. Jaipur Bracelet has little to no projection or lasting power. Splurge on Pure Poison and thank me later.

haunt_me

this looks like it's been coming from the 80s - 90s and when I sprayed it on my wrist it was so familiar.
now I know why. It smells like a more palatable version of Dior Pure Poison.

Advaitaforever

Delicate, beautiful, and feminine. A very flirtatious and vibrant white floral that is paired perfectly with ripe citrus that isn't sharp, but adds just enough optimism and brightens the scent. Everyone I meet describes this scent as, "beautiful". If Jaipur Bracelet had a colour, it would be a soft lilac....so soothing, soft and inoffiensive. A perfect choice for sweltering summer days. The performance is soft but the scent profile is so beautiful that I don't mind. I'm starting to see that my new obession is in fact Hyacinth, such a divinely feminine expression.

bintTapputi

Yep, this is a green, hyacinth + lily of the valley focused spring time perfume. If this is what Pure Poison smells like well then I think I'll pass on spending $100 on that and just get this instead. It encapsulates the way I envision spring to smell like. Very clean, lady like, elegant, modern and classic at the same time. Wonderfully well rounded, could be worn all summer too. Absolutely need to snatch up a bottle. 7.5/10

Mariamaija Amélie

The more I wear this, the more I cherish it. I love smelling this one on me, in the air around me and on my clothes, and it makes me feel very, VERY feminine. It is clean, musky, a little sweet, slightly powdery and with a lot of flowers. Makes me think about the sun shining generously from a blue sky, an airy summerdress, a soft summer breeze, and happy, bare feet in the soft, green grass in the middle of a lush garden full of white and yellow flowers.

yzmo91

A nice beautiful thick floral green perfume with a hint basil which makes it interesting, a little different and adds a little depth. The perfume isn't loud but it stays on for a long time, a quality that I think is rare in floral perfumes. It does remind me of 90's style perfumes. Perfect for spring. Could be worn day/night. For the quality I honestly think that Boucheron is underrated.

Zethre

Sweetish floral, quite young and simple. Very Spring-like.
Bit too pink for me

SanjuktaB

If you want a fresh, floral and aromatic summer fragrance- that is in the same family as Chanel eau fraiche, Dior Diorissimo,Dior Pure Poison - then this could be a strong contender. This is understated French perfumery but you can smell the green notes and the lily of the valley scent throughout the wear of the perfume. Sillage is close to the skin and it lasts maybe 4 hours. It is available for as low as 30euros for 100ml and I'd say thats a good buy.

Saweety Sweet

A Cashmeran sensation. This is how an oriental Princess from Arabian Nights smells. Perfection in a bottle and I can't get enough of it.

Lixa

Great find! This is a fresh scent, but classy fresh, not sporty, and rather herbal. To me it resembles Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche, and the good thing is you can find it at a fraction of the price. This one is more unisex in my opinion.

The bottle looks exquisite, as with most Boucherons. Yes, presentation does matter... a lot! This one reminds me of Stargate, lol.
Well done to Boucheron.
It would be great if they brought back the original Jaipur as well.

RRHouse

Citrus/herbal green opening which dissipates quickly to floral dry down with a powdery iris notes in the cashmerian base. Clean, fresh, sophisticated, alluring, interesting, mature, feminine- elegant and refined. This fragrance has strong similarities to Pure Poison, but Bracelet is better, at a fraction of the price, and the performance is very good (8+ hours, 90 degree summer day, high humidity). From the initial spray to the dry down there is nothing offensive. Its fresh herbal green floral that has no dominate woody aspect, which is a positive for me; frankly, I don't want cedar to steal the show as it has a tendency to do in dry down of summer fragrances. In spring and summer, I like floral to shine in its own glorious beauty; It makes me feel happy all day! It has a springtime nature about it, yet it has depth and is wearable in summer. It's mid-July, so I am blind buying the summer version - JB Bracelet Limited Edition as a summer alternative.

Edit: I blind bought the JB Bracelet Limited Edition, and I love it! It is the slightly younger, tart sister that keeps the Bracelet DNA as its base, but the raspberry, redcurrant and lychee makes it more summery and different enough that I am happy to own both. One is not a duplicate of the other.

SadieBluesLady

Lemony start with a mild floral after that. No spice, no wood. No interest.
It puts the limp in limpid.

bodnerrachel

Herbal, fresh, green floral with woody, powdery undertones. It's a gorgeous blend, and unlike any other perfume I own. Most of all, it's clean and fresh, like a spring shower. So unlike the harsh gourmands of today. Jaipur Bracelet is like a fresh herbal garden in a bottle. It has become my signature scent quite unexpectedly.

Ulusia

I have Jaipur Bracelet for few months so we had time to get acquainted. It really is flowery and luxurious and evokes white color. If you are not fond of the sharper beginning, please wait for 20 min, the heart of this fragrance is so soothing, addictive and elegant. It would be perfect to get the opeing of DIOR PP but heart from Jaipur Br. Longevity is great and Dior lasts only half time of Boucheron´s JB. So I start with JB and during day a respray with DIOR PP.

CdeBXL

I am probably biased since I am a big fan of the diverse Jaipur series, but here you are: beautiful!
Happy greens, pristine whites and blues, a bit of soft and sweet agrume, a hint of carnation and cypress, all spread over soft cashmere.

Such a fresh fragrance with elegance and charm galore.
Don't let the name or colour of the splendid bottle trick you: this is what a spring picnic in Monet's Giverny garden smells like, sitting on a pastel cashmere blanket with a fine champagne bottle just uncorked.

ayken

This is a good okay-ish scent, very easily likable and nothing offensive in it but it just didn't work for me, it seemed very sweet and floral in an overly feminine kind of way and I usually prefer unisex over female fragrances. but still a good scent for daytime or evening wear. It smells super modern, I think for more a mature type of woman in her 30 and plus but tbh anyone can be mature it is just like a reviewer said a refined scent that really is just feminine in its nature, and makes you feel good about yourself. and no tbh it leans more towards the floral sweet type of fragrance rather than green and fresh like the notes state but I do smell the citrus in it because of the opening notes but it settles down to a floral sweet, good but isn't really like a good old fresh green scent-- a good fresh green scents you can find from the Jardin Hermes line, those are the type you should go for if you want to have green fresh smelling fragrances anyway 7/10

VLlama

This reads like a safe, clean, slightly floral scent on my skin. It starts out green with some citrus (which fades quickly, within 10 minutes) and then settles down into a soft, powdery white floral. Not soapy, thankfully. I love how fresh this fragrance is and how it has a bit more depth, more class than just a straight green perfume. Unfortunately, this does not last on my skin at all; I can barely smell it after an hour on my skin, although there is still a hint of clean, white floral at that point. Perhaps I become anosmic, or perhaps it is simply too old and does not stick around. Either way, a beautiful fresh, clean, safe scent with no longevity; perfect for a freshening up on any day of the year.

fawneyed_sita

Now I partly bought a sample of this because I'm indian and Jaipur is my mom's hometown and a city I have wonderful memories of visiting, but also because I am a lover of fresh and sweet florals. I have to agree with the reviewer below whole-heartedly, at first spritz this has a strong "old school" perfumey vibe. Straight up, this smells like an old lady and lacks the modern vibe of the floral perfumes that I tend to seek out. I can't put my finger on exactly which note is giving me this strong association, perhaps its the lily-of-the-valley. The performance of the perfume is objectively good, its strong and long lasting. The dry down improves significantly on me, and I begin to enjoy its sweeter floral notes somewhat. But I just can't get past that opening, and neither can the my partner who agreed with my appraisal that it smelled like old lady - like a *good*-smelling old lady, but old lady nonetheless. Definitely recommend sampling and not blind buying.

4/10 for me

pasha

This is the definition of 'refined'.

So incredibly elegant. It is for those days when a woman wants to feel unapologetically beautiful, cherished, and ready to be loved. It is ageless, timeless, and pristine.

It has no gourmand or fruity sweetness featured at any stage, just a gentle floral temperament that has some depth. Very airy.

A celebration of everything that is comfortably and admirably feminine in a very unassuming optimistic manner. So seductive. Appeals to the same customer that will enjoy Reve by VC&A, Rose Essentielle by Bvlgari, or the original Mon Guerlain by Guerlain.

Very 'sparkling pink diamonds in pink champagne'.

tessiebee

Dabber vial mini: wow! I get a fresh almost aromatic perfume, not sweet, heavy on the hyacinth, bitter orange and verbena. It's zingy but doesn't fall into fruity floral territory, there's bitterness to balance it out. I feel a spicy undercurrent in it (carnation maybe? I don't know.) I can kind of detect the lily of the valley (I have Miu Miu l'eau bleue) but only because I read the notes. Surprised at cypress, that usually dominates for me but not here. Could be the dabber vial but there is an oily kind of feel, but I really like my mini. FB? Not sure.

Adina Galani

If I were on youtube, I would have probably said something like, thums up if you wear this in 2020. Well I just got mine. I very clearly see the comparison with a long gone Yves Rocher, ming su or something like that, translated into rare flower I think. I had used that one in my youth, mind you, an aunty of 42 speaking here. :-) This is an innocent beauty indeed. I can see many not wearing it, even I do not know how often I will reach for it, but I can't agree more with Gosha, adding just that this is what I would call a humble scent. Flowery yes, but still different, something in the Idyl family and still a bit more timid. I am unfortunately not able to detect the Pure Poison vibe here, as that one turns into a detergent sort of on me, which is because of my strange PH for sure. But while writing, I can very well re-call a Dior nitch, called..... Hmmm.... Lordy, something with Bal.... But that one costs a life work and it is a bit more sharp.
Yap, white flowers lovers, give it a go, in Austria, if you have the right "magnifier", you'll get it for less than 30 euros.

A true understated beauty. Whatever it lacks in “wow” factor is made up for in quiet loveability. It’s clean without being soapy, fresh but warm, well-blended but multifaceted. I can’t even say I smell any citrus, let alone bitter orange or lemon verbena specifically, but they’re there in combination with the green notes (which are also indistinguishable) bringing balance and depth to beautiful natural-smelling florals. I would probably suspect they were purple flowers due to a very delicate touch of powder, but my desire to analyze is overwhelmed by the desire to just enjoy.

frawlabut

Jaipur Bracelet is nice classic floral with a slit citrus smell done in a classic old way , it has the 5th Avenue by Elizabeth Arden vibes .
so pretty so nice good for day or night . safe choice for work . it was a blind buy and I don't regret it.

Gosha

Oh Bracelet! My dear, reliable, always there friend Jaipur Bracelet! I have had this fragrance for a while hesitating to write review in case my words don't do justice to this beautiful creature. When I say beautiful I don't mean a classic beauty, it's more like when they say that someone has a beautiful soul.

I love anything bitter. Bitter as in Tonic water or as in Grapefruit, this kind of almost fizzy gentle, natural bitterness that is refreshing rather than sharp. And I have always sensed this gentle, alluring (to me anyway) bitterness in Bracelet, wondering what is it until I finally read the notes finding that there is bitter orange there. But that's not all! That's not the whole story. And maybe that's not even it. I think that it's really the Petitgrain that supports this wonderful, "herby" bitterness. Bracelet is very, very lightly, naturally bittersweet. I love it and yet...I always seem to forget how much I appreciate and savour this liquid thinking about it as about a fragrance "to go", something subtle and inoffensive, something to grab when you don't want to think about choosing anything, yet want to wear something. Something on the run, something to use when you are in a hurry... And that all pretty much summarizes that I wear it ALL THE TIME when I am not thinking about fragrances; I unconsciously always grab Jaipur Bracelet and never get tired of it!!! It's like someone who always smiles at you and you take it for granted. It's like someone who always makes you a cup of tea and you take it for granted. Someone who always listens to you and you take it for granted. And so on...

It's bittersweet just like the colour of the bottle. Not baby pink, not hot pink, not sugar pink, not deep pink, not cotton candy pink, not pale pink... Pink, with a muted, silvery sheen. Pink as a pink pearl! IRIDESCENT: almost invisible and so, so subtle and fragile that you almost don't realize that it's there. And when you do, you are suddenly amazed. You are in awe because it's just like that: like iridescent soap bubbles, like seashells and butterfly wings! A real beauty! A real gem!

NellNellsNose

As someone stated before this fragrance is enchanting. I picture a spring garden, dewy, pastel, early in the morning just coming to life. Bracelet starts off with a burst of zingy citrus lemon verbena and petitgrain prominent. In a juicy and fresh way, not in an astringent way. Florals settle in. In theory I should hate this as LOTV is my nemesis and always turns into eye wateringly harsh fuzzy dish washing liquid on me, but not here!!! Beautifully balanced with the hyacinth for an uplifting floral blend. Something keeps it all sweet. Amazingly bordering on white floral narcotic sweet, but kept green and bright enough as not to cloy. Yes the performance isn’t great however it’s so affordable for the 100ml you can spray spray spray till your hearts content! Seriously obsessed with this one.

donna77

Wow... I remember smelling this perfume some way back.I did like IT but didn't buy it. This îs unique, elegant, really beautiful. It's rather a skin scent that I like to spray on my shoulders so I can sniff it time and again. Very good price for such nice fragrance.

Nilo63

I´ve been living in very hot climate for quite a few years. I love the weather, but it doesn´t usually match my tastes in perfume (orientals). So, I often end up wearing fragrances that I consider nice, but I don´t love.

I discovered this little gem a couple of years ago and I am on my third bottle. I simply love this! It fits a more classic aestheatic, but it´s sparkling fresh and sweet at the same time without being candy water.

This is the fragrance I wear most often. It suits my taste for classics, but it´s contemporary and I often receive compliments on it. I love it!

sibaraa

Vintage florals done in a very nice modern way. Sniffed it at a discount store and i liked it a lot.

HennaQueen

I think this is a very modern take on an old-school floral theme. When I smell this, I see pastel colored gemstones in tones of lavender, blue topaz, rose quartz, and peridot. Sparkling, bright and very lady-like. The lemon verbena here makes this scent a beautiful fresh floral with the LOTV, hyacinth and bitter orange notes. I could wear this all year, not just in the warmer months! Thankfully a 3.3 oz bottle can be yours for under $25 from fragrancenet with coupon :-)

Boucheron appears to make beautiful scents for fragrance-lovers on a budget.

This is yet another generous decant from the lovely Ana here in Fragranctica (thank you Ana!)

gtabasso

What a gorgeous unique floral bouquet. This isn't the sharp hyacinth you expect. It is very sweet and fruity. I would swear there is rose in here. With all the herbal and fresh notes, you would think it would be a bitter but it's not. Totally sweet spring floral that sparkles with a juicy ripeness. I would also think there is some other fruit in here beyond bitter orange. The citrus plays with the florals but isn't "citrus" in the normal sense. Just balanced. You have to like vintages to love this one. I definitely have this bottle with the pale pink and purple cap but the note breakdown on Limited Edition is more what this smells like to my nose. In the final drydown, the base has a little musky quality and maybe a hint of amber.

TLInsanity

Pretty and light perfume. A "safe" scent for everyday.

Forbiddenjade

While I do get the resemblance with Pure Poison on the opening of this fragrance, it cannot be said to be that close to it. It's just the opening.

Jaipur Bracelet quickly becomes on me a skin scent, which is a pity. Today however is not a particularly hot day, on the contrary, so perhaps this is affecting the scent reaction on my skin. I will have to try it again in hotter days because it's very nice.

Back to the notes: at first spritz violets come forward, heralding the uplifting freshness of spring in all its glory. It's a clear and delightful note, not too sweet or heady.

About one hour into wearing it, the scent has gone softer. I can detect bitter orange hand in hand with hyacint. These two create a lovely concoction, well balanced and classy.
I don't find any iris, or carnation, just a tad of petigrain and neroli notes, faintly blending with the others.

Jaipur Bracelet is enchanting in its extraordinary balance speaking of mastery.

what is this I don't even

This is gorgeous and one of my absolute favorites. The lily of the valley + hyacinth combo is done so perfectly here and the lemon verbena and bitter orange give it a unique zing to set it apart from other gorgeous lily of the valley + hyacinth perfumes (Envy, Brindille, Live in Love, Splendor, Jaipur Bracelet, The Frag from Bill Blass, the original Kenzo Parfum d'ete etc). It matures into a clean and lovely well-blended floral. This doesn't remind me of Pure Poison at all (Pure Poison smells very cheap and synthetic to me and the notes are quite different). Jaipur Bracelet is more of an amped-up Galimard Brindille and with greater projection and longevity.

rola.asad

Floral, herbal, and slightly sweet!

Sensual, and suitable for grown-up ladies, has powdery violets (iris) in the base, office-friendly, I find it works better for summer and spring.

Longevity: good.
sillage: moderate.

Anamandy

Without even reading the notes I knew there was lemon verbena in it as I grow this plant as an annual every season. Reading the notes confirmed it. Boucheron upped the citrus by adding bitter orange and petitgrain. The hyacinth and fruit notes (I swear I smell peach), make a strong presence and add a sweetness that counteracts any bitterness of the citrus notes. Underlying it all are slight spicy herbal notes. If I smell my wrist it almost smells a little like Jaipur to me. Very nice. I think this will work great in summer.

avierra93

i smelled this and tried it on my skim, smells like what i would imagie an EDT of Pure Poison to smell like. i actually prefer this to Pure Poison, which can give me a headache/sting my nose if i wear more than the lightest spritz or end up respraying after lunch. they would probably work well together

fmharun23

Similiar with Boucheron woman but without aldehyde, softer and more floral IMHO. I dont smell spice and aquatic. I wear this before bed.... love the smell, it is so romantic and beautiful... love Boucheron!!!!

Wuzzabee

This is lovely, and I'm not getting the Pure Poison connection. I like that it's not so expensive.

Fluffyandpuffy

This one is quite beautiful, slightly similar to pure poison but this is much sweeter, must be the lilac among other differences. I have them both but I’m digging this one more at the moment. Took me awhile to try it but so glad I did. It’s not expensive and easy to find, I highly recommend.

ellaquintero

Jaipur Bracelet has its own beauty worthy of being recognized. In fact, it is quite similar to Pure Poison and originally I met JB trying to quench my thirst for that fragrance. But what a pleasure to have run into Jaipur Bracelet!

Its top notes are very green and, though they are not really strong, compared to the rest of the notes, the verbena and basil are the most powerful at the beginning.

Then, the best part begins. A dance between white flowers, leaves, citrus notes. JB is sooooo soft and beautiful ... And so it stays, for more than 8 hours on my skin.

If you like Pure Poison, but you want a cheaper alternative, with excellent longevity, and a very feminine and soft presence, Jaipur Bracelet is for you.

It's an elegant treat, it's really worth it.

Nilo63

@anilinam is right.

I live in warm weather. For me, this is always a compliment getter.

anilinam

What a difference weather makes!! I know this, and I write about it all the time, however I somehow forgot about it when I wrote my review after having tested it over a cool Chicago spring weekend.

This is still appropriate for the office, and inoffensive, but worn during summer, or in the tropics, Jaipur Bracelet is by no means forgettable!!

I decided to give this a chance in Miami through mid June and July. 87 to 98 F /30 to 35 C degrees and 76% humidity, where this "little inoffensive" floral blooms and gains quite a bit of character! No longer the meek little clean "sort of oriental" flower I had smelled in much cooler and dry temperature.

If you like florientals, and live in trully warm / tropical climate, this is a terrific choice, as it will never get cloying, but it will still have a presence, while retaining a little bit of that elusive sense of cleanliness in the summer.

I love this at the dry down stage! I picked this up for a song at fragrancenet. This fragrance to me, is better in really hot weather than: Bulgari's Omnia Indian Garnet and Lalique L'amour. (Both fresh florials appropriate for summer, but they don't hold a candle to Jaipur Bracelet in terms of sophistication or presence).

Projection: moderate (arms length)
Sillage: During the first 1.5 hrs of wear
Longevity: In hot and humid weather, the sillage lasts approx. 3 hours, then the fragrance retreats into a skin scent, where it becomes sweeter, and lasts approximately 3 hours more.

Estela B

There's something in this perfume that usually I cannot stand in other fragrances but here it so well balanced, high quality floral, nothing ordinary. I have to say that Boucheron is always surprising me, their scents are well polished and are always one step away from common stuff. beautiful!

bouquetbuff

I experience this as a spicy, oriental floral. Do not experience is as green at all! No resemblance to Jaipur. Pleasant, not apt to offend. An occasional change for me on days that I want a hint of sophistication or allure.

anilinam

Pretty, office friendly fragrance.
Won't offend anybody, but forgettable.

senalica

This perfume doesn't mess around - it hits you with strong floral notes and they are quite intense. There is sweetness also, mixed with some spices, but this sweetness is.. well, mature and grown up I guess.. This scent is not exactly girly - it is feminine and reminds me of the past generation perfumes - strong and confident. It really is a beautiful floral with depth and layers that show as the perfume develops on the skin. Decent sillage and longevity.

Soofiya

I found it highly discounted(32$ for 100 mil bottle is exactly half it's normal price)so I had to give it a try.I expected to dislike it.I don't like pure poison,I hate green, herbal scents and the only notes I actually don't dislike are hyacinth, iris and cashmeran.I was shocked to see that I like it!
I couldn't detect any of the listed notes.the only thing I was smelling was a fresh floral bouquet, pleasant but not a generic floral.I could see something green in it,but not grassy or herbal.it just smells like a cool, sunny spring day in nature.aura of fresh flowers and their stems in a breeze
I can't say that I loved it but I liked it very much.another reason for my like was that it remained stronger than other perfumes I tried at the same time.while all the other ones turned to a faint, non descript scent, boucheron bracelet was still wafting, lively and pleasant.it was a floral scent with a soul
I'm mad at myself that I didn't buy it at last.I was thinking what if I find it too green and leafy after some time and couple of other pointless what ifs.I wished I could change my almost unused bottle of miss boucheron with a bottle of this pure scent of nature and spring.although not a love for me,I can't stop thinking about it.it's ageless and I think it deserves to be more popular.it can be a classic after years passed
If you're looking for a high quality floral scent give it a try
BTW I recently dislike lily of the valley and my nose is very sensitive to this note(also petitgreen)but they didn't bother me,didn't even showup on me

Andreab969

Boucheron... is there anything they've done that I don't love? I think not! I bought Braclelet because I was in mourning for Saphir Jaipur... one of three fragrances I cannot be without for many years!its not Saphir, but it is a lovely scent. Newbie I can't break down the ingredients but the sum is a beautiful experience. Bring back Saphir, Boucheron!

miu

Blind buy...I just can't leave discounted perfume spend their days on the shelves. Freedom for perfume!
I didn't do too much of a research on this perfume, just looked at fragrantica description, which gave me a promise of something exciting. I am not entirely sure it is very green perfume, maybe fresh spicy would be a good description.
It somehow strangely resembles a pandora bracelet in terms of having so many different sparkly notes (flowers, herbs, citrus) being held together with a thin thread of a spicy sophistication going around.
I am happy with the longevity and it is suitable to wear both for work and more special occasion.

Avalionia

Very nice, elegant floral fragrance. Little bit underrated in my country, but definitely worth a try.

meliecat

It was a blind buy - obviously if you see the name `Boucheron`, you just want it..It didn`t really give me that `kick` I was expecting though. I can smell all the flowers in there alright, there`s a bit of cedar/cypress, but somehow it just becomes too powdery on me at one point..Reminds me a bit of Jesus del Pozo`s In White to a certain extent! A friend pointed out that it`s sweet enough, but something about it is`almost grandma` no matter how nice it smells..I`m wearing it for work now, and got a few compliments - mainly from men, which is a good thing! It`s a nice scent all in all, just somehow too powdery for me..So I defo won`t buy another bottle after it`s gone. The bottle looks lovely though,no doubt.

EDIT: After long observation I realized that what I get most here is carnation and cypress/cedar, a bit of cashmeran (although it`s more musky) and hyacinth, and something citrusy gives it a slight sourness too. On me the rest of the notes disappear or fade into the background. If I was to pick something similar in class - NOT in the actual smell! - I would say I get the same kick out of Avon`s Far Away. Grown up, romantic and pretty, but just a teeny-tiny bit too reminiscent of something I`m not just yet..

PastelMoon

I would describe it as sweet and green. Yes, indeed quite similar to PP, a perfume that is far from appealing to me. However, despite the similarities of the two, JB is really rather attractive. It just gives off this sweet and elegant femininity without being heady or annoying.
It is not what I usually reach for, but from time to time I appreciate its 'sugared grass' effect on my skin.

bren400

This fragrance is unlike anything I've ever smelt. It's definitely not my type of style, though. It is TRULY a fresh spicy scent is all I can describe. On to the next Boucheron hunt for me.

Pimpernell

A lovely fresh floral with a wonderful dry down. Love it. Lasts for 6-7 hours on my skin.

Eicher

A lovely greeny-woody scent. Starts with a strong lilly-of-the-valley combination with bitter orange. Then it softens to lemon verbena, basil and petit-grain. On me, the bitter orange comes out pretty strongly, which I don't mind. I still can smell it much later, when the perfume dried down towards cashmere (mainly), iris and cypress.

If you like greeny scents, or even woody, give it a try. Flower notes are not dominant; don't expect a flowery scent, nor a powdery because of the iris.

In my opinion this can suit perfectly for business purpose and/or in Autumn/wintertime. I recommand it for 25+.
Sillage and longevity are well proportioned.
Sillage: within an arm length.
Longevity: 4-6 hours (I sprayed only one time on my whistle).

Kittycat63

Wow, I can't believe that anyone would compare this perfume to Pure Poison! To me they smell entirely different and, as someone else has pointed out, they only seem to share one note in common! Personally, I wouldn't compare these two perfumes similarly in a million years and it may be misleading to someone who might want to make a blind buy to do that.

Pure Poison to my nose is a lot heavier and more sultry, whereas Jaipur Bracelet is softer, more powdery and more 'demure', if that's the word!

I've tested Jaipur Bracelet a couple of times in department stores and like it enough to be considering buying a reasonably priced bottle of it from a perfume website as it's about half the price, or even less, of what it costs in department stores.

I think this makes a nice, very wearable anytime, anywhere kind of perfume for someone who doesn't like to be suffocated by stinkbomb perfumes! Also, it's wearable for women of any age in my opinion and doesn't smell overly young or 'old' - it's ageless.

I think I'm going to order that bottle of it now actually ! !

UPDATE: Tee, hee . . . . I have ordered my bottle of this and can't wait to get it!

nikoleta1

Not soapy, not powdery, floral , light , neutral and not offensive, just what I need for warm weather. Nice blind pick, will enjoy it for a while. I smell a touch of musk in base, top and middle are soft floral.
This perfume has ozonic feel too.

Nikkafragrance

Powdery powder! It's too soapy on me and actually nothing unique. I expected it to be fresh and floral, got a winter scent instead.

w_nmbo

Just after spraying the smell is soapy and sharp.
After a while it is a fresh, clean scent.
In the end - the drydown is very powdery and quite pretty, but also quite... harsh?

And I somehow agree with ScarlettX - It is not easy-going, it is mature, it is sophisticated.

Also it is powdery, and the powder is something that I haven't got used to yet.

lalondem

How can this really smell anything like Pure Poison when there is only one ingredient that is the same- the orange....???

JaxTheMinx

I bought a huge bottle of EDP on sale. I had to wear it a few times before I was convinced that I like it. Now I know I'll buy it again. It's a gorgeous daytime fragrance for spring/summer/at the office I think. It's non-offensive but smells gorgeous. Men won't jump your bones though. It's not sultry but rather innocent. I'll need to give Pure Poison a sniff again to compare the similarities. When I think Poison I think dark, sultry and dramatic.

loischanricky

A very lovely, elegant and a little bit of feminine scent for young women (17 years old ~ 35 years old).
It's not the stupid girly or too-sexy-I-want-to-eat-you-alive kind of feminine perfume, it's just a very nice, soft and easy to wear scent.
Good for daily use, especially in spring.

ScarlettX

Definitely an elegant smelling feminine fragrance!
Floral and green, I like how lily of the valley smells elegant in it. It has some floral bitterness, but not too much for my taste.
This is the one to wear when you are more elegantly dressed and possibly better as an evening scent.
It's not fresh or sweet, not easy-going in my opinion.
I consider it mature and sophisticated.

LadyPilot

This really is a gem, as no other perfume smells like this. Pure Poison develops differently and is more predictable and linear, while J.B. surprises with every minute/quarter/hour. From an initially pink, girly scent it soon develops into a most mature, feminine, elegant, floral-oriental beauty that should by no means be taken for granted. I hope it remains on the market forever.

Nurse Feratu

This seems to be a love it or "meh" it perfume and luckily for me I love it! The opening is slightly abrasive and bug spray like but after 10 seconds it develops into a lovely sweet floral. Like other reviewers have mentioned the floral notes do seem a bit nondescript, but I find them lovely nonetheless. What makes this a love and not just a like for me is the final drydown, it turns into a creamy, buttery floral with a distinct candied resin accord. I seem to be the only one that detects this balsamic, aromatic character but maybe it's my unique skin chemistry that brings it out. Thankfully, none of the powdery iris ever intensifies more than a slight wisp, just enough to add a bit of airy lightness. If you spray it lavishly it gets rather heavy and really boosts the projection/sillage and longevity. Maybe this isn't the most exotic perfume but it has a full lushness and balminess that will have me reaching for it regularly. I'd dub it an easy-to-wear, office-friendly scent and that may be why some folks poo-poo it, preferring more quixotic, unusual blends. I love those too but it's good to have at least a few friendly crowd pleasers in your wardrobe.

Sweelty

Jaipur Bracelet does smell pretty close to Dior Pure Poison. Though Dior's dry down smells better on me. I think Bracelet is closer to Pure Poison than Jezus del Pozo In White. Anyway, I do enjoy Bracelet and consider it a good blind buy:)

Reese1861

A favorite of mine! :)

victoria.mei1992

I really get like very light cypress and maybe lemon verbena at the beginning. For my dissapointment - no lily of the valley. :( Dry down is like creamy cashmeran and maybe iris? Very vintage, like old lipstick, very powdery and kinda sweet powdery boiled carrots. I think it's iris. I didn't like it cause I bought it for lily of the valley, and they weren't there.

Marie76

It opens up very light and flowery, and then, when you think it's gone, these " cashmere" warm and musky, sensual wave starts enveloping you...although I'm not impressed by the smells themselves, it's the perfume developing on your skin that sells this for me... Beautiful.

victoria.mei1992

Top note: Petitgrain - verbena - basil - violet leaf
Median note: carnation flower - hyacinth - lily of the valley
Base notes: cypress - kashmeran - Iris

There are no bitter orange.

Blondine28

Sort of innocent smell. Not really that fatale as you may expect from Boucheron typical smells. Not bad tho

possession83

Very classy perfume with good sillage and decent longevity. It's like you'd smell a huge spring bouquet of flowers with a hint of something powdery. One of my favourites. Also the bottle is beautiful.

nitschevo

Pure elegance in a bottle. A silk or chiffon dress, sandals, jewelry ah... and the bottle! To my nose this is floral green with a touch of powder that keeps it from being sharp. And with me loving this one I think it is evident that I love LOTV. Love, love, love!

Very versatile and a year round frag in my opinion. Boucheron has some great fragrances that are worth a try! This one is now off my test and onto my want list! :)

Kanz Oman

This is a much lighter version of pure poison. citrusy & more fresh, pp is deep & heavy. Love them both.

schamberae

Oooh Jaipur, how I love Thee..what an elegant perfume. smell of very shopisticated lady like a princess. I could find a little similarity with Roberto cavalli Acqua..maybe I'm wrong. but this is exactly amazing scent. well done xoxo

elena.andonova

This was a blind buy for me and I am still attentively listening to the voice of this frag in each of its phases.
For me the beginning is pretty sharp with LoV being most noticeable. I can see where the comparison with Yves Rocher's Desir de Nature comes from - it's the loud LoV presence which I am not in love with.
Past those initial notes however, the fragrance changes into something I really enjoy. A fresh floral with a bit of sweetness, just enough to make it a rather good perfume to wear in hot weather.

Edit: Jaipur Bracelet has grown on me. Absolutely love it!

genny17

If you are looking for an elegant floral with woodsy undertones, this is perfect. Honestly I don't quite get the comparison with Pure Poison, which I owned. This is more subtle, there are no domineering floral note in Bracelet, contrary to the Dior..I do detect the petit grain, it has an aromatic vibe, when the Dior was purely a bright floral...but Benhaim being the nose behind the twos, maybe they have distant similarities, just not obviously..
Nonentheless it is a classy scent, casual yet with a touch of class..nice Boucheron. There is a time and place for that elegant feminine scent!

Roshap

Personally, I think the comparisons to Pure Poison are overstated. PP is creamier and much more of a white floral, with a tiny bit of starchiness. Having said that, I enjoy Jaipur Bracelet and find its longevity to be quite impressive. I agree with the previous reviewer that it borders on unisex.
Very much like Jasmin Noir, after an hour or two, the floral notes are almost gone, leaving several more hours of lightly musky, woody base.

Housebliss

I have a tendency to buy female fragrances once in a while, just because I want something new. Considering I like Boucheron Homme and Jaïpur Homme so much, why not try a female version.

On my skin it smells like a glorious soap. It's sweet, but not too sweet. I love the interplay of florals in this, and it's a very comforting scent. My first reaction was rose, but that's not listed as a note. I even get tonka (!).

I asked the two girls working there to smell my wrist (they know who I am, and never try to sell me anything). They both thought it smelled really good on my skin.

Although this is a fragrance for a woman, this smells way more unisex than most unisex niche fragrances I've tried. When it comes to niche, I always feel the unisex scents are (mostly) too feminine.

If you're looking for a slightly sweet, soapy floral, you should definitely try this.

I'd also recommend not spraying more than twice. One spray actually seems to be sufficient. Furthermore, I'd spray from a distance so that the scent doesn't get too concentrated on your skin.

I really like it, and I feel like this could work well any season.

Arlene-Beatrix

I like this fragrance, even if it has green notes on the top. It is elegant, ladylike, not grassy at all. However, at some point I can smell also powdery iris that is not my cup of coffee.

gracenote-floralspice

I have just bought this - rather ordered it. After reading reviews here it still was a blind buy. I think it is an absolutely wonderful daytime fragrance. I get the reviewers that claim it is a watered down version of Pure Poison. There is for me merely an element of pure poison. Perhaps it is the fact that both Jaipur Bracelet and Pure poison use some Orange and bitter orange respectively. Based on the notes listed and fragrance descriptions, the fragrances are different. I concede that they could be from a similar family. To me Pure Poison has a "Whiter" smell. Jaipur Bracelet has something white and green to be experienced, perhaps it is the Basil? Even the lemon verbena?? It is a sparkling crisp fragrance with something woody and perhaps spicy? Though the Florals and green herbs dominate here.
Jaipur Bracelet is perfect for summer days!
Classy. Great job Boucheron

SeleneHdez

Por lo visto no soy la única; se parece a pure poison; aun sin tener coincidencia en notas; me gusto mucho. Es mas amaderada.

mippymuppett

I know I sound like a broken record about Boucheron frags but I love this one too. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful lovely green floral. The beginning is so fresh and pretty...very green but not grass or weeds. The LOTV is gorgeous. It's strong though so if you're not a fan of Lily of the Valley I would spray lightly. This beautiful perfume has amazing longevity and silage!!!

Again, I wouldn't worry about what "age" this is or isn't appropriate for. This is Boucheron after all and they have done an amazing job designing and blending this little beauty. This scent is elegant, timeless & beautiful!!! A wonderful choice for when you want to wear something that will make you feel chic!!

A.M.H.2

I finally got through all the reviews! I agree with melia, Elenkina, vardin30, swedishclare, Tara_Dan, notmenoeb and Museumgal. I was at the mall looking for a fragrance to gift to my mother and sister. This was the perfect safe choice. I got the box with the shower gel and the body lotion. It's a delicate berry floral to me, not offensive at all, which makes it a suitable and very nice day time fragrance. It's soft, not too strong, both sillage and longevity are moderate. It's a good perfume to be worn in the morning to work, and doesn't bother people in small or closed places. I agree it's a softer version of Burberry London and CD Pure Poison, or you might say they come from the same family!

macheprofumo

Love It. A modern floral deep fragrance that lasts and is unique. Not another perfume like it on the market. High quality. Not for everyone. Along the lines of Dior's Original Poison in term of character and who should be wearing it.

Makica

I tried this one today at Sephora. Ok...first impression was Pure Poison...but I was missing something..the Bracelet itself! And I decided - you must have it. After 8 hours still present and it makes me satisfied... there is something ... I can smell it!

Jenge

Inoffensive, light, citrus floral. Reminded me of Mariah Carey Luscious Pink, but lighter. A very safe summery scent.

Mozartiana

Watered-down version of Pure Poison. Buy the real thing.

Museumgal

This one is nice, inoffensive, extremely well blended -- but so well blended it's hard to sniff the individual florals. It makes it a bit boring smelling I'm afraid as there's nothing that stands out as the star note. Beautiful but not very memorable, if that makes sense. Tad formal, good for a formal daytime event.

This is a very nice, well blended fragrance. It has a luminous, floral feel to it, I love that it is floral and a bit sweet but at the same time it is very classy. Jaipur bracelet is far from being a simple floral fragrance, it is a very soft and classy floral fragrance being light and sensual at the same time. The lasting power is great [as it lasts more than 6 hours in the EDP concentration]. To this I must add another aspect which is essential for a fragrance I wear in the summer - it does not change its smell in the heat and on a sweaty skin - which are two great strengths of this lovely scent. Perfect for a romantic person who loves luminous floral fragrances in the summer. it is to some extent similar to Nina Ricci's Premier jour, but this is far less powdery and much softer. I hope it will be available for long as it is my alltime favourite summer fragrance.

This has my favourites - iris and violets - but it doesn't make me want to buy it for the juice. The flacon is beautiful like other Boucheron scent containers but not worth it if I won't be using the juice. The scent is floral with crisp citrus to keep it fresh and light. Beautiful light pink juice though I don't know if that changes over time. I think this is suited for younger elegant women in their twenties who want something other than the gourmands.

Romantic, classy, ladylike. Very similar to Pure Poison, but they are not identical. Pure Poison is Snow Queen, whereas Jaipur Bracelet is Snow White.

Regardless of the notes, Jaipur Bracelet is not overly green. I can clearly smell the cashmeran. The perfume has sweet and warm undertones that soften its green nature and give the impression that you're smelling white flowers, orange blossom in particular.

As I absolutely adore Pure Poison, all Pure Poison smell-alikes are "must haves" for me. Decide for yourself whether you need both of them. After all, it's an elegant blend of flowers in which the beautiful hyacinth stands out the most.

Tara_Dan

Tested this recently, and it's a pretty fragrance - gentle white flowers wafting along. I didnt get all the others herbs and leafy things, but I thought I got a little peach in the opening, though clearly I was wrong in deciphering the note.

I'm not sure if it's too much like London, which is one of my favourites. But I can't be too sure of this. It was just one little spray on my wrist.

EDIT: One day later and I could still get a strong whiff off the paper strip. The drydown is gorgeous! Need to try this again.

AAAND EDIT again: I take it back. Tried this again. It does bear resemblance to London

good for summer day times... light & sweet

I had lot of expectation from this recent venture from a Jewelry house which has a strong connection with my home country, India and has come with some pretty good perfumes like Jaipur in the past. Strangely, I do not find much similarity with Jaipur which was a favorite of my mom. On the other hand, the top note is pretty similar to Dior Pure Poison but luckily its dry down is much more wearable and lush.
Lily of the valley is one of my favorite note but I am pretty hard to please on that category. Most of the perfumes tends to screech LoV instead of singing a melody as it should. Jaipur Bracelet's triumph is exactly in that forte.
Jaipur Bracelet has excellent longevity on me which gives me enough time to enjoy its beautiful powdery iris dry down tinged with woodsy dryness.
Verdict: Had to get a whole bottle after relishing the free sample for 3 days back to back! Mr. Benaim nailed it again! (I loved Armani's Code and CK's Euphoria)

I tried this and loved it. Read the reviews here and read that it smells like Pure Poison and Burberry London. I hadn't realised - duh! But it so does! No wonder I love it! Slightly different, but not enough to justify me buying it until I've finished my current bottle of Burberry London which is my signature fragrance. I was going to replace it with Pure Poison but I think Jaipur Bracelet has the edge.

Just seen the nose behind this perfume, Carlos Benaim, also created Pure Poison......

Lovejaiphursaphir

VIOLET VIOLET VIOLET too sweet for me

sofiebgoode

To me, this is Pure Poison and Anaïs Anaïs combined. And it takes the unpleasant edge out of both. Best of both worlds. It can have an unpleasant edge of its own though, it's very easy to use too much.

vivik

lovely, so different from my mom´s original jaipur, but it´s practically gone a few seconds after it leaves the bottle...

Espi

What a pleasant surprise: green florals (muguet!) livened up by herbs and then a cashmerean wood drydown. Just one night earlier I had put on ALien Essence absolue which shares this woodsy/musky note and wasn't impressed. This combination on the other hand is a winner!
Apparently Jaipur itself is no longer available, but according to the reviews I need not to be too sorry about it, this flanker is doing a great job.
Only have a sample, but I can see myself buying a decant in the future (no FB for this girl!)

luxurylover

I smelled this today and smells similar to Hypnotic Poison..

reborn

to me it doesnt smell like pure poison.Bright white flower with dominant hyacinth note

swedishclare

I just found my sample of this at the bottom of a drawer, tried it and immediately smelled sugared red berries - which I'm still getting on the dry down. It's a lovely, spring like scent - light, but bears no relation to the notes I see listed here. No white flowers, nothing really green, perhaps carnation, maybe some iris... but definitely a whole load of berries. I guess it's my skin though I do see that others have also found red berries in it. One for spring afternoons for me!

missmywhite

Tried my sample from the department store today, and had to scrub it off right away. It smells like an unwashed sweater that's been sitting in a closet for years, after being sprayed with many different perfumes. Sounds like it could just be my skin though - so many scents just don't sit well on me.

busik

Really thin but bright flowers in the beginning, and recalled to base cream, but it is worthy of the latest innovations.

vicka16

Such a delicat, sensual and lovely perfume! The opening is floral and slightly citrus, very delicat. But half an hour later it smelled exactly like Pur Poison. It's not necessary a good thing, because I already have CD. But still, I love them both.

laetitiavp

I doubted Jaipur Bracelet and Pure Poison could be similar. How can two fragrances with so different notes smell the same? This is a mystery to me. Or an olfactive illusion.... But I tested them on both wrists on saturday. Indeed they are very similar in the top notes. I couldn't tell the one from the other at first.
I'm not very good at describing fragrances. The only thing I know is that Pure Poison has always made me nauseous when it dries down whereas Jaipur Bracelet doesn't at all and is pure sophisticated seduction in a bottle...
There is obviously something that disturbs me in Pure Poison. Jaipur Bracet remains fresher, greener and probably more linear... perfect for me!

Edit: What is strange is that I generally don't like lily of the valley but mixed with verbena it's a wonderful combination.

mara_g

A slightly greener Pure Poison thanks to the lemon verbena and cypress . Quite lovely :)

vincy_gal

Well this is an enigma for me. Based on the notes I would normally give this a pass. For one thing, does hyacinth or iris even have a scent? I thought these two flowers were pretty un-scented. And lily of the valley...well, I always seem to equate this flower with old lady perfumes...guess I grew up with 'muguet de bois' and can't get beyond that.

ANYWAYS, as I was sashaying past the Boucheron counter, one of the sales ladies pounced on me and asked me if I wanted to try it. Being the polite thing that I am (haha) I said sure why not...on paper first just in case it was stinky. WELL!! Knock me overand call me Susan! It was totally unlike what I thought it would be! No sickly sweet lily of the valley, no piney mossy cleaner scent...just a lovely, fresh floral that is feminine and subtle enough to wear to work. This is definitely a try again and may make it to my wish list! So the lesson here is, don't let the notes put you off....give this one a try ladies!

saguna

The drydown is very powdery, it doesn't remind me of any perfume and for me it's unique. I agree it's suitable for 30+ person.
It has very good longevity and good sillage.
Some ladies find it too strong on the opening notes, but it quickly sit down to something more poudre and musky. I love it.

antonpan

Jaipur Bracelet is a younger version of Dior Pure Poison. They have the similar base with white flowers and a big amount of orange blossom. Jaipur in its turn is fruitier, more citrusy and sounds like a juicy variation of the same theme.

perilandia

Smells like Pure Poison... is almost the same perfume.

vardin30

The truth- it smells just like London by Burbery to me!
Same kind of bitter/sweet aroma. I love love love London!

d.a.kilic

Soft, feminine, poudré and flowery. Similar to Cerruti 1881, which was a perfume that I also loved, but Jaipur Bracelet is softer, more feminine.

JodieW1992

Slightly similar to Cerruti 1881 in my opinion!

Elenkina

I absolutely in love with this fragrance! On me it smells of wild strawberries!

Coutureguru

Different and totally fabulous!
I went out on a little testing mission this afternoon (bad idea it being Saturday!!) initially only to try some Guerlain frags. I didn't realise that the first store I went to doesn't carry Guerlain, and disheartened I strolled around rejecting all the usual gumph until I spied this glorious pink bottle lurking on the bottom shelf of a display case.
A faintly herbal and very fresh opening quickly subsides to really high quality muguet and orris. The remarkable note here, however, is the sparkling violet leaf (reminding me a touch of Grey Flannel) wending it's way all the way down into the superb Cypress base.
I'm afraid I didn't wait around long enough to truly appreciate this beauty! I should've snapped it up immediately.
Gents, look past the 'pinkness' of this one and try it ... it makes a lovely change from the rest of the boring masculine fare out there!

Update:
It's official ... I'm seriosly in love with this fragrance!! Bought it today ... definitely one to lay a stock of in.

melia

It's so odd how the nose in combination with the mind can deceive one so much! I just got a dozen of sprays over me a few hours ago by the sales assistant (first time that a sales assistant wasn't sorry at all to 'spill' so much over me!). In the beginning it's sweet, then it settles down into something slightly more floral, which my nose detected as a 'pure poison note'. Actually, to me jaipur bracelet smells a lot like pure poison with warm sweet red berries. So I did not expected any of the notes listed here!! But I like this version of Jaipur, it's very wearable, also for younger women, but it does not smell 'juvenile' at all. I also get the feeling men will like this, since I had the idea some heads did turn when I passed by.... And maybe that's just my imagination, but in the end that doesn't matter, because jaipur bracelet simply makes me feel good!

vickydu55

I tested this one yesterday,I agree with ralucucky. But I must say it felt right on my skin, soft and feminine, my husband liked it (doesn't happen very often !). Also, I am able to stand it whereas I couldn't bear the original Jaïpur, which gave me headache and real nausea !

deny

I was yesterday to test some new perfumes, and I came home very disappointed! I smelled Opium Vapeur de perfume, Aqua Orients and this one and all of them are a big disappointment for me! Here is nothing special, a generic smell!:(((

ralucucky

Just nice. Nothing special. It reminds me of many other fragrances.

DianaMaria

..it's like a ...strong flower...
