Miu Miu L’Eau Rosée by Miu Miu is a Floral fragrance for women. Miu Miu L’Eau Rosée was launched in 2018. Miu Miu L’Eau Rosée was created by Daniela (Roche) Andrier and Pierre Aulas. Top notes are Cassis, Bergamot, Lime and Lemon; middle notes are Lily-of-the-Valley, Peony, Rose, Peach and Pear; base notes are White Musk, Sandalwood and Vanilla.

Miu Miu presents Miu Miu L’Eau Rosée in early 2018, as a flanker of the original Miu Miu fragrance from 2015.

"Created by perfumer Daniela Andrier, the juice is a soft floral created from lily of the valley and cassis buds, tightly wrapped in notes of sophisticated musk. The effect is freshness encapsulated. As its name suggests, L’Eau Rosée is dewy and alive, a brand new olfactory chapter that stays true to the youthful yet erudite Miu Miu story."

It is available as a 30, 50 and 100 ml EDT.

Miu Miu L’Eau Rosée is pink champagne, cassis & sparkling, sharp citrus. The sandalwood & musk base is a soft landing- and feminine- but not powdery.

This one is a LOVE for me. The rose is subtle- and more of a pink undertone to the bergamot zest heart. It’s sophisticated, floral, garden fresh.

I really appreciate a scent in this class that can give excellent silage & longevity- as I’ve fallen for so many similar beautiful fragrances that fade on the hour.

A 9/10. I got this mini as part of a set- and I want a full bottle.

It's August 1990 and you are fifteen years old. Your summer so far has been spectacular-- lots of listening to Guns-n-Roses with your besties by the river, reading Seventeen magazine, hanging out at the mall, and drinking wine coolers pilfered from the local 7-11. The summer would have been perfect if only you could have seen your best friend's handsome and rebellious older brother just a little more often. You thought that maybe you'd caught him looking at you a little more intensely than he used to this summer, a little shyness crossing his face. You hoped it wasn't just your imagination. As you opened another fashion magazine and swiped the perfume sample of Giorgio Beverly Hills Red down your wrist, you decided that the next time you saw him you were going to find a way to get him to kiss you. After all, there was still time to have the perfect summer before school started up again.

Starts promising but end up being sickening scrub off, I felt sick from stomach, I guess some chemical just didn’t sit well with me.

Violinist

I wanted to adore this one—bought a test size and tried it yesterday. Fell in love with the scent until it dried down for an hour. Headache chemical smell … I guess that is always the risk. Some perfumes are not great on your skin. Floral with a quirky bite. Not sure where the bite is coming from, but there is definitely something amiss with my skin.

Heavenly Heather

A citrusy zingy rose with a touch of green. I can definitely detect some LOTV which I adore. This is fresh and clean smelling. Would make a great scent for the spring or summer. It’s girly, playful and non offensive. Lasts about 3-4 hours on my skin but lingers longer on my clothing. I don’t know if I’d say it’s a safe blind buy but I would recommend testing it out.

Addict2Perfume

Miu Miu L’Eau Rosée has this fruity fizzy top note that definitely makes me picture pink champagne. I think the rose is sweetened up by the peach and pear. The lily of the valley adds a cool green freshness while still complimenting the floral top notes. I am a fan of the original and this flanker still has the signature lily of the valley of the smell, while being sweeter and more femme! It’s a win for me, very Parisian!

hsiangchi.huang

I love this version of Miu Miu a lot, more than the original for sure. This is 90% similar to the original, but better and more mature/feminine.

It's a tart/fresh/green/spring rose. Suitable for a beautiful classy woman, and sillage is beast mode. HOWEVER, I'm selling my bottle because I don't reach for it enough (got way too many perfumes)... dm me if you're interested and also based in Canada.

NDStars

First blast of sharp screechy rose and peaches. Sweet and intense for the first minute and then softens to a more delicate pink and white floral that's still sweet but at least not screechy. A warmer musk starts to bloom after a while, bringing depth to all that airy sweet floral. Overall, it's charming but generic, just an inoffensive youthful fruity floral. Feminine and best for spring.

6+ hours: A faint floral sweetness is barely there.

TheMunchkinlander

I really wanted to love this fragrance, being a fan of the OG Miu Miu and Fleur D'Argent. However I found it a bit boring. It opens with a magnificent springy splash of fruity, flowery dew. Then the dry down is peppery and musky, a bit plasticky. A delicate scent. You can pick most –if not all– of the notes if you focus, but none of them stands out on its own. Given this I have no occasion to wear it, except on days that have nothing special about them. Though I enjoy it a lot, I wish I had bought the smaller bottle.

EnergeticCrab

At first, this is light and generic, but after it settles, L'Eau Rosee transforms into something lovely. On my skin, it's the most delicate of floral with sandalwood and musk. Kind of hard to describe. I was ready to write it off at first sniff, but giving it time to develop paid off.

EllaDe7

Like it but not fresh enough for me nor floral happy. I cannot find the citrus apart from the very first whiff, more of a herbal/tea dry down.
Some rose in there but don't expect this to be a rose powerful scent.
Sophisticated, barely lasting (which I like) but dries on me as cassis leaves and no flowers.

colorfulmess

I'm noticing a trend with all the Miu Miu fragrances. The opening for about 10 minutes is great, but they all start to smell the same after a while. The DNA is a green-pepper and lily of the valley mixture that just isn't appealing to me. Eau Rosee starts off with a wonderfully rainy rose but then settles into the DNA that gives me a headache. I wish they would actually make their flankers smell like the opening notes all the way through and stop forcing this oppressive pepper muguet on us.

Soozatska

I'm confused. This is almost a very nice and fresh floral - I love the opening and the lily of the valley note. On the drydown, though, the musk starts to become sweaty and animalic. It honestly reminds me of a man's dirty laundry. The lasting power is also virtually nil, so can't say that I would recommend this. I have to sniff so hard to even detect it, it's like I'm doing a line off of my own skin LOL.

Edit: I gave my mini to my sister, and it smells divine on her! The peony-LOTV-musk accord really blooms on her. It's another case of "skin chemistry changes everything."

dglightblue

skin test, hit day.

what is so peppery in this line?? this starts off being green ish aromatic with a rosey floral fresh take on a whole.
the mid and dry down def has peppery freshness. its a teensy bit sharp on the pepper and makes my nose ... notice it.

overall a fresh, clean, semi green peppery floral. it has a brightness to it. but test the pepper, because for me thats a prominent 'overlay' for the rest of the scent.

good longevity 5 hours +
sillage arms lenght thereabouts, clothing i can still smell it whafting about

I'm an adult. The summer of Covid 2020 I bought myself a stuffed toy; a bunny named Miu Miu. One day I noticed there is also a perfume named Miu Miu. Like Alice chasing down a rabbit hole to Wonderland, read reviews and watched ads for the different Miu Miu fragrances. Discovered it was owned by the fashion house Prada. I love the bottles!

Ordered a bottle and sprayed it twice on the neck of the stuffed toy. When I smelled the bunny I buried my nose on the toy and would not let go. I breathed it in and was immediately reminded of my grandmother, as if I had just pulled out her scarf and wrapped it around me. I tried to pull out every note of that fragrance to figure out what it was that reminds me of Nonny. Finally I gave up and just lavished in feeling protected and comforted. (I think it is the musk.)

I was grateful it is an eau de toilette, grateful it is not more concentrated. I hesitantly sprayed one squirt on the back of my neck to test the chemistry with my skin. I love it. Am kind of obsessed with it. The scent lasts until I wash it off, on the bunny it lasts over a week. It is sweet, has floral notes of rose and lily of the valley, and fruity note of Ribena (cassis).

Because of this perfume I became interested in perfumes again after years of using only essential oils. Learned that Miu Miu L'eau Rosee is gentle enough for those with a sensative nose. I have a sensitive nose, Allergic Rhinitis; but this is a perfume I can tolerate and really enjoy. It's playful and creative.

Faced with going back to work with other people in a challenging environment, I will wear Miu Miu to help stay centered and grounded in my heritage, reminded of my grandmother by my side. This is a lovely fragrance and I recommend it to other people who have a sensitive nose.

Sillage projection -about 6 feet. Dry down -the musk grounds the floral. Lasts 12 hours. (Bottle from FragranceNet) 9/10

Homage

Lime juice and roses, for 10 minutes then just musk. Lasts 2 hours on me.

Nessa60

Got it for a steal at my local Burlington’s, so based on the notes decided to pick it up. Very nice Floral fragrance, non offensive. Perfect to wear in the office.. however I only get about 3 hours of wear.

MonkeyPuppet

Lovely, beautiful bottle of spring time. I saw some reviewers noted it goes well in cold weather. Here in Scotland it was 0 degrees Celcius last night so our cold, spring weather is perfect for this scent.

Opens up with a well-executed citrus, with floral notes in the background to start off until it moves into the flower bouquet. I smell the lily of the valley and the cassis. On the dry down I get a soft musk but no vanilla. There is another smell like melon maybe that makes it a very pleasant simple scent.

Nice pick-me-up for my day.

Nancy83

It's lily-of-the-valley more than anything else, I smell a bit of peony too, but no rose.

The projection starts strong and very zesty lemon lily-of-the-valley dominant, I think it can be easily overwhelming, not really my cup of tea. I found the smell better after an hour, the citrus is more blended in and calm down, the scent gets more layered and complex, with an hint of blur sweet. Then 3-4 hours later it's more moderate soft and soapier. I think the longevity is good, softer but still sniffable after 6-8 hours on me.

I found the scent fresh and cold, not musky. I wore it on a snowy day and I think it was good idea, this is not something I see myself reach on warmer days. I don't hate it, it's still in the realm of wearable and I will give it more tries, but maybe it's too floral floral for my teeth. I will finish my sample when I'm in a lily-of-the-valley floral mood, but I don't have plan on buying it and even if I love green perfumes I don't see myself trying the original either.

lunarambrosia

This is one of those fragrances that I would enjoy having a sample of or a small decant, for the occasional use. It is not exciting enough to merit purchasing, but it's pretty and ladylike, so I enjoy it. Predominantly a lily fragrance with something fruity in the back and a latent rose note that comes through in the drydown. Watery and soft, not harsh at all, which makes it feel more modern. The bottle is adorable! One of the better feminine fragrances at Sephora. Definitely appropriate for an elegant evening occasion.

mv88

This has become my favorite winter scent - - something about it just feels like a snowy night, but not in an outdoorsy way. More like you're dressed up and going out in the big city at night, and there are holiday lights everywhere and it's COLD.

To me it's not at all common - i can't think of another perfume it reminds me of. I'm kind of a perfume noob compared to most people here, but I've also spent the past 2 years sampling tons and trying to hunt down stuff that smells unique to me. Mind you, i dont have that many older scents to add to my experience, so I'm just judging on what i have found at all the major department stores, or sephora and ulta... but going by that, it smells nothing like anything else I've come across.

I get strong grapefruit and pepper notes from it, and while i may have come across other scents that also have those notes, none of them have made me go, "oh that reminds me of Miu Miu L'eau Rosee..."
In other words, if it disappeared tomorrow, I'd cry and make great efforts to figure out how to replace it.

I'm sorry I'm not very good at pointing out fragrance notes in great detail, but for me, a lot of my new obsession with perfume is about sense memories and setting a particular mood. So, my reviews here will probably always say more abstract stuff, and I'll leave the specific notes analyses to the more experienced of you! 😊

violetstorm

what a pretty delicate scent.........i was super pleased with this scent :) very girly & youthful (but any age can wear it lol )

its got a really nice delicate soft creamy powdery like dry down as well as when u first spritz it :)

very easy to wear & good for any occasion

the pretty color pink juice in the bottle is what u smell when u spritz it :)

on me it kind of reminds me of chloe's see by chloe si belle

UtCal5rn

The Miu Miu website lists the notes for L'Eau Rosée as blackcurrant, lily, and musk. I think most of those notes pictured above don't have anything to do with this perfume, and I'm glad I ignored them and went with the official notes instead when I decided to order it.

The slightly spicy lily in it reminds me a little bit of the lily in Diorissimo or Dior Lily. It comes off really green and peppery in this scent too. It's not sweet or fruity at all. It's a beautiful light and crisp scent, dewy without being aquatic, and fresh at the same time. It's a good floral fragrance to wear in cool weather when you're not in the mood to wear the more dark, spicy fruity, or gourmand scents that are often typical for that time of year. I think it might be overwhelmed a bit by the 100 degree heat when Summer really gets underway here. It generally lasts about 4-6 hrs on my skin which isn't too bad for an EDT in my opinion. It lasts a bit longer on my hair and sweater.

I understand the confusion a lot of people seem to have about the name but this is NOT a rose fragrance, it is named rosée as in "pink" -- similar to the earlier Miu Miu release of L'Eau Bleue (blue). The pink bottle is just so pretty!

I had the chance to try all the perfumes by Miu Miu and this is my favourite. It is a safe fragrance/purchase to consider, quite airy, for a floral one....I think it is very suitable for Spring and Summer use due to its light composition. At the beginning, at the very first application it is quite strong but as time goes by, it settles down and becomes mellower. The duration of the fragrance is about average, around 4 hours, which is ok for a Spring/Summer fragrance....Although, I wish it was more...... To my surprise, it strongly reminds me of another old, discontinued, favourite perfume of mine, Azzura by Azzaro. (I know this is quite usual in perfumery but indeed, both of them, they have many notes in common.....).

gtabasso

Pretty and light for spring; office safe; goes on a sweet, fruity rose but not jammy at all. There's musk and sandalwood in the drydown. Lasts about 4-5 hours on my skin as a skin scent after the drydown but about arm distance upon application. I doused in it with the splash bottle.

Treslicious

Very very light and airy. It’s a perfume I can truly pour on myself and not worry about being offensive. It’s more like a cologne than EDP. You get a little of fruity sweetness and bitterness from flower petals. Peony is definitely the key player in this. I don’t get as much of the grassy notes from lily of the valley either. It’s a lot lighter than the first miu miu, which’s a lot greener, and the second one, which’s a lot fruitier. One thing for certain is that this is not a rose scent. I believe rosee also means something else than rose. Don’t get this if you hate smell of flowers. Also pass if you have a taste for strong perfumes. I’m in my late 20 and have simple style. This one suites me the most out of all the other miu miu out there.

Rozan

Very delicate aroma, fresh, spring - summer. Peony in a pleasant, non-tiring version, the freshness of lily of the valley, a delicate rose and currant leaf, broken by a subtle, barely perceptible sweetness. At this stage, the aroma is fresh and rejuvenating. White musk and sandalwood appear. The composition becomes a little soapy, as if someone added cosmetics for babies, thanks to which the composition loses all the charm.

Elisabeth M.

The combination of peonies and lily of the valley gives this fragrance a dewy floral vibe. In one way this is a modern 21st century scent but with a unique vintage twist.

aqua76239

I got a sample with my Sephora play box also. I get lot of peony which is one of my favorite florals so that was nice and rose here is not stark medicinal kind. I think its a nice fresh floral that seems rather youthful. I am not really into florals so its nice if you are into that sort of thing. Its a bit common smelling and I am pretty sure I smelled similar scents before, but as far as fresh florals go, its nice if not ground breaking

maatgirl

I got a sample of this in a Sephora Play! box this month; I love rose perfumes, so naturally I was very curious about this one. I really like Miu Miu, so this flanker did not disappoint. I get the freshness and the green-ness; the lily of the valley co-stars with the rose. It is a very pleasant warm weather fragrance; it isn't overpowering in the least.
Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last long either. About 4 hours tops and there's no trace of it left. It's a shame, because it's a sweet, romantic, light take on a rose scent that, with a little more intensity and longevity, could have been a full-bottle contender.

DulciusExAsperis

Wearing a sample today!
Light, rosey, really leaning heavily on the sparkly peony top notes.

This is part of a whole fleet of peony-forward light fragrances that have come out in the last few years.

One might say that peony is the pumpkin spice of fragrances these days. I mean... it's basic. It's Becky. It's everywhere. But regardless of what you think of its ubiquity, it's popular because it smells pretty good. So if you like it, you like it.

It's enjoyable but utterly forgettable. Fun and light, without enough personality to really love it or hate it.

I'll use up my sample, but this really does smell like every other mainstream release of the last couple of years.

Virgoesque

I got a sample of this last night and applied it this morning. It opens very fresh and sparkly rose on my skin and quickly dries down to something more akin to a creamy floral second skin. I really am not familiar with lily of the valley, and that may be what I'm smelling...not sure! It's sweet (in a floral way) and definitely growing on me. I may purchase this for myself as a Mother's Day treat...I really like it and the bottle is so pretty too! Longevity seems good.

Edit: It's a few days later and my boyfriend got a whiff of this on me and said, "Now THAT's peppery!" Ummm...wait...what?!? I guess I didn't recognize the peppery aspect of the flowers. Regardless, I'm still a fan of this scent!

Edit again: I got a new sample of this from Sephora, because I really wanted to be sure before purchasing and I'm now getting a lot of pepper. It's really too much for my taste, but I love the opening. Bottom line, this perfume vaguely reminds me of Anais Anais but with pepper.

JenJones28

The opening of this is amazing. I love it so much. But after the top note fades I’m not sure how I feel about this. I almost bought it but I asked for a sample instead. I’m going to wear this over the next few days and form my opinion.

genny17

You have here a pretty scent, like the nose knows how to create! Feminine rose scent, I petsonnally don't find it overly spicy, but it is a bit pepeery..it is fresh and smooth, dewy sweet almost.without being overwelmigly old fashioned ..like rose scents can be at times..on a spring day, this is lovely..I don't know what else to say, this is pleasant and elegant..and develops nicely from fresh floral to softer and warm..it isn't fleeting, it is a solid nice perfume with nice longevity.

SmellMe2017

I love the rose note in this but overall this is far too peppery for me. It’s a spicy rose without the softness I prefer.

mutintabailey

This just vanishes, smells lovely and fresh rose is beautiful and peony, it just disappears to a skin scent most certainly not worth the money for the way it projects.
Reminds me of a deodorant freshness and you have to have your nose pressed again you're skin to smell it within 30 minutes just no projection and development is merely gone within 45 minutes to an hour.
The toilette does not command the price tag

nadiadncr

I got a travel size spray and like others have said I do smell peaches and roses but in a fresh way. My clothes and hair smell lovely and the smell stays. On my skin after a few hours it's close to the skin so it doesn't project much. Overall a very nice fresh fragrance that gives you the I just got out of the shower soapy quality.

Afryka

Sweet and sour. Spring-like and nice. Fresh also. I like it!

HOUSTONHOUSTON

Original mix miu + peony. Gentle, innocent, young. If you like Diorissimo, Dolche by DG you probably will like this one.

Arlene-Beatrix

Utterly chemical lily-of-the-valley, peony and musk. Similar to the previous editions in differently colored bottles.

johngreenink

I just got my first whiff of this a few days ago. I'm a huge fan of the two previous Miu Miu perfumes - I think they're modern masterpieces of adult-smelling "grown up" perfumes for young women that aren't just fluffy or trivial. I was not sure what to expect with this, but fortunately they've kept that fascinating signature of peppery wood in the composition with just a blush of rose at the top. It's lovely, transparent perfume with a really sophisticated arrangement of muguet and sandalwood. All put together with a light touch, just enough of a statement to be noticed. L'eau Rosée stands out from the crowd because it's a grown-up pretty, not bashful or silly. A young woman's rose perfume. Beautifully done.

tk2423

So i just got this fragrance today and I have nothing bad to say about it at all its very light weight but doesn't last too well on my skin, its very green smelling, I'll probably be returning as it doesn't really do anything for me, its just one of those smells thats just kind of there, I dont find anything mesmerising or delicious about it

ismellsogood

Hello armidalowe
As long as you have a nose and spirit to guide your opinion you have a right to your own opinion. I loved your review on this! Thank you.

This fragrance looks beautiful pink is the focus colour this year. It's not just any pink. It's my favourite perfectly pink-pink!

I am intrigued... looks and sounds beautiful with a twist.

Plrowden

It is a brisk cold winter night and I am wearing the new Miu Miu. I don’t know what is going on, but I smell peaches! Big ripe juicy peaches. On my skin, I get no green or musk, much less LOTV, just fresh ripe fruit! I am not a gourmand lover and peach is my nemeses, so I am afraid this one is going into the giveaway pile.

curlykitty8

For armidalowe:
Never apologize for what you like!
Hopefully on this site we all are here to unconditionally accept, without snobbery and pretension, the opinion of all posters!
BTW, this new Miu Miu sounds LOVELY!!

armidalowe

Just got my new bottle of Miu Miu L'Eau Rosee in the mail! My first impression: The topnotes are green and slightly floral, with a nice musk tucked underneath as the base note. There's something incredibly fresh and lively about the scent. It feels young, yet sophisticated. I like it! (Disclaimer: I'm a total fragrance newbie, so take this review with a grain of salt.)
