Pur Blanca Avon for women

Pur Blanca is such a soft cozy scent. Floral, fresh, clean, simple, and soapy, it’s just perfect when you want to feel comfy and smell good but not overdone. Freesia haters may want to stay away - the freesia is pretty strong here. I don’t smell any mint. This is a spring scent for me and I’ve been reaching for it a lot lately.

This is beautiful - probably not unique among clean scents, but the closest I’ve come to the discontinued masterpiece DKNY Pure. For the utterly cheap price this absolutely is worth trying. It honestly does not project much, but stays on the skin for at least five hours. Compared to Pur Blanca Essence, this is more ”white florals in could, fresh air” while Essence has a warm vanilla-powder-cashmere undertone.

PB is an Avon classic and for good reason. I find it a distinctive smell for a spring/ summer day. The fresh, crisp mint adds sharpness to the top. The white flowers are not your expected ones; no jasmine, orange blossom, tuberose or gardenia here. But rather white freesia, white peonies and white roses and lotuses. The base is still clean and somewhat powdery from the white musk and heliotrope. Lasts only 1-2 hours but I find it very uplifting on a white t-shirt and jeans for running some errands, or with a white cotton dress for a walk by the beach. Not groundbreaking but nevertheless Lovely.

I just finished a bottle. It was in my gym bag. Very very nice scent. Light and clean. Horrible longevity, max 1 hour. I even tried 30 sprays, nope, nothing after 1 hour or so.

Had it, gave it away years ago. Barely used it. Smelled like water on me from what I can remember. Not very fresh water either. Barely smelled anything on myself. Total snooze fest. Glad to be rid of it.

Ah, the nostalgia! This was my first fragrance ever. My late aunt gave it to me one Christmas when I was still a little girl and it remained my signature scent until my late twenties.

I still wear it (was it reformulated again? I still have my old bottles, including the pearlescent ball and green star and I think they changed heliotrope for ylang-ylang at one point...) and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. My fragrance collection grew during all those years but Pur Blanca has a stable place in my vanity table.

It's very clean and likable, I truly haven't (personally) met anyone who would dislike it. Yes, it's a bit short lived but for the price, I don't mind to re-spray it several times a day if necessary. Fresia - peony - musk - heliotrope/ylang ylang since the 2000s... Very gentle, very nice everyday office scent.

It's a beautiful and elegant perfume. It smells light, clean, floral and a bit musky. It goes perfect for every ocassion. I would definitely buy it again. I love it!

It smells clean. I would say it kinda smells like hand cream. It is musky and i love it. On the downside it is not longlasting and sillage is weak. However it makes me so happy when i spray this and i plan to repurchase. Edit: The smell is nice as itself but i can't enjoy it anymore. Makes me feel a bit sick in my stomach. I hope i can like it in the future. 7/10 yeeyyyey i like it again, i dont want to wear it by itself, i pair it with yves rocher green tea. I associate this perfume with my good last summer memories and it helps me calm down.

I almost get a honey note at the top of Pur Blanca that quickly dries down to a clean, sweet freesia over top of watery lotus, peony, and pretty laundry musk. I can see why people might find similarities to Creed Love in White, although I think that one has a greener, more herbal and less floral character than Pur Blanca (In my opinion, the very affordable Charlie White is much closer to Love in White). For me, the problem with Pur Blanca is that it dries down and fades so fast I'm left with only a whisper of scent after 45 minutes or so. So, I will be decluttering my bottle.

I recently got this one and I have to tell you it's very similar to Bvlgari Omnia Crystalline but Pur Blanca is more floral and less sharp. Longevity and sillage...SUCKS!! But the smell is very delicate and clean. For the price, it's worth giving a shot. I think I'll be buying this one regularly because the scent itself makes me relaxed and motivated. I like to spray it around the house and on myself before doing my tasks.

Easy to use at home or office, I bought it cause the way of many reviews said this fragrance is dupe of Noa and reminds me something like JLo My Glow (discontinued) feel so airy, soft and simple.

It is floral soft and clean. I wish it could be long lasting. It works better on skin than the clothes.

I bought this because it was dirt cheap and I love baby powder smells (this was the common review about this scent)
oh lawd this starts of pretty sharp but still unobtrusive lily/heliotrope on my skin but oce it mixed with the slightest bit of sweat this turned sour spoiled milk. I had to wash it off it was horrible

Keeping it simple here... Clean and fresh like you've just showered and put on clean clothes straight from the dryer.

It's a clean, simple floral, almost smells like baby detergent or sensitive fabric softener or maybe a creamy, bland shower gel. Very inoffensive - I use it at the moment as a 'stay-at-home-with-baby' - scent, and I wouldn't use it anywhere outside the house. I like its simplicity but wouldn't bore anyone else with it..but it's perfect as an after-shower scent too. Hasn't much staying power but for a few bucks it's okay.

I find it very simple and lovely. For me, the easiest way to describe what kind of vibe it gives off is to say it smells like a very nice face cream.

This immediately brought to mind Ombre Rose when I sprayed it. It is not nearly as good as Ombre Rose or as long lasting. I'm talking about the original version of Ombre Rose if it's truly still even made. If you like this, very powdery and soft, lovely smell but just a poor imitation of Ombre Rose. I can't really tolerate the mildly sweet powder on a regular basis but occasionally I use Ombre Rose for a mood change or at bedtime. Though I think it smells wonderful, I can't tolerate wearing it much.

Can you imagine some hidden meadow guarded by elves in the middle of the forest? For me that's it! Very clean, very pure and very fresh floral fragrance. Heaven on earth. I can smell every single note in it. Well blended freesia for a fresh start, then rich flower smell and for the end some soft wood and musk in combination with some magical flowers.
Unfortunately does not last long and does not have great sillage but it was worth every cent. I will buy it again and again and again... That was love on first smell ♥️

i had this scent decades ago and i remember it as clean and fresh. Pretty linear but i loved it.

A lovely and delicate face cream fragrance. It does not last very long and it is not overpowering. Quite pleasant white flowers, I do not detect any in particular.

Out of all the Avon perfumes, this was the only one that I truly liked, but probably just nostalgic vibes here... It was just annoying that every other girl in high school used it :) A typical clean scent.

Perfect scent for bed freshening, for after shower, for running arrendes and for day wear. Won't last long so you´ll need to reapply and overspray (and the sprayer on this sucks) however I love the clean feel and lovely white flowers. Feminine and fresh, one of the best from Avon

This fragrance is simple but still very pretty, grown-up without being too young or too mature, very beachy, blossomy and clean.

Fresh and clean for me but total meh. Its like ok, but you should really wear something pure white when you smell like that. Its not for date. Maybe safe for office or hot day. Was blind buy and disapointed me at some paint. I dont know which note exactly annoys me bit. Its not a perfume you would love to sniff again and again. Its as simple as lets say soap.

This is a warm floral, not too sweet, just right. Comforting, a little flirty but not much. It has a very innocent vibe. There's nothing "dirty", burnt, incense-like, or earthy about it. Very safe for a young woman.

This works much better on the skin than on clothes.

I dont hate this, Its just that i dont like to wear this scent as it is too light and very simple, No excitement. I gave it to my grandma :)
For someone who like non offensive scent that is very light and clean go for Pur Blanca!

by the way , I also once own Omnia Crystaline Bvlgari and it doesn't smell like Pur blanca . Its a clean scent but totally different direction from Pur Blanca.

It's light, it's delicate and warm, refreshing and calming, elegant and playful, feminine but could also be masculine,somehow all at the same time! It is one of the rare smells that I could wear in every season and every time of day, normally as the weather changes my sensitivity to smell also changes.
I don't own one right now but it's my next planned buy after I use up my current "all occassions" perfume.
Of course this is my personal taste but
all in all, it is a classic by Avon and I hope they never discontinue it!

At first very soapy, then there is something citric for a moment, and then the soap calms down to a smoother warmer scent.
Very `last century` to me, but with a fresher twist. It is a pleasent scent and I understand the success.

Pur Blanca seems to suit my skin the way White Musk does. It's perfect in summer as it's a clean refreshing white, light floral. I like to wear it when I cant decide what fragrance to wear it's that inoffensive.

I blind bought this since people were saying it is similar to omnia crystalline from Bvlgari. Oh my god, this smells NOTHING like it. Too synthetic, too sharp, too cheap. I don't smell the "clean" in it at all. Will give it away.

Cheap white floral fragrance, very plain, but nice. The floral notes are very sharp (un-balanced, actually, it's a cheap fragrance, after all) and one should not overdo it, or it will be irritating. It stays for a good time but only projects for 2-3 hours, but can be reapplied as many times you want because it's very cheap. Not for glamorous events.

This is one of my all time favorites from Avon!In my opinion,this is a very unique perfume.I remember loving it at the first sniff.I had it when I was in high school,I think,and now I bought it again,because of nostalgia.Sublime as always.Cheap,simple bottle,clean perfume,yet beautiful and unique!

This has a note of horse manure on me.... my mom really likes it though - it aparenty smells really nice on her; a bit like Her by Armani or Victoria's Secret Angel

I made an order of this online and it was a blind buy for my mother.she likes fresh floral scents and i thought this would be the one but she didn't like it, she said it was to heavy.i don t like it either i find it soapy maybe alluring but to sweet and smells heavy and kind of cheap.i spray my room with it but still don't like it, as well i can't detect no rose in it.
And i was searching for a Avon perfume which she used to like alot some years ago: It was in a green triangle shaped bottle with japoneze letters, fresh and natural but i couldn't find it.
So i gave my mother instead my 'Burberry Body' which i find to sweet now but she likes it.

I like it. That's basically all i feel with it. I don't love, i don't hate it. I just like it. Is not a fragrance to give you feelings. You just like it, or not.

Is super simple. Extra casual. The fragrance you wear to walk around the house, maybe go out for a couple minutes. The fragrance you wear when you just wanna feel clean. Smell like soap. Like the feeling of a fresh shower. Fresh and wet.

Peony, Freesia and Musk are the main combo. The white rose reminded me a little of Petales de Roses Blanches (although the second one is more like a real flower).

Goes in a blink. Poor longevity. Skin scent.

Sometimes i like it, but still, it smells odd, linear it doesnt have a glow, its a good air freshener boumville.

For me it's dupe of "noa "cacharel but maybe not so musky -pleasant white fragrance.very iris -clean-sweet-cream nivea at indigo blue metallic can .can be noisy ,can be comfort.-chemistry of our body.


I love sniff "pur blanca " on other people- this perfume just don't want cooperate with my skin.

Ohhh, it's such a shame it vanishes in a blink of an eye!! This maybe my favourite scent ever, but i don't find it serious enough to put it on any occasion other thant in office. And when i do, i always feel like i'm scent naked becouse it lasts so short. I can't feel it after an hour or even less.
It is very tender, soft, powdery, feminine, "white", spacey, clean and neat...I think it's for almost everyone and everywhere...Well, at least it could and most certainly would be if it wasn't so quickly vanishing

Very clean and fresh heliotrope, resembles LaCoste Pour Femme. Go for it if you like heliotrope

Very soft and light fragrance, like a feather caressing your skin... Musk is very prominent with a hint of flowers.

Inoffensive and very suitable for hot weather or allergic people or even children, spraying on linen and sheets...

And I agree with Marwa (previous review) who finds it similar to Little White Dress, except that I was almost anosmic to the latter, while I can really smell and enjoy this one, and it's also very similar to Gap Close, in my opinion.

This aroma reminds me of white cotton and white paper. A very fresh-clean cent, its name speaks for itself. I liked it since I was a kid, but the staying power is zero, if it stays on you at least 3 hours - you are a lucky girl. The most note I get is Peony and Freesia. A good fragrance for everyday use that doesn't need an occasion. Too bad it has no staying power.

This is just too strong of a scent, unfortunately I can't bear it on myself. Such a pity, becouse its longetivity is ramarcable.

I'm on a clean-laundry-scent kick (I've been on it for months now) and this fits the bill beautifully. Slightly sweet, floral in a nondescript way (white floral at that), musky. I do smell the mint in the background, and it's giving the composition some freshness, but I'm not sure I would have been able to place this feeling if I hadn't read the notes above. I also get something citrusy and faintly green, like lemons cut form the tree and still on the twig. Very safe, totally inoffensive, fit for all seasons, even the hotter months.

To me it just smells like baby powder.

when I want a break from the "heavier" perfume



  Very nice and light scent, once I used it for a change from Far away. Now I use from time to time, as my collection of water and perfume excessively grown Although it certainly buy again when the end.

I like the water, but there are days when it seems childish to me, so to discos for teenagers, it is surprising, however, is that the Pur Blanca, like many men, it happens that my colleagues ask what's that smell, while on my expensive perfume is not pay attention.

I never knew about this scent before until I got it from office gift swap. I fall in love since that day! It is so fresh, feminine, floral & clean. Unfortunately it doesn't last long. It last about 2 hours or 3 hours top for moderate sillage. The rest of the time, it still there on your skin but only if you sniff it.

Since it's very light scent, I found it its perfect to wear for Sunday breakfast date with my husband and sometimes after-shower-before-bed for a good night aromatherapy.

I like this scent, it's soft and flowery, i find it a little sweet when it's drying up, but it's enjoyable.

Strong neroli note, with an INDOLE and White flower mix. helitropin in the end mixed with musk and a slight woody note.

I actually loved it before but sometimes it just made me feel sick. Still don't understand why, though I think the ylang-ylang is to blame.

Just two words could be used to describe Pur Blanca: powdery and floral.

This was my signature in a high school, when I was going through the phase of "bathing" myself in fresh, translucent scents with sparkling white flowers notes.
Back then all my friends were using Adidas or Puma body mists (ahhh memories from 90's) and for my inexperienced nose Pur Blanca was more "grown up & sophisticated".
My taste in scents has changed significantly since then and Pur Blanca is no longer my cup of tea.

It is safe everyday/office fragrance. Sharp vibrant notes of flowers are toned down with musk and sandalwood an the whole composition is inoffensive, soft yet feminine.

Harry Fremont has made some of my favourite scents. This is no exception. Powdery and floral green, fresh.

It is not a show stopper.

Longevity is not amazing, but in high heat and high humidity is works very well.

On me, this first smells nice and light and fresh, but in a very short time, some kind of smell, resembling horse manure, appears :(

For me it is very delicate, elegant fragrance. It combines flower notes and cool and fresh mint notes very well. This smell sits close to skin, but person next to you would feel this light floral scent. My association with this perfume is girl in white chffon blouse with a bun on her head, her makeup is very natural.

This is a lovely pretty scent I got for very cheap and was amazed by its pure clean beauty. It received some hatred on forums because of its simplicity but it doesn't deserve it. It is simple, done with grace.

Its longevity is very poor so don't expect it to linger around for long. But I had the cologne version in a flask, no spray. The EDT of EDP may last longer.

At the end I gave the remains, about half of it away for shoebox charity last Christmas, I hope that its light and bright scent makes a teenager happy. It is so nice and unoffensive, and I'm not... so even though I liked it and it can make a day brighter I realised I need more complexity and wouldn't use this scent enough. I hope the current owner does. :)

I have it in the rolette concentrated form for the bag , and I should say I am very glad I got it in this form . It is the perfect "rolette" bag scent ..It's feminine , a bit creamy , clean and not offensive . Perfect to freshen a bit in Summer or Spring . It reminds me a lot of Little White Dress or Chic in White by Avon as well , but LWD isn't that linear and has much more interesting and a bit different note .I am happy with my purchase , it 's a basic scent with a good price . I may buy the full bottle of LWD but not this one .

Light and cheap iris fragrance. It's ok for girls, but if you're above the age of 16, I don't think it's for you anymore.

I wouldn't say I love it. It is just an "okay" perfume. Pretty safe to wear, it's not the type that would offend others' noses. It basically smells floral, clean, & feminine. It's linear and ordinary though. It's reasonably priced. Rating: 3/5.

I remember this perfume, from when I was a teenager and it's still available. It is warm and intense perfume, good If You like, that people around You can smell Your perfume to. I can't wear it every day, because its really strong and can get you sick, if owerspraying. But in reality your clothes will still smell nice about weak after, because its so intense. Evening and winter perfume, I think its too strong for daytime and summer hot.

All the scents coming from this brand has this weird "avon" note. Maybe not aaall the scents, but a lot of them. For some it is good, for some, it is cheap smelling and terrible. I'm in the second group to my sorrow, I can only enjoy one or two fragrances from Avon.
This is not a goodie (to my nose). Very citrusy floral, I only smell it on my mum, she loves it. Therefore I feel like it's comforting, lovely scent, for my mum, not for me. I love it on her, but would never sray it on me.

I would say this is one of Avon's finest releases. There is nothing generic at all about this one. Up until now I never smelt anything quite like it. Too bad they discountinue this. Obviously they didn't know what's good even when it hits them in the face. Anyhow, I got a cool, breezy white floral scent, with a tinge of sweetness. Imagine lounging under the sunshade on a balcony overlooking an ocean, and gentle salty air blowing all over. That is how I feel when I wore this. Truly elegant and timeless. I wish they would release this again, together with Rare Gold. These 2 are my signature scents in collage! I really miss them so much...

Ahhhh the classics! Given how long Avon has been selling this perfume for i'd say hands down this is one of their best ones. The name Pur Blanca - meaning Pure White is really fitting. It's a very clean flowery fresh scent that women reach for time and time again. I had this years ago and i really did enjoy it =)

I got this lovely gem from avon as a present from a friend,I gotta say I love it,I usually don´t give credit for avon scents at all,I don´t like cheap scents or copy´s from the real scents !! And from the ones I know,it reminds me a lot my summer signature scent Omnia crystaline, probably because of the water lily.. it´s very delicate, innocent,fresh,soapy,and has a huge sillage and longevity I mean,it lasts all day,and you don´t have to spray like crazy.. 3sprays are enough.. I love it.. Thumbs up for this one :) :)

This is innocent, fresh, pure.. If you are looking for something inoffensive, something not rebellious, not sexy but beautiful, this could be it. It is not soapy in my opinion, just pure and clean.
I recommend to buy the deodorant too, to emphasize the scent.

A nice woody floral scent, that does not evolve throughout. The floral notes are very prominent since the beginning, and I can smell some crisp and sharp notes that remind me of black pepper, although it is not listed. Fresh, powdery, not sweet at all, it suits well on warm days and has a very good price for a daily use. On my skin it's a strong scent, with a heavy sillage, so I recommend only 1 or 2 sprays.

A nice daytime fragrance but really NOT longlasting.it is really flowery but i cant smell any base or top notes. It is the same in the beginnin' & in the end

I have it as a deodorants and perfume set. Also i have got a sample of it. The sample didnt last me a long time, but the roll on deo. Is great.. I tried the perfume ... Not that good. I mean u have to put on a lot to get the smell out of this thing!!

Well.... I got that as a gift from my mum-having read its description, I would never buy it. It's a fragrance "your mum/aunt would buy for you", nothing impressive, too flat, too boring, too "clean", too transparent. It does smell quite cheapy, and I would prefer its smell on a body lotion-it would still be boring for those who love more spicy stuff, but anyway.

It's not annoying to my nose, but rather like my parent's place scent-it makes you feel safe and warm, but if you are more of a rebellious spirit, you feel like you want to escape and find something that suits YOUR PERSONALITY.

I was really confused on voting, as it's not my cup of tea, but still, it isn't bad. I decided to give it a dislike because of it's lasting power and the lack of originality-flowers and musk once again.
For you who just want to feel innocent, it may be fine, but if you like more provocative/stylish ones, it's not worthy.

I wonder if this is the same frag I got in the Philippines but released as "Pure Bianca" ... grown to love it because of all the fragrances I wore, drugstore or expensive, I can't believe I've gotten the most compliments for this! I've never smelled Peony Soft Musk from Avon,but now they are bringing it back in a shape of a christmas star and reading the notes,I decided to take a chance and ordered it.I've just receive my bottle,put some on me and at first sniff I thought i liked it.After a few minutes I realised it smelled familiar.After a few more minutes-BINGO! It actually smelled like Pur Blanca.I was so glad to find this out,cause years ago,when I lived in Europe,Pur Blanca along with Dreamlife were my very favorite frags from Avon.The scent is very soft,clean white and soapy-white flowers,woman in pure white.I missed that scent so much,now that is available in USA I'll order more bottles.Thank you Avon!And I so much wish AVON also brings back Dreamlife.

I remember I liked it many years ago. It was a white, subtle, clean fragrance, very feminine and memorable. Nowadays I wouldn't like it, too much of white flowers listed, but I appreciate it, it's cheap and doesn't smell that cheap.

Bottle looks a bit Van Cleef&Arpels Murmure, but I remember I had a version with a plastic white cap.

it smells too crisp. it is too sharp. powerful scent, though feminine. a bit aquatic, but reminds me of fresh shower gel for men.

Its very cheerful, very spetial to young ladies and its true, smells like soap or talc.
I liked it when I was younger, but with the passing time I felt something very chemical on the deep notes that disturbed me. I don't know why, but feel that those chemical notes are kind insulting.

It reminds me a bit of Noa (which had been my signature scent for a long time), too. But it lacks all that makes Noa that great. Pur Blanca is more fruity and flowery, it has non of the spicy, balmy components of Noa. It is not complex at all. But it is a nice fresh after-shower-daytime-fragrance. It is carefree and happier than Noa, even a bit naive.

It too light for me, too boring. Good for woman who normally doesn´t use perfumes or for shy women. Notr long lasting at all.

It's very soft and flowery. It was my signature scent when I was younger, but then I got sick of it. I like it, but wouldn't buy it again. I've just found out that are A LOT of better scents out there.

Good girl scent.
Clean, gentle, innocent,shy and delicate smell. For a college student or a young girl in an office. Will not offend anyone and neither will not impress anyone too. I like this group of shy boring scents, and I wear them when the weather is really hot or when I lack confidence and just want to smell clean.

I re-tried this several times , because I often like white flower scents. This one just didn't get me. I found it artificial, alcoholic and not so white-flowery at all. Much nicer is "Bois Fleuri" by Molinard.

Its great scent , but it doesn't smell like a perfume it's like air freshener . it's soft , very fresh and clean but it's not a smell to keep you in memory :)

I've just got 10 Avon samples. This is the first one I've tested. It is a soft, fresh floral, won't offend anyone, but I don't find it very interesting. It lasted about one hour on my skin.

White flowers musky fragrance.

Most of all I feel the freesia note and the musk note in it.

This fragrance smells on me clean and soapy, but rather floral sharp than light or soft. That is why I was tired of it very soon and don't like it.

Personally I've never had it. But my friend had it twice and it was leaving an excellent inviting and light train after she was passing along the hall. I would like to try it.

Very light and fresh,perfect for spring/summer time, I really enjoyed it

this is a staple in my wardrobe. very safe scent. when i'm confused on what perfume to wear i use this. i think it can be used in any occasion.

It does have a nice smell on my skin, but it gives me an allergy - headaches and sneezing. I try to wear it anyway during summer days because it is appropriate, not the best though.

I think it's just nice scent, nothing more.

THis one does not do the trick for me. It smells like its name says -white. Pure and delicate,aquatic, feminine. I would say it is a somewhat naive and boring perfume

This fragrance I rather like, although it is a little stronger than I like. I think it is the mint that gives it a sharpness that always surprises me. It is fresh and light, as the name hints, and is a good spring fragrance - but also good for fall, to remember the spring, and for winter, to go with the snow and cold.

I like this is one of the best Avon fragrances. It stands out with very fresh and flowery scent. It doesn't overwhelm and still it is very feminine. Great for casual use, but unfortunately it doesn't last long.

It's an amazing scent for Summer , especially if you're into light, watery scents. It's so fresh and it's long lasting on my skin.
In my opinion, I find it perfect for a hot Summer day in the city, wearing cute white T-shirt & jeans :)
I would pick something else for evenings ,vacations & special occasions.However, Pur Blanca is one of my fragrance essentials & one of my Avon's favourites as well :)
