AC Didnt Work the Entire Night

I recently stayed at the WEIN CITY IBIS Hotel for one night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I checked into my room, I found that the air conditioning was not working. I promptly contacted the reception and informed the staff about the issue. They suggested that I try turning the AC off and then back on again. Despite following their instructions, the air conditioning still did not work. I reached out to the reception multiple times, but no effective solution was provided. Consequently, I had to endure an entire day in a room without air conditioning, which was incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. Given that the problem was not resolved despite several attempts and the significant discomfort I experienced, I believe a refund for my stay is warranted. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There was no water kettle, no tea or anything into room, room was very hot, no AC.

The room offer a huge comfort compared to many other IBIS rooms that I have stayed. The staff was very friendly. Very good breakfast. The location is good, 20 minutes to the center by walking. The only comment is that the room sees the main street and trams are often too loud.

Ideal location, just a few minutes off subway line U4. Our room was overlooking an inner court, so while there was no panorama, it was super quiet. Great breakfast with a lot of options, the waffle station is a nice plus. Friendly staff, very easy check-in and check-out.
